I can use the app which will show the efficiency of the refrigerator and also allow me to change the temperature and change the ice type. Make the shelves far enough apart that you can put a gallon jug of milk on a shelf, not in the door. You can move the middle shelf down, but then you only have 5 inches. Need more option on shelf adjustments. 2. The ice bin. Make it where you can remove the divider when only making one type of ice. You have to manually move the ice to the other side to get a full bin of ice. 3. It would have been nice to have water in the door. Yes, I knew it did not have water when I purchased it, but I wanted ice in the bottom freezer section more than water in the door. There was not a model that had both.

El diseño del Refrigerador esta padrisimo lastima que no dure mas de 2 meses y el precio definitivamente no lo vale, Compre en enero 2024 mi Refrigerador y para finales de marzo ya no sirvio mas, primero comenzo teniendo problemas con los hielos ya no rellenaba las charolas y despues nos percatamos que la comida congelada y los hielos que habia se estaban derritiendo, asi mismo dejo de enfriar en la parte de arriba. Gracias a que la compra la hicimos en Costco pudimos regresarlo sin ningun problema y adquirir otro de diferente marca, la unica perdida que tuvimos fue de muchisimos alimentos . No recomiendo que nadie lo compre como mencione al principio el diseño es muy bueno pero su mecanismo no sirve

What we really like is the retractable shelf on the right side with the ability to put taller things in the refrigerator not necessarily the door. The freezer has two compartments a shorter slide out drawer and a deeper larger capacity storage which makes it terrific for storing many items.

La peor compra que pude haber hecho, el refrigerador deja de funcionar al mes de uso, no enfría, no congela, no fabrica hielos, te dan la solución de depositarle el gas pero esa solución solo te protege 15 días más y vuelve la falla. El centro de servicio un completo desastre, el técnico muy prepotente al hacer la revisión del equipo. Están por comprar una caja de acero inoxidable para usarla de alacena.

The Wi-Fi connectivity using smart things App makes the temperature adjustment easy. You get plenty of adjustable shelving, a vegetable drawer, gallon storage in the door, a decent sized freezer, LED lighting. The two different sized ice cubes stored in the freezer section are also a plus. the high-power cooling (high speed fan and cooling) to chill the space more quickly. For a family of 2-4, the size should be sufficient. If you’re looking for a fridge and want a lot of space, this is a great option.

Compré el producto hace 10 meses y tuve que solicitar garantía ya que no congela ni refrigera, vino un técnico de Samsung a repararlo y al siguiente día dejó de congelar y refrigerar nuevamente. Se volvió a levantar un reporte, se dejó pasar las 72 horas que piden para que pueda acudir el técnico, nos asignaron fecha de atención y el técnico nunca llegó. Al momento es fecha que no tengo respuesta ni solución con mi refrigerador. Mi comida ya se hecho a perder y no he podido comprar nueva debido a que mi refri sigue sin funcionar. El producto es pésimo y la atención a clientes aún peor. Jamás recomendaría comprar un producto Samsung

On the right inside is temperature control panel. The ice bins make small and larger size ice cubes. One thing this fridge is missing is a water station. I wish it had that. The refrigerator pull out doors can be accessed with just opening one side. The interior light is super bright and makes the fridge more inviting. The fridge has an alarm that will beep if the doors are left open more than 2 minutes. If you are tech savvy, the temperature can be controlled using the SmartThings app. Overall I am happy with my refrigerator.

No no no no, terrible, completamente terrible, el horrible y mediocre refrigerador me lo entregaron 2 meses después de la compra, y a la primera instalación funcionó 2 semanas y después el congelador dejo de servir ya no congelaba nada, al contrario descongelo las paletas, los hielos hasta las carnes se me echaron a perder, han venido 4 técnicos he llamado 8 veces y la Señora Liz hace lo mismo, me mandó a revisión y no a cambio de equipo y ahora resulta que sera cambio pero de lineas de gas y sigue lo mismo no arreglan nada solo vienen a revisión a cada rato y nada de cambio o solución y el refri ya no lo ocupamos porque no funciona nada en eso todo lo ocupo en una hielera y tengo que comprar bolsas y bolsas de hielo y la Samsung NO SOLUCIONA NADA

