Sync Your Data in Samsung Health

Sync Your Data in Samsung Health

If you've got a new phone or device, it doesn't mean you have to lose all your hard work in Samsung Health. Your workout and health information can be transferred to the new phone; you just need to sync your Samsung Health profile with your Samsung account. It's very easy, and there are a couple different options to choose from. Once you sync your Samsung Health data, you can access it on a different device.

Adjust the Sync Options

Like we said, you can sync information from your Samsung account and Samsung Health app together. But you'll need to make sure that the sync option is turned on.

Navigate to and open Samsung Health. Touch More Options, and then touch Settings. Touch your Samsung account. You can adjust the different syncing options by touching the sliders:

  • Sync now: Sync your data immediately.

  • Auto sync: When this feature is turned on, data will be automatically synced between your accounts.

  • Sync using Wi-Fi only: Turn on this feature to only sync when Wi-Fi is available, so you save on mobile data.

Note: This feature is only available when auto sync is turned on.
