[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the wide-ranging preset cycles on this machine. While the drying process seems to take longer, I've found that stopping it thirty minutes early leaves the clothes perfectly dry, and using the wrinkle prevention setting or taking items out right away prevents any wrinkling. Although it takes longer to wash and dry, it's super convenient to run a load at night and have it finished by morning without needing to switch it over. Plus, being able to start it remotely with SmartThings after peak electric hours is a huge bonus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ★★★★★ The Laundry Game Has Completely Changed! This Samsung Bespoke AI All-in-One Combo is an absolute game-changer! I love that the washer and dryer are combined into one sleek, modern machine. No more transferring wet clothes from the washer to the dryer, and no need for a separate dryer vent. It makes the entire laundry process so much more convenient. The 7-inch AI Home touchscreen is one of my favorite features. It gives the machine a modern, high-tech feel while making it easy to navigate cycles and settings. The AI OptiWash and Dry technology is another huge plus because it helps tailor the wash and drying process to the load instead of making me figure out every setting myself. The 5.3 cu. ft. capacity is generous, and I love how this machine saves space while still delivering the functionality of two appliances. The design is beautiful, the controls feel advanced, and the convenience of starting a load and having it wash and dry in one continuous process is hard to beat. What impresses me most is how this machine brings smart-home technology into an everyday chore. It's stylish, innovative, and designed to make laundry less work. If you're looking to upgrade your laundry room with something modern that saves space and eliminates the need to move clothes between machines, this Samsung Bespoke AI Combo deserves a serious look!

I also love that it has a self cleaning cycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: Zero Transfer Required: Put dirty clothes in and pull dry clothes out without touching wet laundry. Auto-Dispense: The bulk detergent reservoir auto-doses soap for up to 47 loads. Space Savings: Plugs into a standard 120V outlet and uses no external vent, cutting your laundry footprint in half. Cons: Longer Cycle Times: Heat-pump ventless drying takes 3 to 4 hours for heavy loads like bedding or towels. Filter Maintenance: The lint screen requires cleaning after every single run to maintain airflow. No Staggering: You can't start a second wash cycle while the first load is drying.

I will give it a five-star review and because it is ventless it can work anywhere. I will say that it could improve the wrinkle-free feature because that doesn't work as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed with the design — especially if you have pets or a lot of hair I really wanted to like my Samsung Bespoke All-in-One Washer/Dryer, but after using it for a while, I have to say that I am not a fan of the design. We are a 2-person, 3-cat household, and this machine simply struggles to keep up with the amount of hair and fur. I would expect some extra cleaning with pets, but the amount of maintenance this machine requires is excessive. I average about 2 loads a day, and I do not overload the machine. In fact, I tend to wash smaller loads. I also clean the lint trap after every single use. Despite that, the lint area continually builds up with thick, damp lint and fur. About every six months, we have to actually take the top of the machine off to remove the buildup that has accumulated inside. On top of that, I spend approximately an hour every week cleaning the machine itself — the rubber door gasket, soap trays, drain, lint trap, and surrounding areas. And this is on top of cleaning the lint trap after every load. The biggest problem, in my opinion, is the design of the lint and drainage system. A washer/dryer should be able to handle normal household use without requiring this much disassembly and maintenance. If you have pets or anyone in your household with long hair, I would seriously consider how this machine is designed to deal with it before purchasing. The machine itself does what it's supposed to do, but the amount of cleaning and maintenance required has made owning it frustrating. For a 2-person household, doing approximately two loads a day, I shouldn't feel like I'm constantly cleaning the washing machine instead of using it. Unfortunately, I would not purchase this unit again, primarily because of the design and the excessive maintenance required to keep it clean and functioning properly.

