Heb je al eens geprobeerd om jouw toestel in de Veilige modus op te starten? Zo niet, dan raden wij je aan om dat te doen en het een dagje aan te kijken of jouw smartphone nog steeds vastloopt. Als dit niet meer het geval is in de Veilige modus, dan wordt dit waarschijnlijk veroorzaakt door een app van een andere ontwikkelaar en kan je het beste eventjes met een fijne kam door jouw lijst met geïnstalleerde apps gaan. Bedankt voor jouw recensie en gefeliciteerd met de Samsung Galaxy A16! Bij normaal gebruik is het de bedoeling dat de batterij van jouw telefoon ongeveer een volledige dag meegaat. Als dit bij jou nog niet het geval is, dan kan dit inderdaad kloppen. De eerste twee weken zal jouw telefoon jouw gebruikspatronen leren kennen en in deze periode kan de accu hierdoor iets sneller leeglopen dan verwacht. Mocht de accu het na drie weken nog steeds niet een volledige dag volhouden, neem dan vooral contact met ons op via één van onze servicekanalen.
