Set up and manage your Samsung Health profile
Even if you're interested in fitness, keeping track of how much you exercise can be difficult. That's why you should let your phone do it for you. If you have a Samsung account, you can store your exercise data in the Samsung Health app. Just sign into an existing account or create a new account through Samsung Health to begin.

Sign into your Samsung Account
From everyday routines to intense workouts, Samsung Health can keep track of everything. But first, you will need to sign into the app with a Samsung account.
If you are not signed into a Samsung account, tap Sign In, and then enter your credentials. Next, tap Sign In one more time.
If you do not have a Samsung account, tap Sign in, and then tap Create account. Follow the on-screen prompts to create an account.
Manage your personal information
If your weight has changed from all that working out, you can adjust it and other personal information in Samsung Health.
Navigate to and open the Samsung Health app. Tap Menu, and then tap your name. From the Profile screen, you can adjust your personal information such as your picture, name, height, and more.
You can also sync your data from your profile page by tapping your email address.
