This making is awful! It is constantly erroring out and we can only use one cycle. We do EVERYTHING the machine tells us to do. Clean the filter, clean the washer, clean the dryer. The heat exchanger seems to always be an issue. Water where the lint holder is? We’ve drained it had service come out and just keep getting errors and smelly, wet clothes. Ready to get rid of it after only having it a year.

I bought this product 9 days ago and it came in bad condition. One of the legs that holds the washing machine is broken and that makes it vibrate and not work properly. Their technical service simply said that I had to repair it. It is the worst purchase. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

I owned this washer dryer combo for 34 days when it developed a mechanical failure during the dry cycle. Contacted Samsung support twice first time my ticket was closed without talking to a representative second time I was told this is a cosmetic issue not covered under warranty. I spoke to management and advised the same and was also told there are no service centers in my area that I should seek and independent center as this would be an out of pocket cost for me. I contacted a service center and he evaluated the machine and noted that this was a mechanical issue where the machines left block busted inside the tub causing the so called “cosmetic damage” I was told that this is covered under the Samsung warranty. Called Samsung back an additional ticket was placed again was told no service centers in my area and nothing they can do to fix it for me. If I have a non authorized appliance work on my combo it voids the warranty. Currently I have been without a washer and dryer for 2 weeks and no one from Samsung will contact me to assist I’ve even contacted executive customer service and no one has contacted me and it’s clear they don’t care about their customers only the money they can make off of you.

I feel cheated! I read reviews and did research. I have had the machine in my home for less than 30 days and it has already been a nightmare. it has given two error codes about the heat exchanger and then last night it flooded my entire laundry room. I have never experienced such a poor result from a supposed premium machine. I requested a refund and/or exchange to a normal non all in one. Samsung told me no and that there was nothing that they can do. Of course I scheduled the repair but this is very alarming already!! I feel cheated.

I loved it so much, I bought two! There's nothing like getting through your chores by wiping out the laundry in a matter of hours and because it washes and dries, you do not need to swap laundry out into the dryer. You simply visit the laundry room and it's done. The app tells you on your phone whats going on with the machine and when the cycle is complete, so there's no guesswork. They. are quiet and the display is crisp and easy to comprehend. It's also nice not to have to fill the detergent and softener so often as it self-doses and with accuracy, about 45 loads until you have to refill the containers.

I I bought this machine on 6/6/24 had it delivered 2 days later, delivery guys were great. I love this machine! I have used a few different wash types and love them all so far, and I REALLY love the delay wash feature. This saves me from having to rewash or dewrinkle my clothes all the time. My family and I have been using our Bespoke AI Laundry Combo for over several months now and are very happy with it. For years in our garage we were using the typical washer and dryer separate units but there was no ventilation setup for the dryer. This caused damage to the walls. Since using this unit everything has been great. Even my mother likes it beacuse she can now not have to go and transfer clothing from one machine to the next. Make sure however to follow the warnings when the Bespoke alerts you when its time self maintenance for the dryer and wash after a certain number of cycles. Also always try to keep the vent clean. Only issue is the power button. More than likely the next model will correct the fact the button needs to be easily seen and accessible. We need a power button with a backlight. Love this machine. Hope the models have a proper power button and then most likely we would trade for it.

I have gone from doing laundry all day to a small load every day or every other day! NO MORE WEEKEND LAUNDRY DAYS!!! Totally frees up my weekend tired to a washer and dryer! Great at washing everything. Worst thing is cleaning this SD card lint filter that does not stand on its own and can not be plced anywhere in a bespoke mannr. And then…The drain is hidden behind the cartridge of soaps and the hose barely reaches the end of the unhinged door. And then It is not at an incline where just any bottle can recieve the run off water. Ifs just nightmare and not worth the money to commit to this maintenance. Im so upset I came to this website lookin c accesories that would help the cleaning process. Not even writing this review is easy, look at the darn typos that generated idk what these letters are jumping.

