The tv is a bit larger than expected and is good! The remote is very tiny - exactly half the width of a regular cellphone. The picture is good and various aspects can be adjusted. Many channels and apps are available and you can set up other apps and favorite channels. Many steps can be involved and require some practice and patience to figure out how to work some buttons. It’s good to be able to quickly return to the immediate previous channel being watched and flip back and forth during commercials. It takes some trial and error to see the info/content of the channels. The sound is fine. The stand is easy to install and the tv is lightweight.

My wife and I got this TV recently to replace another smart TV that was not very good. We were initially looking at a TLC with Roku because we've liked those in the past, but are really happy we went with a Samsung. The image is bright and clear and everything looks great, even older stuff. The remote is super responsive and the user interface is awesome. I love that I can use my Samsung Galaxy phone as an additional remote, which makes for a very convenient and comfortable experience. Plus, being a able to connect an Xbox controller to the TV via Bluetooth and play games without a dedicated console is amazing. Would definitely recommend this to others.

The Samsung - 55” Smart TV is a great upgrade from our old TV. We love how clear the picture is and how bright all the colors are. On some shows, the picture is so crisp and clear it looks as if we are actually on the set while the shows were filming. The smart TV aspect is great as well, we don’t need to use any additional devices in order to stream our shows. The set-up was pretty simple. We just had to create a Samsung account to be able to get the apps we wanted. We have never used a Samsung smart TV before, so learning their platform has taken some time to adapt to. Overall, we love the high-quality picture and the sound quality.

Very happy with this TV so far. My old TV bit the dust after a long and happy 17 years. This one is a bit bigger. Wanted a larger screen due to eye/vision issues. The resolution is nice and the brightness is perfect. Contrast is good although I do feel it could be a bit crisper at times. I haven’t watched anything on it yet that would fully demonstrate its full HD capabilities Sound is good. The only thing I am not big on is the remote. It is difficult to read and the volume buttons can be a bit tricky. I tend to accidentally mute when I am trying to turn volume up or down. A minor thing overall. I would buy this TV again.

We ordered this tv for my husband, his tv went out and he knew he wanted a Samsung. We already have a larger Samsung tv that we love. This Tv has very easy set up, he had this going within 10 minutes. The remote has a Netflix and Prime button. We are not very tech savvy but you don’t need to be with this. There are only two things with this tv; it does not come with the place to connect headphones, so I had to buy him wireless ones and pair them. The other thing is since it’s in another room and facing opposite wall (open concept) when I turn up or turn off one tv, sometimes it does the same to the other. It’s still an overall great tv and I’m happy he’s enjoying it.

I've had this TV for a little while now, and it's exceeded my expectations. The 65-inch Samsung Crystal UHD U8000H has a bright, sharp picture with rich colors that make movies and sports look fantastic. The television runs cool, looks great ,. Unfortunately it has a junk remote , easily misplaced and fragile. The software on the television is a turtle in comparison to what I thought 2026 software would perform. Television offers many good games movies and applications but many can't perform under hardware specs , take multiple paid subscriptions, are not compatible but advertised, the controls feel manipulated beyond the basic haptics of a remote layout.. the television turns onto random things when powered on just depends on the day. Very strong internet connection but still choppy connection uncertain of issue Only one USB port and three HDMI ports. Give me more power and less waste.

We upgraded from an older tv that just didn’t have a clear picture anymore and the navigation of streaming service was a hassle. I am SO happy with our choice. This tv has a great picture- we did mess with the brightness and saturation a little to get what we liked based on lighting in the room and that was easy to do. The navigation among streaming services and adding apps for services is super easy. The sound quality is also really good. Our previous tv needed a sound bar but it didn’t attach to this tv. We assumed we’d need to buy a new sound bar but we’ve been watching it a week now and the sound has been great with sports and movies. I highly recommend this tv. The price point makes it an easy choice and it’s definitely worth it!

TV was easy to set up after removal from the box it came in. It was up and going within a short amount of time. Samsung TV's have been good products with our family so this was an incentive to stay with the same brand again this time around. I'm just not used to the remote and miss the voice command option. It took me several minutes to figure out how to turn up the volume. I'm currently searching for a Samsung remote with voice. A local WM did not have the Samsung remote with voice/microphone key. Otherwise very happy with the 2026 34" Samsung Smart Tv Purchase.

I am extremely disappointed that there is no voice activation available from the remote itself. Samsung requires the installation of an app (Smart Things) on one's smartphone and then linking that app to Alexa or another voice activated device in one's smart home. I found the process cumbersome and in actual fact never got it to work. So I am stuck using the onscreen keyboard and the remote to conduct searches, etc. I am thinking about re-installing my Firestick (from my old TV) and using the Firestick remote to reinstate voice functionality. Samsung can do better..

