Charge the Gear IconX Earbuds

Make sure you fully charge the battery before using your Gear IconX earbuds for the first time or when you haven't used them in a while. When the battery is completely discharged, it needs at least 20 minutes to turn on.

Use only Samsung-approved chargers, and cables. Unapproved chargers or cables can cause the battery to explode or damage the earbuds.

Charge the Gear IconX Earbuds

Charging your Gear IconX earbuds is a cinch. See for yourself:

  1. To open the charging case, push the cover open button.   

  2. Check the direction of each Gear IconX earbud and insert them into the left and right slots of the charging case.

  3. Close the charging case.   

Indicator Lights Identification

The indicator lights tell you the charging status of your Gear IconX earbuds.

The two indicator lights are located to the left and right of the charging case's open button. Each light indicates the charging status of each Gear IconX earbud, respectively.

Learn what each indicator light means below.

Color Status
Continuously on red Charging
Continuously on green Fully charged
Flashes red (rapid pace) Charging blocked due to adnormal temperature
Flases red (medium pace)

Charging contacts are disconnected

The charging case's battery is low