Initially, Samsung wasn’t my first choice, as I’d heard some negative stories about their appliances, and I didn’t even realize they made an all-in-one unit. Dangerous and potentially fatal flaw in the Samsung Bespoke All in One Washer and Dryer. I purchased this product 06/26/2024 and it was received and installed 07/03/2024. At first everything was fantastic, clothes came out clean and dry, I’d set a load before bedtime and we were easily able to keep on top of the laundry for a family of six. After about 6 months I noticed that the laundry was consistently damp at the end of a drying cycle. I followed the instructions on the Samsung support center to clean the heat exchange coils and make sure the lint trap and surrounding area were clean. That seemed to help for a couple loads and then the performance issues returned. I contacted Samsung and a service repairman was sent to look at it. He didn’t see anything wrong, and suggested washing the lint trap every few uses to prevent a buildup of fabric softener. The performance issues continued, and it was a huge disappointment to have spent $1,999.99 dollars on a piece of equipment that was having to be run multiple times just to get a dry load of laundry. It became difficult to stay on top of the laundry, and frustrating as the lower washer filter was continually becoming clogged with hair. Finally, out of desperation, seeking answers to this issue, fed up with soggy clothing and multiple runs that used MORE energy, and caused us to constantly be behind on the laundry, I turned to Reddit threads and Youtube. This washer/dryer combo is promoted as being ventless, a huge plus, because of no need to constantly clean an external vent, increasing our risk of a house fire. As a first responder family that was a relief. According to Consumer Affairs, “Dryers are responsible for approximately 13,820 fires annually.” I faithfully cleaned the lint trap every load and followed all the instructions provided by Samsung for continuing maintenance. What I found inside the back of my washer/dryer unit was shocking. After scouring Youtube I finally found an account that showed how to remove the lid and open the top of the lint chute, the chute that carries all the lint up to the trap where it can then be removed. The lint chute was almost completely filled with lint, there was a small hole through which air could get through. This obviously explained the poor performance issues with drying, but was shocking as it’s a huge fire hazard, and the only way to reach it is to take apart the washer/dryer. Attached is a photo of the pile of lint that I removed from the unit. Pencil for reference to HOW much lint was stuffed in there. Obviously there is a flaw in the design of the chute that carries the lint to the trap. This will be an ongoing issue, where to fully clean the unit I, as the consumer, have to take apart the washer/dryer to access the built up lint. This is a fatal flaw in this unit, one that I’m grateful to have found, but one that has the potential to cause house fires for the other consumers that have bought it. There is no way to clean the lint, and consumers have no knowledge of the build up unless, like me, they spent hours trying to find somebody on Youtube or Reddit that might know how I could fix my wet laundry. Do better Samsung. In 2023 there were 4,371 fire deaths. So far in 2025 there have been 1,240 home fire deaths. The NFPA reports that, “between 2016 and 2020, the United States experienced an annual average of 350,800 home structure fires.” My family is lucky to not be part of that statistic, you’d better hope that others who bought the same product have that same luck.

I was skeptical, an all in one washer/dryer? Wow, was I wrong. This is an amazing combo washer/dryer. With its large capacity condenser the clothes come out dry and soft. The beauty of this washer is that you just chuck your dirty clothes in the washer and somewhere around 2 plus hours later they are dry. Honestly, I prefer it to the traditional separate washer and dryer. I will never go back. You also have the added advantages of it being an app driven washer, giving you updates on your wash, options, etc.

I bought this 6 months ago but didn’t get installed by my contractor till about a month ago. I love it but know that I am not using all of what it has to offer. I took a star off because when I was researching the 3 different washer/dryer combos, The other 2 had pedestals available. Since the Samsung was so new, they predicted that there would be one available probably in August. That hasn’t happened and I get the impression it is not in the near future if at all. This is not ok because the unit sits very low to the ground. If I had known there wasn’t going to be one, I would have gotten an LG. I feel I was mislead and that is very disappointing. I am stuck now, I fear.

Super Efficient, quiet, love the touch screen module. Is a great looking machine. The feature to fill up the soap and softener chambers and never have to manually add soap is so cool. It has so many features and different wash types. Do not be intimidated by the combined was/dry times. I like the super speed wash. Clothing is always dry before the actual cycle is complete. Buy it, you won’t regret it It is easy to download the app snd get connected from your phone. I didn’t buy the stand. It’s not necessary but to drain the machine and clean the filter on bottom you will be lying on your stomach without it. The unit holds alot of clothes. Great overall machine

I have given this W/D several months to use and get to know its pros and cons. At this point, it's mostly cons. The only positive is the space-saving aspect. Everything else is terrible. It takes several hours to do one load of laundry, the lint trap is a pain to clean, and the emergency water drain is THE WORST DESIGN FLAW IN HISTORY. Absolute worst. Will not meet any times specified. Constantly have to clean bottom filter. Condenser more than difficult to clean without specialized brushes or vacuum attachment. Fastest washing time on super speed was 1 hour 18 minutes wash only then a typical drying tim of 2 hours. Half of the time I have to add a cycle of 30 to 45 minutes timed dry to finish drying. Auto detergent works occasionally. Bedding is a 6 hour 30 minute cycle. Terrible product. Will replace as soon as possible and set this machine by the road for free, with sign stating works with aggrevation. Samsung should pay me back.

