How to connect your One Connect box to your Samsung TV
The One Connect box allows you to connect your cable or satellite box or video game system to your TV without having any unsightly wires dangling from the TV. We will show you how to connect the One Connect box to your TV correctly, and offer some set up tips as well.
Note: The One Connect box only comes with select TV models.
The 2019 and 2018 One Connect box
In 2019, only the Q90R, Q900R, and Frame (2019) models included and are compatible with the One Connect box. In 2018 the Q900F, Q9F, Q7C, Q75C, Q7F, Q75F, and the Frame (2018) included a One Connect box.

The 2017 One Connect box
In 2017 the Q9F, Q8C, Q7C, Q7CD, Q7F, and Q7FD models included and are compatible with the One Connect box. In addition, the MU9000, MU900D, M8500, MU850D, MU8000, MU800D, and The Frame included a One Connect box.
Plug the One Connect's power cord into an electrical outlet, and then connect the other end to the One Connect's power port.
Connect the Invisible Connection cable to the One Connect port on the One Connect box. Then, connect the other end to the One Connect port on the TV.
Connect the TV's power cord to the back of the TV, and then plug the other end into an electrical outlet.
If your setup requires a longer or in-wall rated cable, there are a few options:
2016 and earlier
Some earlier TV models included a One Connect box, or offered one as an optional add-on. If your TV came with the box, connect the One Connect cable into the One Connect port on the TV. Next, connect the other end of the cable into the One Connect box.
Put the One Connect box in a different room
The One Connect box keeps everything nice and tidy by letting you plug all your external devices into one place.
The Invisible Connection cable is just 3.4 mm in diameter, and available up to 49 feet long, and designed to easily attach to a Samsung TV wall mount, like the No Gap Wall-mount.
One idea is to have the One Connect box and your connected devices in a separate room, as long as you can run the Invisible Connection cable between your TV and your One Connect box. (Run the cable along the wall or the baseboards.) Just keep in mind that the cable needs to be handled with care – do not bend it at a harsh angle.
This is also a great idea for the in-wall rated One Connect cables that are available. This is a great way to still have everything you love connected to your TV, but have it hidden away out of sight. Just remember to follow all local guidelines when installing in-wall cables. Here is a great guide for installing in-wall wiring.
