Right from the begining we had issues from rattling and shaking to socks always getting stuck between the glass and the seal, SOAKING WET! Started with rattling and shaking we ended up calling warranty they send a tech out twice! It wasnt balance as it was perfectly balanced it was some plastic unit at the back that wasnt tightened properly. Even after that the machine is still loud and now after over a year powder insert makes rattling noises. Now after all this time there are so many features that are just annoying. Drying runs way to hot for normal clothes, so we can ONLY use it for towels and bedding. Setting the wash limits you to only a couple of customisations. And most are blocked. For example. On super speed it wont let you increase the temp above 40 degrees. WHY? just add appropriate time to the was and let me customise. The same with 15min quick wash temp max 20 spin max 800. From the rattling to socks constantly getting stuck by the drain seal blocking it and barely any customisation for the stupid high price I have not been that disappointed in a samsung product ever before. Shame as I am a samsung enthusiast, all my phones s2 s5 s8 s20plus tvs q6, and q7 75" fringe freezer and even earphones. But the washing machines I will definitely avoid.

Bought this a year ago and we regret it. the cloths are not drying properly, its literally soaking wet. You have to clean the wet fluff every time you do a wash and dry. The machine throws out a lot of fluff in the air so if you're allergic like me, you're doomed. If your not, eventually it would damage your lungs. Called Samsung several times with my luck. stay away.

I bought this washer dryer recently, the washing side seems good if not great but the dryer is terrible. The clothes come out absolutely soaking wet and i need to rewash again due to clothes smelling. I have always been a Samsung branded person but this is a complete let down especially for the price.

Al Procopio bien, pero me ha durado 3 años. Empezó a hacer un ruido tremendo y ha resultado ser el tambor, se le han roto los rodamientos y la garantía no lo cubre, por lo que no vale ls pena comprar un electrodoméstico tan sofisticado y caro para la duración en buen estado del mismo.

I am very happy with my washer dryer, is less noisy, very spacious for family of 4. Strongly agree with ecco bubble, very pleased with the results. The dryer can have a program of 4 hours but never used it to the maximum. I used it for drying bed linen and in 2 hours was ready dry. Well Done Samsung

This generally is okay Compared to my last machine, a Bosch however, this has some negative points. It's not very good at all, with handling uneven loads, and shakes and vibrates quite badly, even though the feet are rock solid. It's just not built well to handle slightly uneven loads. After the dry function, there is fluff plastered everywhere, all round the door seal, and door. I've not seen this before. Build quality and parts used unfortunately are typical Chinese quality - looks great from the outside, but on the inside, not great at all.- again however, I'm comparing with Bosch. I hope it lasts a few years, and we can put up with the noise (its in the kitchen) Otherwise an okay machine I guess.

Compramos esta lavasecadora para ahorrar tiempo, trabajo y esfuerzo, somos mayores y pretendíamos no tener que volver a colgar la ropa, pero el intento de este ahorro a supuesto una pesadilla porque sale la ropa tremendamente desplanchada y es difícil quitar las arrugas a las prendas si no se tiene un centro de planchado. En definitiva, he comprado esta lavasecadora para utilizarla solo como lavadora, porque la secadora es mejor no usar si no quieres que te arrugue cualquier prenda, da igual el tejido que sea, te arruga hasta lo que piensan que no se puede arrugar.

I have had my machine for around 11 months, I do a lot of laundry in my house, I dont like to have laundry hanging around so generally do 2 loads a day, most of my loads are around 40-50% of the drum capacity. This machine only likes full loads to wash, anything under 70% full and it wont spin it, so the washing comes out dripping, you have to run a separate spin cycle at least 1s or wash again in a bigger load. Unless you are drying a pair of socks you have to put the machine on the drying cycle at least twice to get a half load dry. Compared to my last 2 washer dryers by other brands it takes at least double the amount of time to get a load washed and dried in this machine. I generally buy a new machine every 3-4 years, I give up with this machine and i'm off to buy a new 1. I'm a working mum and dont have time to sit by the machines side!!

I have had it professionally installed and spent more than £700 on it. And it just simply stopped working one day. Looks great but I think it's just not worth the money. I mean I could buy two machines for that money and they would have definitely lasted more. Not happy at all. I know my next machine could be any company but not Samsung.

