Already on the network?

If your All-in-One Washer Dryer Combo is already connected to Wi-Fi, skip to step 2.

Connect to Wi-Fi.

Navigate to Setting > General > Connections > WIFI.
Tap on the network's name.
If needed, enter the network's password.

Download and install the update.

Navigate to Setting > General > Software update > Download and install.
Tap Download. This may take several minutes, depending on your connection speed and the size of the download.
When finished downloading, tap Update on the pop-up that appears. This may also take several minutes.
After updating, the washer will reboot itself.

If you do not have an internet connection, request service.

We are confident this software update will resolve your issue without service. If you have a mobile device with hotspot capability, use that as a temporary measure to download the update, if normal Wi-Fi is unavailable.

However, if you do not have any internet connection to download the update with, visit our Support Center to request service instead.