I purchased WD53DBA900HBA1 in December and want to order a second front-filter kit. I have two 'adult' boys living with me and anticipate a filter problem in the near future. I want to have a second filter on hand so they can just swap it out instead of having them 'clean' it.The filter is 3 parts: the frame and the two mesh parts that fit together. I am being fastidious about keeping the lint filter clean and the slot clean and dry. If you buy this get the extended warranty. I actually advise you to do that with any purchase especially with Samsung. I live outside of Orlando and when the machine started leaking they had no one available to repair it. They just sent me a check. At least I learned that I don’t care for front loading washers or being held hostage by an all in one. I would rather have separate systems even as a smaller family of three. Also the dryer vent is hard to clean and to run the cleaning function for both the washer and dryer settings takes 5+ hours. The only plus side is not having to move clothes over.

I have had this machine since 04/22/24. It has been the absolute best washing experience ever!! Our machines are in the basement of an old house. During changes in temperature or rain, it can get a bit musty. This always would impact our wash and dry cycles as moisture creates bacteria, which creates stinky.. So far we've experienced weather in the high 80s, freezing Temps in the 30s, rain storms, etc and the clothing has been consistently fresh and clean. The fact that you don't have to transfer the load makes all the difference in the world. No sitting in between equals no risk of bacteria and smell. it also helps me out of not being stressed or on a timer to always beat the clock and put items to dry. It's been a breeze!!! avoiding extra back and forth up and down the stairs and also nor having to refill the detergents each time are also easing my physical issues tied to my autoimmune disease.

We have had our ventless all in one for almost 2 years and love it. The huge capacity and load sensing is perfect for busy homes. Everything comes out fresh and clean. It has so many diffrent options it really does it all. I did purchase the pedestal a while after we’d had it and I want to say get the pedestal during the machine delivery as it is incredibly heavy to lift on the pedestal. I truely love our all in one. We don’t really use the internet stuff on the machine but it does have many things on it as well.

We bought this in May and already having issues. The clothes are still saturated even when you put dry cycle to, “ more dry.” You can only wash small loads! It takes 5 plus hours to wash one load, making it difficult to get many loads done in a day. It was a terrible purchase. I would return it if I could!! Not worth the money! Now I’m stuck with the bill and having to go to the laundry mat on my days off because of the lengthy time it takes to do one small load! You can forget washing towels or covers! Just completely dissatisfied and anyone that ask, I tell them the same thing, DON’T BUY!

I really like mine. Had it for almost six months. I don't use the automatic dispensers since I like to mix and match my detergents and I don't use conditioner after Safely brand detergent. The capacity is amazing for the family of two. Overall it feels like an upgrade from two ten-year old stackable samsung combo.

While I think this is a decent and first of it's kind, then this is great. I like that I don't have to exchange laundry. Design flaws? Absolutely. The drain filter is too low, and you have to wait a long time for the water to release. If you happen to leave it alone with a small bowl, then you may let it spill. I also tried to use the internal support troubleshoot, and it didn't help when I had a clogged drain filter. At least I did figure it out. I like that it's small for tighter, cramped places. I wish it would also start cycles using the Smart Use, though. I could never seem to get that figured out. Also, why have "Bubble Soak" in the system, when it can't be used? I really wish that was available!

I have had the washer combo about three months now. I bought it with the matching pedestal. The pedestal is expensive, but raises the opening to a usable height, and provides a place to store detergent, etc. I would highly recommend that. The washer does an excellent job at getting clothes clean, and they always come out completely dry (I left the default "open door at finish" setting, which probably helps). The surprising thing is that the detergent dispensing, together with not having to move the clothes to a dryer, makes the process easier than anticipated. It does take a long time, but not much of MY time. The unit also allows you to set a delay on washing, to take advantage of lower time-of-day electric rates. Oddly, it only allows you to set the end time, not the start time, and the estimated cycle time, which is often way off, influences this. Not a deal breaker, just humorous for me. I had to rebuild the cabinetry in my laundry room to suit the height of this unit, but the new cabinets are more functional anyway. Looks good, too!

