At long last, the time has arrived. Your Note10 is here! Now it’s time to open the box and see what's inside. It has everything you need to use and enjoy your new phone.

Note: Aura White Note10s come with a white charger and cable. All other colors come with black chargers and cables.
Your Note10’s box is full of goodies. Make sure you don’t forget anything.
Here's what comes with your new Note10:
A. USB Cable: Connect the USB-C to USB-C cable to the adapter to charge your phone.
B. OTG Adapter: Use this adapter to connect your Note10 to another phone or device using a USB cable.
C. Travel Adapter: The charger adapter that you plug into an outlet. Both the Note10 and the Note10+ come with a 25-watt adapter.
D. Ejector Tool: Used for ejecting the SIM and microSD tray. The Note10+ supports microSD cards but the Note10 does not.
E. S Pen tips and tweezers: Replacement S Pen tips and tweezers to help you remove and reinsert the tips.
F. Extra earbuds: The earbuds come in several different sizes. Swap them as needed so you can get the most comfortable fit.
G. USB-C AKG headset: A pair of headphones with a special USB-C port. The Note10 does not have 3.5mm headset jack.
H. S Pen: Your new S Pen that writes on the phone’s screen. Comes in black, white, light blue, and dark blue depending on your Note10.

Note10 colors and box label
The Note10 series comes in a beautiful array of colors, and each has its own unique name. However, the official advertised Samsung name (e.g. Aura Glow) may be different from the name displayed on the box (e.g. Silver). Don't worry, you purchased the correct phone.
Just take a look at the information below to determine how the official name and the box label match up.
Aura Glow = Silver (Note10 and Note10+)
Aura Black = Black (Note10, Note10+, and Note10+ 5G)
Aura White = White (Note10 and Note10+)
Aura Blue = Blue (Note10+, exclusively at Best Buy)
