Using the Programs Screen on Samsung Health

In the Programs screen, you can conveniently select your desired program from the list of options.

Choosing Your Program

  • Baby steps to 5K: This program will help beginner runners develop healthy workout habits. The program involves 30 workouts over 10 weeks, and you can select 3 workout days per week.
  • Run 5K: This program will help beginner runners improve their stamina. After 10 weeks, you should be able to run either 3.1 miles or 30 minutes without stopping. The program involves 30 workouts over 10 weeks, and you can select 3 workout days per week.
  • First attempt at 10K: This program will help beginner runners gain more experience. After 8 weeks, you should be able to run 6.2 miles straight. The program involves 30 workouts over 10 weeks, and you can select 3 workout days per week.
  • Run 10K: This program will help beginner runners gain more experience. After 8 weeks, you should be able to run 6.2 miles straight. The program involves 30 workouts over 10 weeks, and you can select 3 workout days per week.