It looks very spacious from inside, as it has bright LED light, which illuminates all the corner of the freeze. The Quick Freeze function is a steal, as you can quickly cool your drinks, especially when some of your friends are visiting, and want to chill a beer instantly! If you leave the door open more that 2 mins, it starts beeping, so you cannot leave the door accidently open, as this function is not available in older refrigerators. You can slide the front tray up, to store big items, is very handy feature. In my old freeze, my wife had to continuously keep the kids from touching the door, but with this freeze, you don't have to worry, as it has fingerprint resistant surface. You can also monitor and control the freeze from your very handy mobile app. Very quiet! Me and my family absolutely love it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very happy that we chose this fridge . It fits our space very well and the look of it is fantastic . We were worried the space would be small due to the stigma of most French door styles however we were pleasantly surprised with the amount of space on the inside .Samsung really maximized the space inside . We now have a dedicated cheese drawer and the small shelves on the bottom Of the doors are perfect for snacks for our child . There is also a shelf that you can Move out of the way to accommodate taller items . We do wish there were a little more options to adjust the heights of shelves but it’s not a major detriment by any means . The handles make it really easy to pull open and it is a very gentle close with really little movement t no effort at all . If the door is left open to long an consistent alarm gos off which is very useful with little children in the household (and also with indecisive spouse ) the tempature controls are awesome they make a fun noise when adjusting and cool down the fridge super fast which in turn cools down everything inside fast . Great amount of lighting on the inside . It is WiFi enabled also which super useful . As far as the freezer it makes ice all the time but you can shut it off as needed . It has 2 compartments a smaller one on top that slides out of the way to get to the larger one underneath. Keeps everything in the freezer frozen without getting frostbite because it is sealed tight and also closes super easily . One downside is the storage part of the freezer is not particularly large if you buy a lot of frozen goods and also it is somewhat challenging to organize items in the freezer . The whole unit itself moves easier then most to do cleaning underneath and around . As far as a total recommendation we love it and would highly recommend it for purchase as it really does a fantastic job and also looks really great as well .

It's spacious and well designed. I really like the fact fact that the freezer is underneath the refrigerator, no more uncomfortable bending down. The 2-minute door alarm is wonderful if you accidentally leave the fridge open. The Smart Things app was a temperamental, I'll keep trying to get it to cooperate. Easy installation and intuitive temperature controls. I will recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love how easy to clean and the big space however I don’t like the fact you need to wait almost one whole day for the ice tray to refill it has option for small ice & regular ice you can’t just pick one this sucks when you have a lot of traffic and need to refill your cups I hate that this model doesn’t allow for on demand ice I mean really you pay a pretty good price and no option to refill on demand which sucks I was also told by the tech who had to reset my ice tray that it also won’t produce ice as fast depending on how many times the fridge has been open which is also a bit annoying because it should matter if I’m opening my freezer instead correct anyways I really think I should’ve stuck to a fridge with the ice maker on the door instead for this price I’m very disappointed

Pésimo funcionamiento del refrigerador, a los 15 días de nuevo e instalado dejo de hacer hielos, 3 días después dejo de congelar y 2 días después dejo de enfriar, el reporte se hizo desde que dejó de hace hielo y cuando llego el técnico ya no servia nada, SAMSUNG deja experiencias memorables NEGATIVAS en tus clientes y en el mercado, ya comparé con un refrigerador LG de las mismas características y además de ser más barato, los materiales son más resistentes, las puertas y acabados son de lujo, la experiencia de LG es de lujo. Lo único que sabe hacer SAMSUNG es responder mi reseña indicando que lamenta lo sucedido y me da un teléfono para que me comuniqué….. Se vive un infierno emocional que en menos de un mes el producto deje de servir y Samsung no resuelva… aunque vuelva a marcar seguirá sin resolver