Continue to receive the “can’t clean heat exchanger” error almost every other load. Have had a tech come out twice. They replaced a part one time. The very next load, same error. I think there is a major design flaw with this unit.

We bought ours a month ago and the first week was a learning curve, but we love it now! I’ve found for most things to use the AI Optiwash and dry setting works well. I love not having to transfer the clothes to dry and tend to put a load in at night and in the morning it’s good to go! I also love the ventless dryer and how much cleaner my laundry room is without all the lint. Only downside is I wish there was a pedestal for it- it has a large capacity which is great, just hard to get down and reach to the back. The BeSpoke universal stand does not work for this machine.

I bought this about 6 months ago and I couldn't be happier. Not having to worry detergent and fabric softener every load or changing from washer to dryer is the best thing for me and my family all the kids have to do is load and hit start. And it fits everything. Sometimes the bigger loads or huge king blankets feel a bit damp but we don't use extra dry mode and after they are out of the machine and folded they aren't damp anymore. But the ventless feature is great as well can place whereever there is a waterline without worry about ventilation to the outside.

The design of this washing machine is incompatible with using a drain pan. If you want to use a drain pan or, in my case, required by the plumbing code to have a drain pan under the washing machine, the detergent drawer will be physically blocked from fully opening. You will not be able to put detergent or softener into the washing machine. I was not aware that a drain pan was required until the installers came and would not install it until I had a drain pan in place. Getting a larger drain pan is out of the question. The largest one I found was 31” x 36”, which would allow the machine to sit in it, but not allow the detergent drawer to open. Also, couldn't find a drain pan of that size that would have a lower profile. I understand that there is a pedestal that can be purchased to raise the machine, which also doubles as a drawer for supplies. With a drain pan, it would just be an expensive stand since the drain pan would keep the drawer from opening. I’m at a loss for how to proceed at this point. I may have to jerry-rig something or figure out a way of lifting the entire washing machine every time I need to fill the detergent or softener bin. Can't comment on any of the other features of the machine as I'll need to figure this issue out before I can use it.

Samsung, I guess, believes 5½ hours for "rapid wash" mode is acceptable. Perhaps "rapid" is relative to geological time scales or the heat death of the universe. My favorite part is needing to dry almost every load twice! Nothing says "cutting-edge AI technology" like clothes that come out damp after a full dry cycle. The "AI" must stand for "Absolutely Inadequate" because it certainly hasn't learned how to actually dry fabric. But hey, at least it's "Bespoke" - which apparently means you can choose what color you'd like your disappointment to come in.

We received this unit yesterday. The installation people ran one cycle to make sure it wasn't leaking. We then ran the calibration and one load of laundry, everything seemed fine. Today, the unit will not power on. We have checked the breaker and done all of the troubleshooting, it will not turn on. Of course the first appointment for repair to come out is not until October 25 and Samsung already hauled away our old units, so we have no way to do laundry this week. We went back and forth on this unit based on the mixed reviews and regret it immediately.

This is literally the WORST machine on the market. It advertises “large capacity”, “good for pet hair”… ALL LIES. I bought this while I was pregnant thinking it would make my life easier and it’s done nothing but add stress to my life. Worst money I’ve ever spent. The compressor has gone bad twice in less than a year, it won’t dry a normal size load, everything you wash smells like mildew.. and on top of that Samsung customer service is HORRIBLE. If I could give this machine negative stars, I would. I will never buy another Samsung product in my life.