It fit in existing laundru room but since one machine we were also to use space for storage and computer printer. The machine is easy to use. It senses your load and calculates timing appropriately. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are on our 2 machine warranty replacement in 14 months in addition to the 7 service calls in between the machine showing the error code and Samsung, then allstate the extended warranty servicer, deciding to finally replace the first (6 months after purchase) and then the second machine (13 months after original purchase and 1 month out of manufacturer warranty).ive since learned that the vented machines have a much more sensible drying system and if i were to share any insight, id say at least give yourself a fighting chance at clean, dry clothes with the vented machine versus the convenience of 110v and no vent. Worst appliance choice I've ever made - which is so disappointing as I loved the idea of throwing clothes in before work and finishing the day with a load cleaned, dried and ready to fold.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Washer/Dryer combo is without a doubt a game changer. I got the 110v, ventless version and so glad I did. Put anywhere and not worry about a 220v outlet. What an incredible machine. Plug and play settings are all set up. Just fill up the detergent reservoirs, that will also "let you know your getting low on it" choose the preset cycle you want and the door opens automatically after the dry cycle is done via phone if you want. Baught matching peddistool to raise it up. Easy to set up wifi "not needed" and use. From large loads to small ones and easy on Delicate articles it's got you covered all while being super Quiet. WELL THAUGHT OUT CONTROL PANEL 10 stars across the board. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Worth every penny...I've paid more for much less. Hands down best Washer/Dryer ever purchased. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m really impressed with the Bespoke AI All-in-One Ventless Combo. The 5.3 cu. ft. capacity is great for handling larger loads, and having the washer and dryer combined into one machine is a huge space saver. The 7" LCD display is easy to use, and the AI features make choosing the right wash and dry settings much simpler. The OptiWash™ and drying performance have been especially convenient, and I love not having to move clothes from the washer to a separate dryer. Another major advantage is the ventless design. It gives you much more flexibility with where you can install the machine, which is especially useful if you don't have a traditional dryer vent. Overall, this machine combines convenience, technology, capacity, and a clean modern design in one appliance. If you're looking to simplify laundry and save space without giving up performance, this is definitely worth the money i Highly recommended!

This is the most awesome washing machine I've owned. I love all the features. With the ventless model, it does take about 30 minutes more to dry a standard load. It's especially great, since there's no more " oh darn, I forgot to put the clothes in the dryer, especially when you're busy. It tells you when to clean the drums. I have only had one time where my sheets and blankets were still a little damp after the cycle. Easily just ran it through an additional only dry cycle. We've never had it jumping around the laundry room like so many top loaders when the load becomes unbalanced. It's fairly quiet, kind of like white noise. You don't have to dispense fabric softener and detergent with every load because there are dispensers for both that will hold enough for about 30 loads. For most of my clothes I use the permanent press cycle with the anti wrinkle feature. If I have a few wrinkles I just run through steam cycle dryer only and anti wrinkle feature. If you decide to buy this unit, you won't be disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I expected sooooo much more from this product. Doesn’t dry well, clothes are left with stains and I keep up with the maintenance and nothing. Cycles take longer than expected even on quick dry. The vibration is super loud.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great machine, bought it because I needed an all-in-one ventless that can run off a single 120 outlet. Does what I need it to do, but I do wish it wasn't as loud/shaky during wash/spin cycles. Drying time is definitely longer than a regular vented dryer but that's to be expected for something that's ventless, so I'm not upset there. Large capacity which is nice and it's overall really easy to use, so you can start it and have it do everything while you do something else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have mostly positive things to say about this washer I love the auto dispense feature and the fact that I don't have to swap my clothes into the dryer. It also has neat features like telling you when the load is done washing/drying. The only downside I will say is the drying feature not so much that it takes longer than usual but more of the fact that If you wash any type of bedding you must cycle the dryer atleast twice or it will be left soaking wet. This means for one comforter or blanket you will be waiting about 8+hours for it to fully wash and dry other than that with clothing it is great!

The cycles are shown as well as time remaining throughout even during the drying cycle. The interface is perfect as well as the vibration. It is very quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a life changer. I was always finding loads that had been in the washer for at least a day. Now if I find clothes in it, I know they are clean and dry. 1 cycle does everything. Also love that it’s ventless and runs only on 110v. Solved an issue we had in our house.