Pésimo refrigerador, compré uno en a finales de diciembre y en febrero dejo de congelar y enfriar, me cambiaron el compresor y volvió a funcionar y al mes pasó lo mismo, ayer nuevamente cambiaron el compresor y no enfrió NADA. De verdad que lastima, ya no puede uno comprar algo sin hacer una investigación de meses para ver si el modelo funciona o no funciona . El diseño y el espacio es muy bueno, pero NO SIRVE

Compramos éste refrigerador por la apariencia, y tamaño, a finales de diciembre del 2023, se descompuso en mayo lo repararon y solo duró una semana, se volvio a descomponer y hasta ahorita no me resuelven, ni lo reparan ni me lo cambian y ni me regresan el dinero, solo dicen que esperemos, definitivamente muy mala compra,y según solo me dicen que es caso especial y ya, y de especial solo es la espera, samsung me ha defraudado, definitivamente no volveré a comprar esta marca.

The fridge was very spacious and could hold all of our groceries which could not fit in our old fridge. This allowed us to organize our groceries neatly while still keeping enough space. The freezer is very deep as well and keeps things cold, and the ice maker makes the perfect ice and always is consistent. It also is very accessible through the smartthings app which tells you if the doors are open and allows you to adjust the inside temperature.

Pésimo producto, lo compré en Diciembre 2023 y en Mayo 2024 dejó de enfriar y congelar levanté reporte para hacer valida la garantía y te asignan un técnico, el cual te queda mal en las visitas y si acaso llega solo revisan y se van diciendo que ya depende de la marca, levanté reporte nuevamente y el tecnico solo canceló sin ponerse en contacto conmigo, sinceramente no es un articulo barato como para que se hagan los locos y te lo cambien por otro o en su defecto repararlo como se debe, mi consejo NO LO COMPREN!

I was surprised at how much larger this fridge is compared to my old one. We did not have them set up the ice maker as I have another fridge with an ice maker and I really just wanted the extra freezer room. The refrigerator part has two doors that open up to the inside and each door has three shelves. There are three shelves inside that provide plenty of room. there are two smaller wider drawers and one longer, wider drawer. I like the variety of space that is available. The freezer has a larger bottom space with a divider in the middle. There is a drawer on top and that too, has a divider in the middle. It holds a lot!! I am very happy with the amount of items that I can put in my freezer. This fridge not only has a large capacity, it also looks very nice with its stainless steel exterior.

Estoy muy feliz con mi nueva nevera, el servicio de entrega fue en el tiempo acordado, y la instalación también se hizo de forma correcta y oportuna. I really needed a spacious fridge that would allow me to organize all my food/groceries/drinks for my household. The large wide shelving units let me place large items inside (for example a large sheet cake) and I still have plenty of room left to add the rest of the items inside. The lighting is great as well! The shelves along the doors are awesome as I can put large drink containers such as milk jugs and juice bottles. The smaller shelves allow me to put a variety of jars and condiments etc. The freezer portion of the fridge is awesome! I love that it has 2 compartments and the fact that it makes 2 different sizes for ice is icing on the cake! It comes with a handy ice scoop as well! I am absolutely in LOVE with this Samsung fridge! It surpasses my expectations and needs in a fridge. I highly recommend!! This fridge does not disappoint! And it is absolutely beautiful as well! It matches my kitchen and appliances perfectly!!

El refrigerador me ha funcionado acordé a la ficha técnica, es muy tecnológico y todo es controlable desde mi celular, Samsung paga el técnico para instalarlo aunque este intento venderme un filtro adicional externo que le rechase, lo cual un ingeniero me comentó que hice bien porque de otra manera hubiera sacrificado la presion ocasionando que no trabajará adecuadamente ya que no estan diseñados para eso. Recomiendo que no le pongan ese filtro externo que les ofrecen ya que el interno es suficiente. Ha trabajado muy bien por tres meses con presion tanto normal de tinaco como de presurizador. Produce hielos de forma increíble y siempre está la jarra de agua llena disponible. El espacio interno es muy bueno para.guardar hasta una vaporera y el mandado del mes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Samsung refrigerator. My first one last more than 10 years. I was excited for this upgrade. One of the best features is being able to control the temperature using the SmartThings app. You can specify the type of item you are trying to stay cool, such as fruits, fish, meat, vegetables. This way the items are maintained at appropriate temperature. The app also has power freeze and power cool code. This makes the fridge way smarter than any of my previously owned devices. So awesome. Though this is counter-depth, its spacing allows you to fit so much. My wish is if this also had a water dispenser, but I understand that would take up space. The interior is super bright. The door drawers can fit gallon size beverages. The ice machine makes both small and medium size ice cubes. Another nice feature is the 2 min alarm but is great warning for those times I forget I have the fridge doors slightly opened. So far I find the temperature to be consistent. My produce are staying fresh longer.