This combo is a frustrating mess and a complete waste of time, money and electricity. The minimum wash time is 5 hours on the quickest cycle, but then you have to add at least 40 more minutes of drying time because it takes at least 2 drying cycles to get your clothes dry. It takes 11 hours, not a typo, it takes 11 hours to wash and partially dry one small load of blankets (2 small throws). It takes 5 hours to do a quick wash and partially dry a small load and 7.5 hours to wash and partially dry on normal... I say partially dry because the dry cycle fails to dry in one cycle no matter how small the load is. This is a great concept, but it's hard to imagine worse execution of a great idea, Giving this product a 1 star is very generous

I bought this a month ago and love it! First of all it doesn’t need a dryer vent so forget having to clean that again. It plugs into a regular outlet (that should be on its own breaker I believe). It has two big automatic dispensers for detergents or fabric softener. You have the option of turning that off and using a little silicone pod that you add to the machine itself for special detergent for one off loads. Such as baby detergent. You can program your own loads using the smart things app. By creating your own cycles you save time not having to select all the different washing options such as bubble soak or extra rinse. Now for how long it takes to do your laundry. Yes the drying takes longer but if you have ever forgotten to switch your laundry to the dryer and had to rewash this is a huge time and energy saver! I only do mediumish sized loads and my clothes have been all dry when the cycle is done. I would say it takes double the time to dry but I have only used regular dry and that includes the cool down cycle. My old dryer did it in 20 minutes but at a super high temp and did not cool down. I did wash a California King light blanket and it fit just fine. I also like the lint filter that it’s easy to reach. It is a little more difficult to clean then the old dryer but it’s easier to reach and I don’t have to clean the dryer vent anymore ever again. My clothes come out smelling clean! You also have the option of the door popping open at the end of the cycle so moist air can escape. Reminds me of the Samsung dishwasher. I think you can also link your Ring camera to it - working on that! also love that this takes half the space of using a washer and dryer! If you would miss running a wash while you dry I guess you could buy two!

This is the worst washer and dryer I have ever owned. You have to manually drain water from it once a month and they do not make it easy. I have to lay on the floor with a bowl small enough for the short tube to fit into. The machine will not run if you don’t do this. Another horror is something that has always been simple. Emptying the lint trap. It’s a jigsaw puzzle to put back together and is extremely frustrating. Clothing comes out wrinkled and for some reason pants more so than anything else. I really hate this machine!!!

Bought 1 combo to replace washer then a 2nd to replace the dryer when it broke down. Now we have two combos which is great due to our big family laundry needs. We can wash and dry 2 loads at a time in the same space as a single washer and dryer. The elimination of the 220V electrical was convenient as well. Completely satisfied with washing and drying performance.

Honestly the technology in these units is outrageous. Washing and drying a load of laundry in two hours using less than 1kw/hour of electricity! Unheard of! Yeah sometimes a load takes a little longer, though I've yet to see one take over 3 hours. In my eyes it's a small price to pay for never having to worry about a dryer vent again. Tons of features and cycles, washes linen sheets and auto dispenses specialty detergents for delicates or a standard detergent for regular loads. Using the ai features the machine is also insanely efficient at dispensing detergent. Old machine averaged 50 ml of specialty detergent per load, this one is 9 ml. But somehow sheets are cleaner! Honestly I'm just praying the machine is reliable because the functionality, convenience, and efficiency is seriously something else.

I LOVE this washer/dryer. I have a family of 5, plus 2 cats and 3 dogs all inside. I was a little worried when I saw the “normal” cycle would take 4 hours when I started our first load. A month later, I have used a lot of the other cycles offered in the machine. I like that I can taylor how much fabric softener is used according to my preference. The app allows the machine to let me know when to remove the clean clothes/towels/bedding. Even the longer settings save me time.

We bought the Bespoke in April of last year and it is not working properly now. The dryer door is locked and won’t release. My clothes are stuck in it. There is an error code of 9c9 and there is no such code in the trouble shooting guide in the manual. I can’t get any of the settings to show up. I bought is because it had the the most cubic feet plus a shorter cycle time. Well, it doesn’t unless you do small load. Now I have to wait a week for a service repair man.

Not that I get excited about washer/dryers, but what we had needed to be replaced. I overheard a clerk at the home improvement store talking about the features to another customer and I was hooked. Smartphone connected, opens the door at the end of the cycle, auto detergent feed, micro bubbles to improve cleaning, and no vent! Planning to move it upstairs where all the laundry is so no more up and down stairs. I actually think the laundry is much cleaner now.

This is one of the worst purchases I have ever made. I regret it wildly. Do not buy this. I have had ongoing issues with it since I purchased it a year ago. The cycle time takes 3.5 hours instead of the stated 2. It will literally use an entire bottle of softener at one time. Now, I am FIVE days out of warranty and the stupid thing is not drying my clothes..and they will not cover a thing. Buy another brand or product and avoid the regret.

