Errors using Smart Switch on a Mac or PC
While using Smart Switch on a PC, you may encounter errors for several different reasons. This guide covers the most common errors that may occur.
Navigate to and open Settings, and then tap Accounts and backup. Tap Manage Accounts, and then tap the switch next to Auto sync data at the bottom of the screen.
You should also check the above sync settings on the previous device that your contacts are being synced from.
Tap an account and adjust the sync settings as necessary.
