I bought this TV a couple of months ago to replace my old Samsung TV, which lasted almost 20 years! I’ve always found Samsung products to be very reliable, and most of the Samsung products I’ve owned have lasted well over 10 years, so I decided to stick with Samsung. I’m really happy with this TV. The picture quality is excellent, and I love having the Smart TV features. It also comes with a variety of Samsung channels with different programs to watch, which is a nice bonus. It was easy to set up and has been working great. I’m very happy with my purchase and, based on my past experience with Samsung, I’m hoping this TV will give me many years of use too!

I bought the TV about a month ago and have been very happy with it. I especially like the Filmmaker Mode for watching movies. I wish the unit had a Gaming setting for the picture quality. I find that the black tones are spotty and pixelated sometimes but overall I’m very happy with the product.

Very happy with this TV so far. My old TV bit the dust after a long and happy 17 years. This one is a bit bigger. Wanted a larger screen due to eye/vision issues. The resolution is nice and the brightness is perfect. Contrast is good although I do feel it could be a bit crisper at times. I haven’t watched anything on it yet that would fully demonstrate its full HD capabilities Sound is good. The only thing I am not big on is the remote. It is difficult to read and the volume buttons can be a bit tricky. I tend to accidentally mute when I am trying to turn volume up or down. A minor thing overall. I would buy this TV again.

Picture is wonderful, & overall the actual TV is pretty good, but one of the main reasons I bought this TV was that my deaf mother could wear Bluetooth headphones while I listened to the actual TV speakers. I tried "ad nauseum" but couldn't get it work. Actually, I will go as far as saying this feature is broken & if the TV wasn't on an island in the middle of a lake, it would be returned

I've had this TV for a month now and I can say I am.impressed. the picture quality is amazing, and the responsiveness of the TV is great. My one and only complaint and why I gave it 4 stars is that when music gets loud, the sound tens to crackle and be tinroof sounding. Other than that, I love how it paired with my S25 to run the set up, so I didn't have to enter any passwords. Easy easy.

This was a gift for my71st birthday I am very disappointed. One of the legs was not installed correctly and therefore the TV has a slight slant . There is also an area at the bottom of the screen that is a lighter shade that is only visible when there is a black screen .

Loved the picture. But sadly no more. It has burnt out, and i am not pleased at all. I have had my 55 inch model just over 2 years. Not good enough ,frankly i will never buy a Samsung Tv ever again. Seems there is a massive issue re the setting for the picture WHICH Samsung don't warn you about. I actually thought my Tv was a Infra Red Heater as everytime i walked by it it was very warm . Then just under a week there was a burning plastic smell coming from the Tv. Could not find origionally where it was coming from. But then the Tv just started flickering and died. Looked online to see what could be the cause. Apparently Vivid or Dynamic setting causes more heat. So be warned. I never contacted Samsung , as no doubt they will just put the blame on myself.

The Upside of the TV is of a great design, very light and the Brightness and Contrast of the Screen is Paramount. It also has Uniformity,Upscaling and Responsiveness. The Downside of the TV is that it doesn’t Support discovery+ and also BBC iPlayer the only way you can get these at Present is through an external source such as a Amazon Firestick which was a bit disappointing as it stated on the Site we went on to Buy the TV that it did. This purchase was made to replace a faulty TV for my grandma. It is not only a nicer, replacement but the user interface was also simpler and easier for her to comprehend, as she doesn’t do well with new tech. Picture is great and better than a few other brands we have owned in the past, as a result I replaced my old Samsung plasma purchased in 2012 (still working reliably) with a newer smart tv and I now get to enjoy the great picture and user interface.

So I just got this TV delivered today and I have set it up for gaming as that is what i tend to do in my free time. One thing i noticed is that this TV does have the BT2020 color space option and ST2084 gamma option (likely due to the HDR that this TV supports). Does this TV not have Dolby Vision? If it does and I just can't seem to find it I would like to Know if it does. My Xbox Series X doesn't seem to think this TV has Dolby Vision at least.

Because I only subscribe to one TV service ,it was all the TV apps that first appears on the screen when you open it (netflix,prime...).It took me 4 days until I was able to make my service only appear when I open it.

I’ve had this TV for about a month now, and overall I’m very happy with it. The picture is sharp, the sound is great, and it’s very responsive. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that, on rare occasions, the picture quality seems to suddenly drop for a short time. I’m not sure if it’s the TV or something else, but aside from that, it’s been an excellent TV.

We upgraded an older Samsung TV to this 65” unit. There are much more expensive Samsung TVs available but we have been very impressed with both the picture brightness and sharpness of this lower cost TV. We have watched a number of movies and don’t feel a sound bar is necessary. Upgrading to a larger picture really helps with the eligibility of small text on screen.

We're happy with this tv, with the exception of Samsung TVplus, which we find annoying! We want to watch our tv channels on Rogers, and the streaming apps we like — when we turn the tv on, we want to see our tv, not your Samsung TV Plus!! it's a good TV the software to have different apps lacks a lot of options having to buy additional equipment to be able to use legally certain applications like TVA Paramount Plus Discovery Plus a bit sad they should start working on that as it's supposed to be a smart TV and we should be able to install these applications on any Smart TV

I have owned the tv for two weeks now and it is awesome. Purchased the 55” to replace a 48 “, no regrets. The remote is difficult to figure out. It appears that simplifying it went a bit too far. I use a fire stick on one input and regular cable on another, it is difficult to switch between them. For this reason I gave features a four.

Pervious model I had Pluto and GEM this model doesn't have or the ability to add it. I enjoy GEM to access Canadian content now I cant. Sound quality is missing and forces you to get a sound bar to correct it. Last Samsung I buy. Folks need a Lawyer because of the Terms and conditions now, what about folks with a disability.

The only issue I have had was the volume which begins at 0 and goes to 75. My other TVs volume was best at around 20 but this one I need to go to at least 55 in order to hear it properly. Just took some getting used to.

Great TV! Sound quality is great without a soundbar, picture quality is great too and the software is smooth. Great brightness and sharp resolution. The contrast is great even if it isn't oled.

The remote for this TV is terrible. It is small and hard to maneuver without hitting the wrong button. I had to buy a new universal remote which makes it much easier to control.