I purchased mine on August 7, 2024 and so far absolutely love it. I wish I had ordered the pedestal at the same time because the door sits very low without a pedestal and it is incredibly deep. There always seems to be a sock or towel at the back that i cant reach and i have to get down on the floor and practically crawl in to get to the back and get it. I do love everything else about it and recommend it to everyone.

We bought the Bespoke AI Laundry Combo in December. I have tried to like this, but absolutely hate it! This is the worst washer/dryer I have ever used. Our clothes constantly come out wrinkled (even when fresh out of the dryer). There is no way to steam refresh without running a full cycle, and the time dry doesn't do anything to refresh & de-wrinkle them. Instead of putting worthless technology into the washer/dryer, like youtube and Amazon, Samsung should figure out how to add a steam refresh OR get it so the clothes are wrinkled so had you have to use an iron. (I have not used an iron in over 10 years, but need one thanks to Samsung!) I would not recommend this to anyone unless if they only wash 5-10 items per load... and even then I've had shirts and jeans come out wrinkled! We are less than 30 days into using it, and Samsung says we are stuck with it! Yay us.... not!

I have bought quite a few 2 in 1 combo . Overseas it's a regular washing and drying machine. I bought this one 3 weeks ago and it is the best I have ever bought. I bought an LG 6 months ago but there is no comparison. My laundry doesn't smell like they burned or dried to hot or to fast. I don't have to take the wet clothes out and shake them and put them back in to prevent wrinkling like the LG.

I've had this machine for about a year and a half now. It only worked for about 10 months. It broke before the warranty was over, and they sent some service techs to look at it. They came out almost 5 times and haven't been able to fix it, and now I've been told that the warranty period is over, so I can either pay for a new washer or keep paying the service techs to come out and try to fix it.

Owned for 10 months. Three software updates. I like the All-in-One. We had an issue with letting clothes sour in the washer. With the all-in-one, that's never happened. Cons - 1) You need to clean the filter regularly, like a Roomba. Based on on-line reviews, that's the key issue to it failing. 2) It is large. I wanted a European-style compact, mini. But, I've gotten used to it. Pros - 1) You can start from dirty to clean & dry, without additional steps. Unless you want to add dryer sheets/balls. 2) I love how well the softener is added & the cycle options. 3) I didn't care for the 1st software update, but I like the most recent one (April/May 2025). It adds some helpful display options. 4) The large detergent containers are nice. 5) I wash my blacks on delicate & I really like the specialty detergent receptacle. I am actually back on the site to see if I could get a 2nd one, but I guess that's not an option.

Purchased ~7 months from time of review, just noticed today that there are 2 loads left until we do the heat exchanger cleaning (every 180 loads) so we have done 178 loads to date. Has been the BEST washer dryer I've ever owned. Family of three. We have washed clothes, towels, ALL bedding (King sized comforter fits in this bad boy)... everything. No issues at all. Clothes are cleaner, fresher and so much easier to deal with. Does it take longer to dry? Sure. But I wager that is often times not a realized impact to our routine since it automatically goes from wash to dry on it's own. We love this thing and converted the dryer space that used to be occupied into a closet, effectively doubling our storage space. Obviously we shall see on longevity, but 178 loads later it works like it did on the first day. For reference I am 48 years old, this is my 6th washer and dryer owned so far (not including rental unit supplied systems).

This was purchased about a month ago, had a great offer thru my employer so I went for it. Up to today it has been wonderful, i found if you just leave it on normal and let the AI do its job clothes are done is less than 3 hrs with regular load. Today however, one load finished, moved on the the next load, after cleaning the lint trap which I do after every load, and now it gives me a lint trap error. Filter is clean, got inside the machine as best as I could thru the lent trap door but could not resolve the problem. No I am waiting to hear back from a 3rd party repair company so they can set an appointment to come and take a look. I am still rating a 4 star because up until now it has been perfect. I hope this one issue is not a sign of things to come. Also, just a suggestion, Samsung you are big enough to have your own internal repair group and not contract out to 3rd parties, I hope I am not waiting weeks to get this repair done.