Occasionally the picture is fuzzy. I don’t care for the options offered that you can’t change. For instance when you turn on the tv what happens, where does it go? You can’t change the home page to what suits you. Slow response to the remote actions. Do not care for the fast forwarding feature at all! Occasionally it seems to have a mind of its own. Settings are hard to navigate and understand. It does not tell you what episodes you have already seen on some channels. On the other hand the speakers are good and picture is good most of the time.

The picture is nice and clear and bright. The response is kind of slow though. When I turn the tv on it has to wait for a bit before the actual picture comes on. Then it isn't what I was watching when I shut it off. I have to ush another button on the remote to get to a channel that I recognize. Also I hate having to have 2 remotes to control the tv. Everything is on the universal remote that I use but the sound is on the remote that came with the tv. Kind of a hassle. Otherwise it is a great produce!

The Samsung 55-inch TV is a nice TV. The picture quality is awesome. Sometimes, though, it's so clear and crisp that shows look really fake. I don't really like it when it makes my TV shows look fake, which they are, but sometimes it makes the shows look bad due to feeling like you're on the actual set. I do really love how well the colors pop on screen. Everything is so bright and colorful. The remote and navigating on the home screen has taken some time to get used to. Overall, the TV is great and we love watching movies on it.

I have a Samsung 55" TV that I have had for years, and I was looking to go a little larger in prep for the World Cup and College Football, but the newer model did not deliver like the older model that I had. Sadly, the color saturation, the reflection of natural light, and the overall picture were underwhelming, and I decided to stay with my older 55". I will wait to upgrade when I can afford one of the more expensive models as I do like the Samsung product but this one just did not perform like I thought it would.

There was no audio out ports, optical. I had to purchase a earc extractor to get my sound bar to work. Just three hdmi ports is insufficient , cable, roku, earc, No spot for a DVD player. There are many user who have legacy equipment and we feel short changed. Some users may just buy new equipment, I'm not one of them. I will have to find a work around for an additional HDMI port. Picture quality is very good, but the construction feels flimsy, but time will tell if it is durable.

Very easy, packaging made it easy to bring home, easy to remove from the packaging, true and easy plug and play so I was enjoying my TV shortly after purchasing it. The most complicated part was getting the batteries removed from their packaging. Watching was almost like looking out my window very sharp colors, clear images and the sound was perfect with a simple touch of the easy to use remote brought my tv to life. The use of uniform remotes makes using a Samsung customer friendly.

You need a Samsung account to use the tv. Not a big deal. The TV has a nice and vivid picture. The TV turns on fast. Everything works as it should. The sound is lackluster. Has decent sound but lacking in volume. A soundbar will fix that. For the negative the up and down volume control is on one side of the remote.,Took me hours of online searching to figure this out. I thought the volume was broken stuck on one setting. Worst volume control design ever.

The Crystal UHD is a terrific tv altogether, but the thing I like most about it is the picturw quality. From brighter whites and darker blacks to and the number of pixels it has, it produces a bright vibrant crisp clear picture while watching movies or playing games. The game mode also really helps because it detects the input from thw device and refreshes the tv into game mode automatically, giving you the best picture quality for each task without having to change it manually.

The brightness on this TV is hard to adjust we do not need it to be at full brightness at night. I tried adjusting and it does not dim really at all. Our last Samsung did this automatically. I also wish it would be on the last channel I was watching when we turned it off instead of having to go thru app screen every time when we turn it on. Sleep timer takes several clicks to get to as well (in settings). Old Samsung sleep timer was on the remote not in settings.

Honestly, coming from a tiny 32 inch TV, this Samsung 55 inch one has been a huge upgrade! The sound system is great and the picture quality is amazing. Had an electrical transformer explode at the street and the surge blew out my old tv even with a surge protector. So, I researched and found this one on sale. What an excellent tv. Was a bit of a learning curve to understand and use all the features/menus. The paper manual is in tiny print, so I went to the Samsung website and downloaded all the manuals: tv user manual, user setup, remote control and quick start up, etc. I was then able to enlarge and read them om my computer screen. Took me a couple of hours to fully explore, understand, and set all the features, but once done it became very easy and intuitive to use. For the $, tv is featured packed, excellent sound and picture. All menus and functions are smooth and relatively fast in responding and populating. I am impressed, and it takes a lot to impress me. Very pleased with this purchase.

