Sync your data in Samsung Health
If you have a new phone, it doesn't mean you have to lose all your hard work in Samsung Health. Your workout and health information can be transferred to the new phone; you just need to sync your Samsung Health profile with your Samsung account. Once you sync your data, you'll be able to access it on a different device.
Adjust the sync options
Before you can get your health and workout data onto another device, you'll need to sync information from your Samsung account to Samsung Health. If you think you'll forget, you can even sync information automatically.
Navigate to and open the Samsung Health app. Tap Menu, and then tap your Name. Next, tap your email address. You can adjust the different syncing options by tapping the switches:
Sync now: Sync your data immediately.
Auto sync: When this feature is turned on, data will be automatically synced between your accounts.
Sync using Wi-Fi only: Turn on this feature to only sync when Wi-Fi is available, so you'll save on mobile data. This feature is only available when auto sync is turned on.
