Galaxy Ring case is lost or broken
The case that comes with your Galaxy Ring is also its charger, and specific to your ring's size. It's important to take care of the case so it can take care of your ring. However, if you've lost or broken the case, you can order a replacement.

Get a replacement case for your Galaxy Ring

Navigate to the Wearable category on the Samsung Parts website.
In a web or mobile browser, follow this link to Samsung Parts, and then select Wearables from the category list.

Select your Ring's model code.
After selecting Wearables, you will see a list of applicable models. Locate your model number from the list, and select it.
Note: Your ring's model number is specific to the size of your Galaxy Ring. You must enter the correct model number, or your ring will not fit in the case, and therefore not be able to charge.

Select the part you need.
After entering your model number, select the Shop for parts link. This will show all available parts for your model. Select the part number that corresponds to the Galaxy Ring Case you want to order.
Note: Galaxy Ring Case part numbers start with GH8.

Complete your order.
Select ADD TO CART, and then follow the instructions on the page to complete checkout.
