Samsung Rewards is a loyalty rewards program that allows participants to earn points by purchasing qualifying Samsung products through Samsung.com/ca, the Samsung Shop App, and such other services and apps authorized by Samsung from time to time, and also by participating in special offers, if applicable. Samsung Rewards is open to legal residents of Canada who are at least 13 years or age of older. Participants must have a valid Samsung Account ID to participate in Samsung Rewards.

To enroll in Samsung Rewards, you must create a Samsung Account and agree to the Samsung Rewards Terms & Conditions on Samsung.com/ca or the Samsung Shop App. You can also enroll by visiting Samsung.com/ca. After logging into your Samsung Account, you will have to proceed to My Samsung Account > My Rewards > and accept the Terms and Conditions of Samsung Rewards; or open the Samsung Shop App and Click to My Account and Enroll into Samsung Rewards. No, Samsung Rewards and a Samsung Account are not the same, but you must have a Samsung Account to enroll in the Samsung Rewards Program. Please refer to Samsung Account Terms and Conditions at https://account.Samsung.com/membership/terms for more information about Samsung Account.

There is a limit of one Samsung Rewards Account per person, regardless of whether more than one person uses the same email address for the Samsung Account.

Participants may be eligible to earn points and Samsung Rewards program benefits based on their achieved Rewards Account tier status (“Tier Status”). There are three Tier Statuses: Blue, Gold and Platinum.

No, the Tier Statuses form part of the Samsung Rewards program. There is no separate enrollment.

You can check your Samsung Rewards status by signing into your Samsung Account and clicking on Samsung.com/ca > Profile Icon > My Rewards or Samsung Shop App and click the Account Icon.

Yes, Samsung Rewards is synced with your Samsung Account. As long as the same Samsung Account is used on Samsung.com/ca and your Samsung devices, your Samsung Rewards points will sync.

Participants must remain active in the Samsung Rewards program to retain the points they earn by earning or redeeming points at least once every twenty-four (24) months. If a Rewards Account is inactive for twenty-four (24) consecutive months, a participant’s points will expire and the participant is deemed to have forfeited such expired points. Once points are expired, they cannot be reinstated, although a participant may earn new points unless their Rewards Account has been deactivated. You will receive notification 30 to 60 days prior to such expiration.

Samsung Rewards points will not be awarded for purchases made before the Samsung Rewards program was launched. Samsung Rewards was launched on April 4, 2024 and all purchases before this date will not be eligible to earn Samsung Rewards points.

You will receive notification 30 to 60 days prior to the expiration of your points. Samsung may temporarily extend the period before points expire without notice to you. Any such extension is without prejudice to Samsung’s right to reinstate the expiration period; however, you will receive notification 30 to 60 days prior to the expiration of your points.

If you cancel your order, your earning activity, such as cancellation or return your of (remove) your purchase, points can be negative when your balance is less than points cancelled.

A participant’s Tier Status will be calculated based on their cumulative spend on qualifying products purchased within the last 24-month period. A participant’s first 24-month period will begin from the date in which the Participant has enrolled in the Samsung Rewards program. Participants may earn points by purchasing qualifying products through Samsung.com/ca, through the Samsung Shop App, and such other services and apps authorized by Samsung from time to time, and also by participating in special offers.

A Participant must spend a minimum of one dollar ($1) on their purchase transaction. The number of points available to use for a purchase and its corresponding discount to purchase will be displayed during check out.
