Samsung dishwasher does not dry dishes
Samsung dishwasher does not dry dishes
Use rinse aid.
Your dishes will not get dry without rinse aid.
Rinse aid decreases the surface tension of water, causing it to condense, drip, and evaporate more easily, which condensing dry technology requires in order to function effectively. You should consider rinse aid a required component of running a cycle on your dishwasher, just like using detergent (unless you prefer to dry your dishes by hand). The amount of rinse aid used per cycle should be set higher when washing larger amounts of dishes.
Many brands of rinse aid are available, but we recommend Jet-Dry Turbo Dry.

Open the door after the cycle ends.
Open the door approximately 1 inch within 1 hour of the cycle's completion. The air circulation will help improve the speed of evaporation.
Some models include an AutoRelease function, which will automatically crack the door this way after a cycle completes.
Connect the dishwasher to a hot water line.
Make sure to load the dishwasher correctly.
Check for an error code or a stopped cycle.
If your dishes did not dry, it's possible that the dishwasher stopped mid-cycle, often due to an error code. If your model does not have a digital display, this error code may appear as blinking lights, which may not be immediately obvious.
The most common reason for the dishwasher to not finish the cycle if there is not an error code is if something inside bumps against the door forcefully enough to make the dishwasher think the door is being opened. This is another reason proper loading is vital (see step 4). If you're able to close the dishwasher and press Start and the cycle resumes, you know that this has occurred.
Review the previous steps.
Since condensation drying is a natural process of physics and is not actually a part of the dishwasher, there's nothing to service or repair, and so service is not required and will not improve the drying performance of the dishwasher.
If any of the dishwasher's parts or features are not working (like models which don't use condensation drying or have extra drying features), the dishwasher will give an error code (see step 5). Unless an error code appears, it is very likely the dishwasher is working as it is designed to, and so service will have nothing to repair.
Instead, review the previous steps. Every step is required; skipping even one will make a significant difference in drying performance.
