I can't connect to Wi-Fi on my Samsung Galaxy device
- Any prompt that says Authentication Error is related to an incorrect password. Please contact your Internet Service Provider for assistance in changing your Wi-Fi network password.
- To view the password you are entering tap the eye symbol next to “Enter password”. You should check the password you are using against other devices using the same Wi-Fi connection.

Please note: if a setting is turned on, it will be blue. If a setting is turned off, it will be grey
Please note: if you want your device to automatically connect to this Wi-Fi network in the future, make sure that the switch next to Auto reconnect is switched on.
