I purchased the QN72H 43" that has okay sound and picture. Unfortunatley, the navigation through apps are a bit laggy and I was suprised that it didn't came with the solarcell remote. The remote included is not giving any premium feeling. The back panel is bouncy at some edge spots, feels like it's not attached properly. Hopefully nothing serious. So overall, I would look for a tv with more powerful processor.

I bought this tv just in time for the World Cup finals. Right away we noticed the brilliant life like colours. It made watching seem like we were up close and right by the field as the game was being played. The sound is good too. It’s a great tv and this size was perfect for our family room. We love our new Samsung 75 inch tv. Looking at adding another to our basement, along with a soundbar.

This TV is absolutely amazing , brightness goes so low that you can view it in dark without hurting your eyes. This is absolutely the best TV I've ever seen I can't put the screen brightness at 100%, it's too bright. It looks fantastic, sounds amazing, and I don't think I could ever buy another TV . It looks fantastic, it works so well. I haven't had any issues . Best TV I've ever seen/had.

I turned off all CEC connections to our tv box which is our source. the d vices couldn't hold the CEC handshakes stably and would dreez the tv box as I don't want the tv remote running my tv box as it doesn't allow for the full feature buttons of the box remote. I turned off all AI features as it created vision and sound approximations of the norm as that is how AI works and I prefer to choose personalized levels, so the tv is basically a dumb tv with no smart features being used. only thing I use the Samsung remote is to power on and off because CEC control from box is not stable.

Clarity is good, remote is simple. I liked my older samsung that had one center stand, but this new one has two feet. I use the center stand with a bottom lazy susan type stand to rotate the tv easily bec i do not mount it to a wall, but with new one is less flexibility. Otherwise i like the tv. Wish it did not have many ad displays, though.

I just purchased the 65” Neo QLED 70 and the picture is great. Blows away my old 60” Vizio. Colors are true, sharpness is definitely there, and a great price. I can even easily read the disclaimers at the bottom of auto ads now (not that I want to, but because I can).

Great Picture. Trying to combine with Samsung Soundbar, Samsung Wireless sub woofer, Samsung Cell Phone, Several Samsung controller varieties, Spectrum TV, Spectrum Internet, Spectrum Controllers (Which they say must be used). There are thousands of related articles on internet. I am computer literate but clumsy with smart phones. I am comfortable with technical manuals. I have been using Samsung TV for years. Just replaced it so I could learn all this new capability. Money no object but I need a workable system. If I ever get this sorted out, I will have everything I want in AV.

A TV that had easy to install legs. Once connected to the internet, there was a whole world of entertainment. With a great colour and definition display with sound to match, this TV, for a mid-range device is full of features, Connected to a soundbar, the sound improves considerably and the TV remote can then control the soundbar as well. The response time was excellent compared to my old TV. Worth the price!

Hopefully this should update in next version. Responsiveness one of the best thing those quick options and the settings all are the one of the extremely good one . Uniformity some where needs to be updated on the terms of the design . Hoping this will be understood in future. Upscaling is the best thing that happend to me because i didn't belive my eyes when this type of resolutions have updated in this series.

The TV replaced an OLED that had some burn in. I’m looking forward to this new technology that prevents that. Great picture and connectivity to my soundbar and Apple TV. We also occasionally watch antenna channels and the reception is superior to our previous TV. Overall, very pleased and great value!

Tv is great, still trying to learn all the new features of it but as far as navigating streaming apps, etc wasnt too hard. Setup was easy right out the box and the TV delivers great picture and sound. Looking foward to seeing how it holds up to live spirts amd gaming but for now all I was able to do was watch some TV shows on Hulu and Netflix. Highly recommend this TV to anyone looking for a more budget friendly qned that some of the other models but still had the same features. 5 out of 5 stars samsung

The picture is not as good as my old Samsung. Perhaps I am not setting it up correctly but I have followed all of the instructions. Plus I dislike the startup page. It should go to "live TV" when turned on. I also have Samsung speakers but can't find the correct fitting to be able to plug into the USB port.

La TV est très nette, un très bon contraste, le son est très bon. Toutes les personnes qui passent chez moi et la voit sont bluffées. Je n'ai jamais vue une TV avec toutes ces performances. Tous les jours je découvre quelque chose de nouveau la concernant. Pour La télécommande j'ai eu un temps d'adaptation mais quand on a compris, elle fait beaucoup de choses. J'ai regardé pas mal de vidéos....Je recommande cette TV et ce format me convient parfaitement .