Bought this machine and had my plumber hook it up and the first time I tried to use it water poured out from under the bottom getting my new floors completely covered in water. I wanted to use the flex dispenser to have regular detergent and then a sensitive skin detergent, but you can only use the second dispenser on three very specific cycles instead of any cycles. This doesn't make any sense, let me use the detergent on whatever cycle I want. It's okay otherwise. Incredibly heavy and nearly impossible to move, it didn't fit in my old washer area so I had to turn it sideways so the doors could close as it blocks the other closet door, so it's now really awkward. Custom cycles aren't actually custom either. I cloth diaper (which is why I wanted the specialty detergent to use in the heavy duty cycle) and this has no cloth diaper wash setting (unlike the older maytag we had) and the "custom" cycles are just pre-picked things you can't really adjust much besides regular settings you can change on any of the normal cycles. I really wanted to like this washer combo unit, but it's just so frustrating and limiting compared to what it touts.

I bought this to take advantage of the more energy-efficient heat pump drying. I ran a load of regular clothes and it came out warm and dry. Then I tested it with a comforter that took 1 hour at full heat on a regular dryer to dry. It takes longer with the heat pump - but it still comes out just as dry.

This machine promises the future but delivers a headache. For a "premium" appliance, the performance is shockingly poor. ​Dryer is Useless: Because it’s ventless, it takes forever. A single load of towels takes nearly five hours, and even then, they come out feeling "steamy" and damp rather than dry. ​The "AI" is Not Smart: The AI OptiWash feature constantly miscalculates the load weight. It either uses too little water or adds hours to the cycle for no reason. ​Maintenance Nightmare: The lint filter system is poorly designed. Wet lint gets trapped in crevices that are impossible to reach, which will definitely lead to mold or drainage issues down the road. ​Vibration & Noise: During the spin cycle, the whole house shakes. I was a lot skeptical after reading many mixed reviews for all brands that offered a washer dryer combo machine, Samsung you nailed it with this one. My family could not be happier. The machine is easy to use; my 10 year old does his own laundry and preps for the next load by cleaning the lint trap. Laundry detergent and softener self dispensing makes life easy; amounts can be adjusted to your liking per load. Clothes come out clean, fresh and DRY. You choose your cycle; set and forget from wash to dry or set them to run independently. Machine is load with tech; AI, Alexa pairing, apps, web browser. I love jamming out to my Spotify Playlist. I don't miss a visitor, doorbell can chime through the machine.This machine is BOSS- 5 stars without a doubt. The only thing missing and I why only rated 4 stars is due to the lack of a pedestal, machine sits low. I was told that a pedestal was in the making, I hope it's available soon-I also understand perfection can't be rushed, this machine is very heavy.

Beautiful, elegant and sophisticated. Unfortunately, clothes end up with more wrinkles than before (using same products). Sometimes the clothes don't get fully dried as the AI feature does not detect humidity properly. Overall, a good machine, but it needs some improvements.

I was a skeptic when it came to 2 in 1 combo based on my experience with European appliances when I lived in Spain for 2 years. I always had to rack dry even after the drying cycle. That was a decade ago so I figured that technology has advanced since then and decided to give this a try. I waited until I've put it through its paces to write this review. I absolutely love the convenience of set it and forget it and how the super speed cycle gets me from dirty clothes to dry and warm clothes in less than 2 hours. I couldn't do that with my old stand alone washer and dryer! Since having this thing, I've done several loads of heavy jeans, t shirts, sheets, towels, and even a queen sized quilt filled with wool. The quilt did take 6 hrs so I ran it over night but the sheets and towels took about 2.5 hrs each. Everything always came out warm and dry. With my stand alone dryer, I used to get wet spots on the quilt and super hot edges but not with this combo! I'm so glad I got this instead of another stand alone set!

The combo machine has been good for us. Once we figured out the different functions and how to work the machine. New concept takes a little getting used to but not having to babysit between the wash and dry cycle is great. Would highly recommend for anyone in the market

I love all the cycles and the ease of operation. Clothes wash and dry well. There is little vibration at all which is a plus. I find it easy to throw something in to get rid of wrinkles. The capacity is quite large, able to wash and dry a large washable living room rug.

