I'm very happy with my A16, it's performance is of the high standard I expect from Samsung. The increased storage along with the larger display is allowing me to do more with the device. The battery is a vast improvement on my previous phone, not having to charge it so often also saves on electricity. The camera allows me to take close ups and enlarge photos that aren't blurry or over pixilated. The images and colours are sharp with even fine details being captured.

I seem to be having a terrablr dxperiancd with my new Gzlaxy, A16 It stalls, having to pay fif Google 1 everyman, for extra storage & the Actual use of Gmzil..... Yhe Hzndset, does heat up a little quicker then the S series..... I like the Samsung galaxy updates, ie; Gemini, UI...... But it is Now near to impossible to recall widgets for, immediate use ie, WiFi/ flightmode/ Sync/ mobile Hot-spot & more..... This has been, like this since last update. June2025........ Other then these issues, it is an ok phone with an averaged based camer- i would not purchase again.... Unfortunately. .

Nicely packaged phone with a charging cable and instructions manual. I chose the light green colour phone which felt solid and has good features, such as free Samsung TV channels, and quality photos. Front facing camera, there's the option to choose to take photos at 12MP or 50MP but if choosing at 50MP, the zoom function isn't available. There's a Fun section on the camera. The sound and picture quality on filming videos is good, and recording the voice on playback is good for 1 speaker. It's a good Amoled screen with vibrant colours at a bargain price. Easy to set up and it comes with downloading software to get Android 14 .

Had my phone a few weeks now and pleased with it.    I moved the apps around, which was very easy, so they work better for me. I like different sounds for apps, phone calls, texts etc, and was baffled that I couldn't set a separate ringtone for the text messages, that was until I realised if I switched to the Samsung text messaging service, I could do this, apparently they also keep any deleted texts for 30 days as well.  Camera appears to take decent photos. Lots of apps I don't need or will use, but seem to get that with any new device now and also disappointing that you need to buy a charger plug, just adds to the cost.

Decent phone, i bought it in an emergency as mine broke. 4GB ram is a bit lower and it can lag, but is fast and powerful enough. Good picture quality and 128GB internal memory. Doesn't screen record whitch is abit of a let down doesn't have clipboard when copy and pasting and if you go off a window to another, you loose all the info you put in the previous form, which is really annoying when trying to fill out forms for important things and problematic when confirming internet banking for example. Overall a good, all round phone, and really good price, nice colours, good screen size and not too heavy. Very pleased with it.

I bought this phone to replace another manufacturers product that was not working properly with my video doorbells. Replacing it with the Samsung A16 solved the problems. I am perhaps not a typical mobile phone user but this Samsung phone has everything that I need from a mobile phone. Good comunication via voice and text messages, decent camera facilities,maps, QR code reading, email, and internet search facilities. I have added MY GP for conection to my GP surgery, and signed up to WhatsApp for friends and family. I do not use my phone for games or mobile banking, so I cannot comment on its suitability for those functions. But everything I need is there.

I bought this to replace my Samsung A13 that I'd accidentally broken that same afternoon. I've always had Samsung phones so was really happy to find this A16 at this price! It's a good sized screen and the camera is great with lots of little Additions to it. My only 'gripe' is that its quite annoying when you're trying to access the mobile data button, or hotspot button etc you can't seem to 'pull' down the screen whilst ur on another page. It may be me but all my other phones seem to have been easy. I'm not sure how I can add a photo of my phone, on my phone so just take it from me, its the same as the stock images!

I've been using this phone for a few days and it is very good. Not just good for the price , it is a good phone. This has Android 16 and can run every app any other phone can. I have tested the camera and the images are great too. Budget smartphones used to lag as they didn't have much memory but this is not the case anymore. The AMOLED display is good , battery seems ok too.This phone supports 25W charging so if you buy a 30W charger for it , it will charge in the blink of an eye

I thougt this was a good buy until it began to not display social media (X) because (this phone does not support the media). It then froze the screen in a position that the unlock pattern was unavailable. It had 100% charge at this point, and couldn't be restarted until down to 94%, (i left the torch on for a some time). I then found that videos & pictures on watsapp were not supported. I then found, to great surprise, that the phone didn't support its own camera. I did another reset, which seems to have resolved these issues for now. I have had samsung phones for some years now. All have been very satisfactory.

Phone returned as not suitable for two (known) reasons:- i) Advertised as "dual sim and memory card", which is what I wanted but unfortunately not correct. Therefore your advert should state "dual sim OR one sim and memory card"! The limitation should be made clear. ii) The icons appear to be rather 'childish' or 'juvenile' in appearance, unlike my old J4core, which I am completely happy with, albeit now showing signs of it's age. All I require is a DIRECT replacement for my old J4core, which I am finding to be almost impossible. Note: I am none of the suggested boxes in the below "What best describes you?".

In general the Samsung A16 is a great phone with good battery life between charges and large memory capacity, great camera with very crisp pictures and a good ergonomic design. even though the phone is in many aspect's really good there are a couple of irritating problems that i have encountered in the first month of usage such as the phone can be a little slow when opening apps etc and sometimes the screen will freeze and the functions not available or working to close down open screens and the phone need to be hard re-started to correct the problem. while these problems are a minor irritation they do spoil my overall use of the phone as i use it for both personal and business activities

The battery is excellent, only have to recharge it once a day. I have used the camera quite a bit and I find the display easy to manage. The performance of this recyled phone is excellent as their is plenty of storage.

Awful phone worst phone ever used, Z Fold 2024 model was amazing Flip 3 2023 I believe was amazing I had to sell my fold to get a mate out of debt but doing so I have to get the low budget samsung I thought I'd get this and it's awful I work in care and use phone for work and training but it lags, crash and out right awful