I lodged a warranty claim through Samsung the next day and now nearly two weeks later I still have not had a resolution from Samsung and have been left without a TV for two weeks. It had amazing video quality and I am blown away by the speakers, they actually have bass to them and the 3-D audio is amazing for gaming. The color is very vibrant and it gets very very bright and it handles low light scenes very well and remains clear at all times. The AI features also make a huge difference in making things look and sound better and more consistent, even old cartoons look sharper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've got it in my living room, which has a full wall of windows, and even in bright sunshine the image is great. In fact, from a technical standpoint, I'm very pleased with the TV. I paired it with a Samsung soundbar and they work seamlessly together: major upgrade. I took a star off because I'm not into the Samsung ecosystem, so I had to figure out how to ignore a lot of Samsung bloat. It's my first "smart" TV, so maybe that's typical of the species.

The TV is fine and a good update on our 9 year old samsung. But the dispute / unreadyness of not having the iplayer on it is an absolute horrid mistake. Samsung has to get its act together. The absence of iplayer is account to teh BBC all in Samsungs court and I would say dont buy a 2026 tv until they sort.

My 65 inch Samsung Neo QKED has left me as a kid tith a new toy. The colour and depth of picture makes me think i am sitting in a movie theatre. If i may give one small piece of constructive criticism the controller buttons are just a little too small for my 85 year old arthritic fingers. Well done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a month of regular use with this unit, Samsung delivers reliable HD picture and performance in a variety of usage scenarios. I have noticed the picture is always sharp and clear, whether I'm streaming live sports, playing video games, or streaming YouTube from my phone while projecting to the TV. Sound quality is also reliably sharp and clear, whether I'm playing video games, watching TV, or even playing from physical media disc's from a peripheral DVD or BluRay device. The native Samsung menu and embedded software has also come a long way from what I experienced with earlier iterations of "smart" TV devices. The menu and interface is both more intuitive, and faster/performs better than any other TV I have owned in the last 15 years. Samsung continues to show with this model of TV why their devices remain extremely popular with individuals and families with a need for versatility and reliability in their home TV set, but without sacrificing performance, or having to pay an arm and a leg for it. I will happily recommend this Samsung TV to anyone looking for a great balance of performance and reliability in their TV set, at a reasonable price point. Bonus points: Initial set-up couldn't have been easier. I went from TV boxed, to in use in less than 30 minutes! The set was light enough for me to lift and install on the hearth over my fireplace by myself, one person of average height and strength.

Great performance, only really marred by the lack of BBC iPlayer amongst the apps, and that's pretty much the only catch up \ app I use generally. The TV is responsive to commands though, and there's not waiting around for software to catch up before it can be used. Picture quality is great, only bettered by I Samsung OLED I reckon. In our case this is a bedroom TV, it replaces an older Samsung UHD 50" TV, which we were finding slow to use, and had begun to struggle with some video file formats we play from a hard drive connected to our router. So we just wanted an update really to ensure higher functionality. It would be nice at some point to get the BBC iPlayer app back, I'm never clear why core apps like this are such an issue in the UK really.

The tv is very good easy to set up quick to respond if a little converluted in some aspects. It will take a little time to get to know it and to navigate the various features. The big downside for me was that BBC I Player was not an option on this model. If I had been told that initially I need not have wasted a lot of time trying to download an app that was not available at the moment. Having said that a call to Samsung support was very helpful and confirmed the research I had done.

Picture quality is excellent. TV sound not too bad but much improved through a sound bar. Set up very simple but pushes you to Samsung TV on every start up. Review was going to be 4 stars until I found that Samsung TV can be turned off. Disappointed that BBC iPlayer app is not available. Took a bit of research to find that this is down to the BBC evaluating new TV models! It would have saved me some time if Samsung had made this clear. No problem screen sharing BBC iPlayer from tablet. Have to assume that app will be available on TV in time.

We've been buying Samsung tvs for over 20yrs and this new one is amazing. It was so much lighter than I expected and super easy to assemble. It has a very intuitive design, adding apps was simple and easy. It has a sleek design and would be an attractive addition to any room. My family is very pleased with this TV and would buy another one in the future. The remote is easy to use and light weight. I would absolutely recommend this product to my friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 50-inch TV was just the right size for my living room. The overall picture quality is good, and the sound quality is also good for such a thin TV. I decided to buy a soundbar for symphonic sound option using the TV's speakers with the soundbar and am pleased with that combination. The only negative point is that set up forces you into Samsung's own TV station which I found difficult to change. I have re-set the TV to a different home screen where I can access the cable stations and apps that I want. The Samsung remote is easy to use but I have decided to use a different remote so that I am only using one remote for cable and my apps. Again, the Samsung remote forces you into Samsung TV also and their channels when I wanted regular network-based channels. Other than that, I have been very pleased with the quality of my TV and picture quality. Once you get the setup you want, it is clear sailing. Thanks, Samsung!
