Use Programs in Samsung Health
You've gone through your whole workout repertoire and are looking for something new. Samsung Health has an array of fitness programs to mix up your routine. There's stretching, weight loss, running, endurance training, and more. Unlike trackers and workouts, programs give you a set schedule that you can follow. When you add or use programs, you'll feel challenged again.

Add and Use a Program
Squats are just not cutting it anymore; you want a full body workout. There are a variety of challenging programs available, such as body building programs. Here's how to check them out:
To add a program, open the Samsung Health app, touch the Discover tab, and then touch Programs. Touch a specific program that interests you to view its details. If you like a program, touch Add program, and then touch Done. Once a program has been added, it will appear on your Samsung Health Home screen.
To use a program, touch the Home tab, and then swipe to and touch the desired program. Touch Download workout, and when it's done downloading, touch Start workout. You will be able to rewind, pause, or fast forward the workout. To stop the program, touch the Pause icon, and then touch Stop workout.
Note: If it is your first time going to the Discover tab, you may need to agree to a disclaimer before you're able to view the list of available programs.
