What will I receive with my eligible purchase in this offer?
Upon approval, your Samsung eCertificate to use on your next Shop Samsung order will be sent digitally to "My Inbox" in the Shop Samsung app. Samsung eCertificate is good for the purchase on most products on the Shop Samsung app – restrictions can apply to select offers. You must be logged in with an account created with an eligible company email address to redeem.
What can I purchase with my Samsung eCertificate?
Your Samsung eCertificate can be used towards the purchase of eligible products and may be combined with other select offers. Restrictions can apply to select offers.
Where can I redeem my Samsung eCertificate?
Redeem your Samsung eCertificate in the Shop Samsung app by tapping Redeem Now card.
If I live in Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands, what offers do I qualify for?
If you live in Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands, you are not eligible for this offer.
How do I register for this offer if I chose an eligible Samsung device?
1. Download and install the Shop Samsung app on your eligible Samsung device from the Galaxy Store or Google Play Store.
2. Sign In to the Shop Samsung app with your eligible company email address. If you have not already created an account, register in the Shop Samsung app with your work email address.
3. In the Shop Samsung app, tap the “Menu Icon” on top left, then tap “My Inbox”, and then tap “Verify Device Eligibility” to submit your request.
4. Once your request is approved, tap “Redeem Now”, select eligible products and the offer will be applied at checkout.
How do I register if I chose multiple eligible Samsung devices?
Offer is only valid for one eligible Samsung device per employee email.
Can someone else register my offer claim on my behalf?
No, you must register your own offer claim. Rules specify that you may not have a third-party representative register on your behalf.
What happens if I purchased an eligible Samsung device from Samsung.com or Shop Samsung app?
The offer is only valid for employees of select organizations that received or chose an eligible Samsung device as their corporate phone. All other purchases are not eligible for this offer.
Can I register a claim on multiple eligible Samsung devices using the same Samsung Account?
No, you are not able to use the same Samsung Account to register a claim on multiple eligible Samsung devices. One eligible device per Samsung account is allowed..
What information do I need when registering my offer claim?
You must use your eligible Samsung device and log in with your account using an eligible company email address to fully complete the registration process.
When is the latest I can enter my information in the Shop Samsung app to take advantage of this offer?
You will not be able to register for this offer after December 31, 2023 and will no longer be eligible for the offer after that time.
What happens if I am having general problems with my offer claim registration?
To receive help with your registration, you can engage in a Chat conversation by tapping the chat icon at the top right of your screen or you can contact Samsung Customer Support at 1-866-888-5503 for further assistance.
What do I do if I registered my information, but I have not received an email or app confirmation within 24 hours?
1. From the app, you can check your registration status from Menu > My Inbox.
2. Check your Spam folder (emails will be sent by noreply@samsungpromotions.com or noreply2@samsungpromotions.com).
3. If there hasn’t been an update to your registration status within 48 hours, please contact Customer Support at 1-866-888-5503.
What do I do if I am rejected?
If you did not qualify for this offer you are still eligible for special offers and savings via Samsung Save@Work.
How long will it be before I can see a status update after submitting an offer claim?
Please allow at least 24 hours after submitting for your registration status to be available using the email address you registered with for the offer.