My first digital machine and I love using it. The dryer function does exactly as stated, no guessing the drying times, just push the appropriate button and clothes are either perfectly dry to put straight in the cupboard or left slightly damp ready for ironing - marvellous! It is quiet even when spinning and plays a very cute tune when programme ends, may not suit all tastes and can be switched off easily. It cleans to a high standard on day to day washes, luckily I have no rugby players in the family, so I cannot vouch for grass stains. My only grumble is that I can't work out how to run a spin cycle on its own. I can only find a 'rinse and spin'.

We’ve had the machine for 2.5 years and had the engineer out 3 times as it just doesn’t dry well and gets worse over time. The washing machine function is great but as we purchased it because we need a drier too. I wouldn’t recommend this machine at all.

Just brought this and so disappointed it has no had wash or delicate option , I just put a silk nightie in on a low temp wash and low spin but its just ripped it - most of my clothes are delicate I feel I have brought the wrong machine for me as I dont have a baby clothes or children that need football clothes washed !! Can anyone offer any advice ?

Terrible! The clothes do not dry. I have had countless engineers out to it, who all tell me that it's a sensor dry and therefore doesn't completely dry. I have tried putting all the same materials in, keeping below drying line. When I buy a dryer, I expect it to dry. Definitely not fit for purpose. And the odd occasions clothes do dry, they are creased that much I have to spend time again ironing.

I’ve had the washer dryer 8 kg for 18 months now, and I am extremely pleased with it. It’s never gone wrong and it washes the clothes quickly and drives them effectively. The wash cycle at 40 or 60° only takes 1 hour 15 usually. People think that it takes over three hours because when you initially put a load in and turn it on that’s what it says, but give it a few minutes to re-calculate based on the weight and you’ll get a much quicker washing time. Is the same with the dry cycle - it calculates the drying time based on the load - you shouldn’t change the time, you should put it on four hours (the default) and then it will re-calculate the time it needs based on weight for the clothes to dry. Use it properly and it’s fantastic product!

This is a super flimsy and unreliable product. Dryer never worked properly and broke twice in the space of 12 months. The spinning cycle also occasionally "forgets" to spin, leaving the laundry soggy. Expensive, unreliable piece of junk. AVOID!

Bought this machine at the weekend and am impressed. 1 hour 15 for a 40 degree wash is pretty fast to be honest and a good wash. Clothes strait from this wash are dry in 1 hour 30 on the dry cycle. 5 Stars from me! Had a spin issue to start, but then realised that it would only spin when there was a certain amount of weight in the drum.

Few days ago I purchased WD80K5A10OW, waste of money. If only I knew sooner about other reviews I would never bought it. Wash time is to long and dryer is not drying at all as other people said "stuff comes out wetter than before it went in". Not sure if I can return it

Put one shirt in for cotton wash and got 3 hours 48 wash time. Nothing shorter other than 15 minute wash which doesn’t get things clean. Used the dryer - stuff comes out wetter than before it went in. Waste of money. Will be suing retailer for mis-selling. He told me simple cotton wash was 55 minutes. Liar. Gave one star cos I can’t give less. Useless. Last Samsung product I’ll ever buy.

Had this WD90J6A10AX 6 weeks now, washing machine works well however the the dryers does not. for 2 pairs of jeans on drying cycle for nearly 4 hours they still came out damp. So far I have not seen the dryer complete a drying load successfully every thing has had to be further dryed. For the price the dryer should work better.

I recently purchased one of theses machines and although as a washing machine it’s fine, for drying it is as good as useless, even after four hours on a drying cycle everything comes out just as wet as it would from a spin cycle. Don’t waste your money folks.

This machine is not even worth half the money you pay for it! It is poorly made! Iv had mine little over a year and it keeps going wrong. The design of it is terrible you can't even clean it properly when the fluff gets stuck and when that happens it won't release the water so your clothes are sitting init until you manual drain the machine. Waste of money please don't buy

Bought this 4 months ago and it’s quite frustrating. It makes so much of sound and vibrates and moves from its place (which is shocking), therefore we have to push it back to its place after every single wash. The wash catches my baby’s little socks and mittens by the door. At the end of the wash I end up taking it out and rewashing. After spending 2 hours and 20 minutes on a wash if you end up having to rewash it is a nightmare and quite frustrating. The spin process doesn’t do the job properly some of the options. The sound the machine makes is disturbing quite scary with a little one around that is the last thing you would want. Not at all worth it for the money and deserves a refund or replacement as I belive it’s a faulty product.