Tengo dos meses con el refrigerador, y hasta ahorita todo bien, los hielos, el agua, filtro etc, lo unico fue que el día de ayer empezo a desprender un olor de la parte de atras del refri, no es un olor de abanico con aire caliente, que se deja de percibir, mas bien es como olor algo peculiar, es muy tenue pero si cerramos las puertas de la casa si se percibe, ya vino el tecnico y segun él no olió nada, cosa que se me hace raro ya que mis familiares si lo percibimos. Se nos fue comentado que nos aseguraramos que no se tratara de algun roedor o animal muerto dentro del refri y es algo que quedó descartado por completo.
Recomiendo este producto.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this Samsung refrigerator expecting the dual ice maker to be a great feature, but the large cube ice maker has been a constant headache. The small ice side keeps working, but the large cube side repeatedly stops making ice. At first it looked like it randomly quit. After troubleshooting multiple times, I found the water line appears to freeze or block, causing the large ice tray to stop filling. Then after thawing the freezer or waiting, it starts working again — only to fail again later, especially if the large ice bin stays full for several days. This means the ice maker is unreliable unless you constantly babysit it and use the large cubes fast enough to keep it cycling. That defeats the whole purpose of having a premium dual ice maker. I’ve had to run test cycles, empty bins, thaw the freezer, monitor temperatures, and troubleshoot a nearly new refrigerator just to keep one side making ice. No customer should have to do that on an expensive appliance. When it works, it’s great. But the recurring large ice maker freeze-up issue makes this fridge frustrating and disappointing. Would not recommend if dependable ice production matters to you.

The freezer also is amazing I don't feel like things are going to fall out on me when I get in there. I am a fan of the bottom freezer concept. The doors seal well and they hold most of the jars and things that normally clog up your shelves in a normal fridge. It was a struggle to get it in the house because it is wider than normal and you have to take off the doors and pull the freezer drawers out. Though this was a good thing in hind sight because now we know how to do it when we need to do a thorough cleaning on it. I have nothing bad to say about this fridge.

Me arrepentí de haber cambiado mi anterior refrigerador por este, las dos charolas donde se fabrican hielo están siempre vacías, el centro de bebidas lo mismo; hablé a soporte quienes se limitaron a decirme que incrementara la presión del agua, el tema es que ya tengo presurizada las tomas de agua. Le comentaba que el problema era su manguera de agua, que el diametro era muy pequeño, me insistieron que hiciera pruebas para medir en cuanto tiempo se llenaba un recipiente de agua y bla bla bla. Mal producto, no funciona.

I bought this refrigerator on January 15 of 25. Within six months the small icemaker quit working when I called they kept telling me to mash two buttons in the back which there was none. I called a service repair man and he told me they were giving me Advice on a model that was five years older after he came the icemaker worked for two weeks and quit and is still not working and I am fed up. The model number was RF30BB6200QLAA. I believe it’s a 30.1 ft.³ Please do not buy it. I just want to warn people.

Compré este refrigerador en el mes de noviembre, llegó en diciembre, todo muy bien el primer mes, a partir de ese momento dejo de funcionar 1a reparación CARGA DE GAS, duró un par de semanas 2a reparación, cambiaron tarjeta main y se reguló la carga de gas, 3a reparación, no hubo, vinieron, lo vieron y tomaron fotos para evidencias, estoy en espera de su cambio físico. La pregunta a Samsung es!? Me darán el mismo modelo y leyendo otras reseñas, seguirá pasando lo mismo!?

