Charge Your Chromebook Pro
You can use the Chromebook Pro while it is charging, but it may increase the charging time. The battery will stop charging if the temperature gets too high as a safety precaution. Make sure to find the proper charging cable to prevent damage.
Make sure to fully charge the battery before using the Chromebook Pro for the first time.
Charge the Battery
Connect the power cable to the USB-C ports on either side of the Chromebook Pro.
Connect the AC adapter to a wall outlet.
When the battery is fully charged, the power LED will turn green. Disconnect the power cable from the Chromebook Pro.
The Power LED indicates the status of the Chromebook Pro.
|Green: Fully Charged|
|Blue: Turned on|