I bought this machine about two months ago and seems to be washing the clothes fine. However I have small children and their socks are always caught between the door and the washing inside. There is always at least one per wash and it ends us soaking in all the washing water and having to be wrung out at the end and rewashed.

Pleased to see that finally Samsung have offered a five year warranty. This is our third dryer/washer and neither of the first 2 lasted for more the 4 years so we were about to buy a machine other than Samsung until we noted the 5 year warranty. Because of this we have remained faithful to the brand, well done.

Circuit board on old washer went, planned on getting just a washer but when we saw this washer / dryer we were wowed by factors of less work loading twice, saving of space (get rid of separate dryer) and the great options rage of features. Also good spin speed - 1400

This machine has a variety of settings and ability to turn the sound off. No setting to do a wash and then run straight into dry mode unfortunately. But very quiet and nice design.

As this was my first purchase of a washing machine (despite using them in perviously rented accommodation), I was worried about committing lots of money on something so essential, but I am really happy with this purchase. It uses less water and less energy than all the others I have used before. It cleans my clothes, and has loads of options for cleaning. The dryer, works fine, although I have not run a full dry, as I only use it for a little bit then air dry my cloths to save energy, but each time I take the clothes out after using the dryer, they are really hot and steaming, and they dry so much quicker.

Doesn't wash clothes well, dreadful smell of burning rubber when drying, damages jersey material. Most of my jersey material clothes are now covered in pill and ruined. I'm trying to save the others by washing them in a laundry bag. Very very very disappointing, given the price.

The only nice thing I can say about this beast is that it's extremely quiet. I'm really disappointed otherwise, it creases things so terribly they are useless, even if you take them out immediately. You can't even fold a pillowcase for the cupboard because it's been turned into a lump by this machine. Even with a half load, things don't dry properly because there's no room for them to move properly. The first load we tried took eight hours to dry because we had to run it twice. Ridiculous. Also, the fabric softener gets added on first rinse, and then it does more rinses, washing it all completely out - I like my clothes to smell nice so this is a stupid, stupid "feature" that you cannot change in any way. I can't recommend this washer at all. Save your money and buy something else.

Biggest mistake we made was purchasing this washer drier we should of bought a lower end of the market washer and drier and it would be 100 times better like our previous machines. It basically crease's clothes that much it ruins them, also socks get stuck in the door which also ruins them. The pcb's failed from the off, causing the drum to only turn 1 way this has now been sorted by samsung. But our clothes are still getting damaged just wish we could have our money back but instead we are stuck with this horrible machine.

Falsch angegebene Abmessungen, Abmessungen netto (B x H x T) 600 x 850 x 650 mm laut Hersteller Die Maschine wird mit einer Tiefe von 65cm angegeben. In Wirklichkeit 74cm. Benötigte platz breite 65 cm , tiefe 79cm, Höhe 88 cm wer diese platz nicht hat bitte diese gerät nicht kaufen Ich habe den Waschtrockner jetzt seit 2 Wochen in Betrieb und bin sehr unzufrieden. Der Waschvorgang für Baumwolle kann bei Befüllung locker drei Stunden dauern. Will man die Wäsche auch noch trocknen kommen nochmal 4 Stunden dazu. Die Wäsche ist dann aber immer noch nicht ganz trocken, sondern hat noch eine ordentliche Rest feuchte. Dafür ist sie aber extrem verknittert. Der Schleudervorgang ist wirklich angenehm leise, aber der Waschvorgang ist umso lauter. Es poltert ganz ordentlich. Laut Aussage des Kundendienstes ist das auch ok. Ich dachte zuerst, ich hätte aus Versehen irgendeinen Gegenstand mit in die Trommel gegeben. Aber weit gefehlt, das Geräusch ist einfach da. Für den Preis ist die Maschine ein absoluter Fehlgriff. nach dem Trockenvorgang muss man die Trommel und ganz besonders die Gummis gründlich reinigen. Wenn nicht ist die Wäsche, die danach gewaschen wird, voller Fusel. Das Gerät macht was man will.

Whilst the ecobubble washer/dryer may look good and have some good features, I wouldn't recommend this product. This is because the dry cycles simply do not work. Since purchasing the machine in October we haven't been able to get a load of laundry dry. We have had the the hc2 error several times and had the engineer out twice in the past week who has replaced parts twice but to no avail. The washing machine side of it works fine but when doing the dry - either we get the error message or the machine simply turns itself off. This also happens when trying to run either a Sanitise/deodorise cycle.
