Use Programs in Samsung Health

You've gone through your whole workout repertoire and are looking for something new. Samsung Health has a variety of fitness programs to mix up your routine. There's stretching, weight loss, running, endurance training, and more. Unlike trackers and workouts, programs give you a set schedule that you can follow. When you add or use programs, you'll feel challenged again.

Note: Available screens and settings may vary by wireless service provider, software version, or phone model.

Add a program

Open the Samsung Health app. Tap the Discover tab, and then tap Programs. Select a specific program that interests you to view its details. If you like the program, tap Add program, and then tap Done. Once a program has been added, it will appear on your Samsung Health Home tab.

Note: If it's your first time looking at programs, you may need to review a disclaimer before you're able to view the full list of available programs.

Use a program

Samsung Health programs are straightforward but also extremely rewarding.

To use a program you've added, tap the Home tab, and then swipe to and tap the program. Tap Download workout, and when it's done downloading, tap Start workout. You will be able to rewind, pause, or fast forward the workout video. To stop the program, tap the Pause icon, and then tap Stop workout.

Drop a program

If you've finished a program, or you found a better one to suit your needs, you can remove any you aren't using.

From the Home tab of Samsung Health, swipe to and tap the program you want to drop. Tap More options, and then tap Drop program. If you change your mind, you can always download it again later.
