Sync your data in Samsung Health

Sync data options for Samsung account screen on a Galaxy phone

If you just got a new phone, it doesn't mean you have to lose your hard work in Samsung Health. Your workout and health information can be transferred to the new phone; you just need to sync your Samsung Health profile with your Samsung account! Once your data is synced, you'll be able to access it on a different device.

Adjust the sync options

Before you can get your health and workout data onto another device, you'll need to sync information from your Samsung account to Samsung Health. If you're worried you'll forget, you can even sync information automatically.

  1. Navigate to and open the Samsung Health app. Tap More options (the three vertical dots), and then tap Settings.

  2. Tap Sync with Samsung Cloud, and then tap the switch at the top of the screen.

  3. Additionally, you can tap Sync using to select Wi-Fi only or Wi-Fi and mobile data.

  4. Tap Sync now to immediately sync your Samsung Health data. You can tap Sync now whenever you need to sync your data.
