The sync feature is not available when using Bluetooth or USB as a source.

The method to do this depends on your soundbar, and you can find instructions specific to your model in your user manual. Here are three of the most common methods:

Sound Control button

Press the Sound Control button on the soundbar’s remote, and then use the Left/Right buttons to adjust until the sound is synced.

No sound when Samsung soundbar is connected via eARC with a non-Samsung TV

You may notice that there is no sound when using eARC with your Samsung soundbar and a non-Samsung TV.