We purchased our Samsung TV for our vacation home at Smith Lake in Alabama in May. Our primary residence is in Brandon, MS. Upon return this weekend for the July 4th holiday the tv is not working. After researching every possible option to fix it, we googled what could possibly be wrong considering it’s a brand new tv, there is a red light blinking which google said is a malfunction in the tv. Love my new 55" Samsung. The color is sooooo very clear and good. It's outstanding mounted on our wall. Lovin' it! However, no so with the remote control. It's not easy to go from one program to another. If the remote had numbers on it, it would be so much better. Then both the TV and the remote would be 5-star perfect. But, as I use it more and more, I'm getting use to it--still should have numbers on it. Thank you.

Very impressed with my Samsung TV. The picture is nice and crisp. The sound is great too, no weird echo effect. The setup was super simple and easy to complete; wireless setup was a breeze as well. It's been a long time since I've owned a Samsung TV and now, I'm wondering why I stayed away. Such a great TV. I do kinda wish the "feet" lifted the TV a little higher. I had to use blocks temporarily to accommodate my set up.

Setting it up to the wall mount was very easy as any other Samsung TV. I was impressed how fast I was able to set it up once I just plugged it in as long as you have the app downloaded it will sync to our account and make it match any other Samsung TV you have They shrunk the remote from the ones with buttons but the old one works as well. It’s very responsive, and that user interface still feels friendly and familiar.

The internet speed is fast on this tv and the colors are very vibrant! I took one star off because of the remote and complexity of adding apps. I don't like using my phone to set up controls and you have to go into the menu to fix the sound. I have yet to figure out how to adjust the volume control using the remote without it going back to the main menu settings. It's a good size tv and meets all my needs otherwise.

Remote is the worse design I have ever seen, finding apps and your stations are almost impossible. You are required to set up samsung acct for tv to work which means give them all your personal info and sign away privacy rights. What little bit of manual that actually came with it has such tiny print that you cannot read it . Even Clarity of picture is only so so ,, not worth the hassle, stay away from this product

I bought this TV a few years ago and about three years ago. The screen started turning on and off and Samsung came and replaced some part in it and lesson three is that I’m having the same issue and they’re refusing to replace it and have offered a 5% discount on my next purchase this TV should last at least 10 years and it’s nowhere near that. I will not be buying another Samsung again. This is very disappointing.

The TV itself to wonderful, but we hate the remote. We are older and my husband has a hard time with it. We find it too small and with it being all black doesn’t help either. I have to turn on the TV for him and find the channels for him. Why can’t the controls on the remote be white?

Great TV (not my first Samsung). Interface works well, easy to navigate and all the apps easy to find if not right there on the screen. The TV starts up quickly so you can start watching right away. The picture and sound are clear and sharp - great for watching movies or sport as is the refresh rate so no glitchy artefacts in high speed action. A little complicated to initially set up but well worth the effort.

The picture is is bright and extremely clear, however it was not as easy to set up and program as advertised. I did not like the apps that were programmed into the tv and had great difficulty in finding the apps we wanted. Additionally the remote is very small with few options (and I have small hands). I frequently touch the wrong button, so I am buying a universal remote for better control and more options

We replaced a ten year old 50” Samsung Smart TV with a 2026 50” Samsung Smart TV and it is working really well. We especially like the easy downloading of data and settings from our old TV. The only hic-up was the mounting pattern on the new TV is different enough from the old TV that was will have to replace or modify the wall mount. For now we are using the legs that came with it with no complaints.

This Samsung 55" TV is awesome. It was so easy to unbox and setup. It was so easy to add all the apps I watch and it had included games on it which were great for family night. A great feature of this TV is that there are tons of channels that you can stream without paying for them. I have noticed that when watching sports the scenes are crisp and sharp and it feels like you are right there in the middle of the action. The interface of the TV is easy to navigate. I enjoy how many apps you can download to watch all of my favorite shows. All in all I am pleased with this TV.

This tv has really good vibrant colors and it was super easy to setup. I like how light it is and how easy it was to mount. The screen is so clear nd full of vibrant colors also the sound is really good better then other tv. I have a Bluetooth speaker and it connected fairly easy but the tv speakers has good sound. Unit works well. Only issues were the screen is a bit too reflective so at certain times of the day it is hard to see clearly. Other issue is a minimum of inputs, less than the Samsung TV that was replaced. I have not totally figured out the remote yet so I will reserve judgement o n that. Setup was easy. Picture is quite clear for a TV in this price range. So far I am satisfied with this purchase.

