Congratulations on your new A17, Tom. We'd love to help you with turning it off. To turn off your A17, simply press and hold the Side key and the Volume Down key at the same time for two to three seconds. Release the buttons when the power menu appears on the screen, and tap Power off, then tap Power off again to confirm. Alternatively, you can swipe down from the top of the screen twice to open the Quick Settings panel. Tap the Power icon near the top right of the screen (next to the settings gear icon), and tap Power off, then tap Power off a second time to shut down. Het lijkt erop dat de instellingen van apps via Smart Switch niet helemaal goed zijn overgenomen, wat soms kan leiden tot problemen. Je kunt proberen de instellingen van de apps handmatig te resetten of de Smart Switch-gegevens opnieuw te controleren via Instellingen > Accounts en back-up > Smart Switch. Als de problemen blijven, zou het helpen om de apps opnieuw te installeren of te resetten naar de standaardinstellingen om conflicten te voorkomen.