Cycles last a bit too long and vent or tube becomes clogged and causes some issues. Have to constantly clean out the tubing and dry cycles last too long

I bought this a month ago and it’s the worst purchase I’ve made in a long time. They say it has a super speed wash/dry 98 min cycle, I’d like to know how that’s done! I’ve not had a load take under 4 hrs. No matter what I choose it will default back to what it thinks it should be. So I thought I would start from the beginning. I reset to factory settings because putting in a custom setting was a waste of time as it did what it wanted anyway, pulled out a level and made sure the machine was completely balanced and ran the calibration to be sue the weight sensor wasn’t thrown off somehow. I even went so far as to load each piece of clothing one-by-one! Still nothing worked. If all that wasn’t enough they don’t make a pedestal for this unit. It sits sooo low that I have to stoop down (even at 5’2) to remove the laundry, I mean really!? I can’t return it and I can’t sell it because I would never get what I paid for it, I’m stuck. Hopefully Samsung will come up with a way to fix these issues via software updates or something.

Best decision to get this product! I’m free from having to be home to transfer from washer to dryer. I’m no longer taking certain garments out to hang dry because the heat pump type of drying is much easier on your clothes. Love the app too…easy to use etc.

This is by far the worst Samsung product, less than 6 months and the motor went out, the door would not open even after trouble shooting, clothes are stuck in the machine. The Samsung service tech could not get the door open. Buyer beware, do not buy

One major missing feature!!!! While you can select the washer temperature, you. Annot sekect the dryer temp so if you need to tumble dry....no cant do!!!! Your old fashion washer dryer does a FAR better jib for half the cost.

I waited 6 months before doing this review. This unit replace a 10-year-old stacking set, another brand. This combo unit is simply WOW. I can’t imagine any other unit better than this one. I did my research and decided to get it. No more changing laundry from washer to dryer. It does an EXCELLENT job with both washing and drying. I particularly like the detergent automatic dispense too. The controls and wash options could not be any easier. It is all done via the touch screen. The self-cleaning function is a breeze too. The unit lets you know when to do this. As far as some complaints I’ve read – READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. People see the huge drum and fill it; it is no wonder they are having drying issues. Every load we do comes out fresh and dry. Again, read the instructions. A dryer drum is always bigger than a washing machine drum, overloading is clearly the problem. Reason for larger dryer drum: Clothes expand when wet and require more space to dry properly. No vent and no 220v is also a huge plus. If your on the fence, just get it, you wont have any regrets.

4 weeks ago (Last edited 4 weeks ago ) in Washers and Dryers I have had my Samsung unit combo-ventless about two-weeks and have done 7 loads . So far, lovely and perfect. Am being careful and doing only small loads, normal cycle, and same fabrics in one load , and one load on one day no loads back to back. Some note a potential design flaw, where an inaccessible, nonvisible channel accumulates lint to point rendering dryer unuseable . I still would buy another same unit if could use this one with no repairs close to a year …. It would be nice, if some rebate on a second unit possible from Samsung …. Concept. This unit is revolutionalizing cleaning of fabrics and no way I would go back A computerized marvel ! …most important believe is to let no one use unit after arrives, until set up by yourself in settings, and run crucial calibration cycle before doing any loads. No loads. If not aware of this task, ….trouble in running a first load and maybe there after. Believe need to avoid installers running test load before calibration cycle

Purchased this unit several months ago and so far it has worked fairly well. I however have a couple key concerns. 1) Mixed reviews on the condenser cleaning system. Some reviews have it as the best among the 3 major 2-1 combo washers and it does seem to be more robust than LG/GE. However other reputable reviewers have found lint on the condenser coils after several washes which is very concerning. 2) The firmware/software definitely needs an update to the drying sensors in the system. I have had clothes that came out damp and on the other hand in bedding mode it said that there was 3 hours of dry time remaining even though all the bedding was already very dry which is not good. This additional drying time is damaging to fabrics and also leads to the eye popping and ridiculous 8-9 hours cleaning cycles. 3) Please update the software to included a programmed start time instead of or in addition to the program end time. A programmed end time is not very useful to me and a programmed start time is much more useful for those of us on a time of use electricity plan.

I just a Samsung stackable washer/dryer. I had it installed and when I went to use it- I couldn't see the upper part of the dial. I am 5'11 and still cant see the top of the dial.

I have had this unit for 6 months. It is used for adults, a teenager, and a 2 year old. It is ran daily. Keeping up and learning the proper maintenance is a job in itself.
