Update your Samsung Level headphones

If your Samsung Level Active headphones won’t turn on or charge, there are some things you can check. First, make sure the headphones and charger are undamaged and free of any dust or dirt. Then, try connecting the headphones to the charger and waiting until they are fully charged.

You can reset the Samsung Level app back to its default settings if there is ever an issue with your customized settings, like the Active key function, shortcuts to apps, or notifications. Bluetooth will not disconnect during the reset, so you won't have to worry about reconnecting the headphones afterward.

Your U Flex headphones will not turn on if the battery is completely drained. You must fully charge the battery before turning on and trying to use your headphones.