I brought home from a retailer my purchased 43" Crystal QLED tv 3 days ago. I'm taking it back tomorrow. I researched this/many other products for almost a month. I ended up disregarding the negative reviews for this one. A big mistake. I replaced my, much cheaper tv b/c it was disconnecting from the internet & turning off on it's own (after 10 years). This, much more expensive brand/tv, is doing it after 3 days. It took me over 3 hrs to watch a 2hr recorded movie b/c every time I fast forwarded through commercials, it lost internet connection, & the picture froze. I had to turn it completely off from the wall, wait & start again. It was not my internet, the older tv was working perfectly (& further from the internet source). A clearer picture & slightly better sound is not worth the extra cost or unreliablity. Please take seriously personal reviews & don't think, "this happens with all tvs at times."

Bought to replace older Samsung tv, same size diff specs but close, was not 4K. This pic is great, haven’t used ai or anything. I just use it for streaming services, light gaming. Paired it with a Samsung sound bar, it sounds great, but a lot of action/noises I get a flickering sound, prolly something I did wrong, 92% of what I watch it doesn’t happen. Overall it’s a real good setup

Very Nice Crystal Television. I have owned older Samsung Smart TVs but this is by far the best designed Samsung TV I have every owned. The hookup to HDMI like Roku stick and the Samsung Blu Ray Player and even digital antenna was easy and seem less. The television display is amazing. I am a movie buff and the movies for instance that I watch are a big upgrade over old technology.

This is my first smart tv. Im 69 years old and wow I thought I was going throw the remote thru it :) But I finally got it work. Except it will not let me use Broadcast, its greyed out and cannot figure out how to get my window antenna to work. Other than that I love this tv. Its light weight and great viewing angles.. Highly recomended

I have had no end of trouble with accessing accessing the various free to air channels. I even tried a full factory reset with one of your specialists. It took over 2 hours and i still can’t get ABCiView. Other channels on and off, never reliably. And yet if I watch on my phone or laptop, no problem. So obviously the TV is the problem.

This Tv is pretty average in terms of television. The color is and picture quality are pretty nice. The sound is great when it works correctly. I’ve had issues with sound quality however. Got it just a few days ago and I love it. It's not a clear n crisp as the higher end tv but for me I prefer that. I watch old movie and it brings them to life. I'm not keen on new films on super high quality tvs everything g look so fake. Brightness is perfect, interface is easy and it's huge!

Great picture, easy to set up. Has all the bells and whistles you need for an enjoyable experience. I replaced a perfecty good, working 50" Samsung. Gave it to my daughter. She loves it. Just wanted a slightly larger screen for my sunroom. This is about the biggest we can use in the sunroom without blocking our view of the pool.

This Samsung smart tv is just what I needed. This TV was easy to setup. This TV is easily connected to the Internet and I can download all the apps and tv packages that I watch. The picture is clear and bright and the sound is clear. The TV is light and easy to move where I needed it. This is overall the best tv I have owned.

Just got back from holidays and this had been installed, liked the mellow colours/visual - doesn't look all glary and cartoonish like some screens - good resolution. The mini-handset took a bit of getting used to but it's actually quite intuitive - I see this kit keeping me happy for a good while - top effort Mr Samsung!

This is a great TV; it's not too big, nor is it too small. It's very thin. I have it in my bedroom. It replaced an old TV that, even though it was new, was very lacking. I love the functionality and ease of the TV. It is so easy to set up. What's really great is that you can also use your phone to control it, and you can do pretty much everything on your phone. So, you really don't need a remote, but the remote is also very easy to use. It's sleek; it has a very nice, simple design. I also really love the way the TV looks in my room; it's very flush. It looks very nice and modern. I also love the functions, such as having my apps and being able to download apps and also play games on the TV without a gaming console—it's amazing. The intuitiveness of the Samsung TV makes it understand what I want to watch. The AI built-in makes it easy for it to know, like, maybe suggesting these shows or those shows. I haven't had it long, but I already love this TV; it is so nice.

Really like this tv. Easy to setup, picture is wonderful and setting the sound to surround sound makes watching movies really enjoyable.i also have xfinity cable and a roku box and had everthing setup and working in 30 minutes. Took a day or so to get used to the remote. It was different from what I'm used to.

This TV is a great option to get. The picture quality is out of this world. Its brightness of the picture makes it seem real, like you are right there. The audio is good and you don’t need to turn the volume up too high. The contrast makes it feel like you are watching a movie and the motion is interactive.

I bought this TV for my Mom to replace her old one. I have only bought Samsung TVs for the last 15 yrs and have been very happy with them. My TV stays on pretty much 24/7 an it has never failed me. I expect the same from the one I bought my Mom. It has a great picture resolution and a decent refresh rate.