And it produced both cubed and ice bites ice well. Temperature and Ice maker control can be easily set with physical buttons and Samsung Smart Things App. When doors were not fully closed, it will alert you. Shelves are fully adjustable. i had not been able to fill it up with this largest capacity refrigerator, which makes moving food around easy without needing to take everything out. Ice making happens more over night to reduce noise. The digital inverter compressor is quiet and efficient.

This one has better design as it has flat front so it does not stick out as much as our old one and yet has much more internal volume! I noticed my Samsung RF 32CG not cooling the fridge while the freezer seemed ok. It wasn't until I removed the freezer door and the back panel that I noticed a small powered door that opens to the fridge to cool by way of a fan. It think this little door got stuck because after I pushed it open and tested it the fridge cools now. when the freezer door opens the fan stops and the access door to the fridge closes until you close the freezer door then the fan starts up again and the little door opens to blow cool air into the fridge. It looks like this little door can stick and not let cool air up to the fridge.

We didn’t need bells and whistles, just a fridge large enough for a family of 7 with an ice maker. The only wish we have is that it had more configuration options. The sliding shelf is on the right side and it would work better on the left for us. It doesn’t feel stable enough to keep heavier items on. With the location of our fridge, the left door doesn’t fully swing open so we have to kind of reach around the door to place heavier objects on the more stable shelf. Just a mild and easily-overcome inconvenience. The dual sized ice cube maker is fantastic! Larger ice for cups/glasses, smaller ice for water bottles!

Absolutely horrible product. I bought this refrigerator in February 2024 and little over a year later it has stopped working on two separate occasions! Very frustrating as I live in The Bahamas and not able to receive any type of help from Samsung for my wasted money. I have followed the manual and tried the recommended troubleshooting options but a few months later it stopped working again!

Only drawback is sometimes the lefthand door doesn’t close all the way…has a center seal piece that doesn’t flip where it needs to be all the time. You have to be firmer with it than you would expect. Has 2 different size ice makere….small and regular. Would be nice to have the option to have a craft ice maker (extra large size) for mixed drinks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having the refrigerator for a little over a year, the compressor had gone bad, the freezer stopped working and anytime I would ask friends and coworkers if they know anyone that can repair refrigerators because it stopped working, I had majority of them say "is it a Samsung?" and this was without me saying the brand of my refrigerator. When asking professionals about this issue they all said Samsung is a brand you want to stay away from when it comes to appliances. It makes me sad because I am huge Samsung fan with electronics. I have the tv, the phone, the watch, earbuds, and tablet.

The glass to the bottom shelf is SO difficult to remove. Using the user manual that came with the fridge did NOT provide us with any correct instructions to remove the glass. All of the Samsung help videos include basic clips which are used to hold the glass in place, for what ever reason this RF32CG5100SR HAD to be different. After SEVERAL google searches later we found a YouTube video NOT from Samsung that showed us how to get it out to clean. YouTube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pgBq8D9uHKs. This was NOT the safest option and could very likely lead to breaking the glass or the frame. But we did successfully get it out and cleaned. Putting the glass back in the frame was even more of a struggle.

Es un increíble refrigerador minimalista, yo lo cambie por mi anterior Samsung con el expendedor de agua y hielo externo. En un inicio creí que iba ser complicado estar abriendo la puerta para servir agua y abrir el.cajon del congelador para los hielos pero resultó mucho más práctico y rápido, al no tener el accesorio productor de hielos ocupando gran parte del refri me dió mayor espacio, me produce más hielos y no hay gotas pintadas de agua. Debes ser amante de la tecnología para este refri ya que todo lo controlas desde tu celular, anteriormente usaba el.powercool cuando lo llenaba de mandado ahora todo es desde el celular, es decir el minimalismo no solo es físico sino tecnológico. Solo crítico que lo bajaron 3000 pesos del buen fin para antes de navidad si me hubiera esperado hubiera ahorrado 3 mil y no guiarme con su spot "los días más baratos del año" aaaah y el cajón grande se atora un poco espero me lo solucione Samsung.
Recomiendo este producto.
