  How do I sign up for a 60-day, risk-free trial?

You are automatically able to return your TV or soundbar within 60 days if you purchase one of the eligible models on Samsung.com or the Shop App during the promotional period. Simply go to My Orders and initiate a return within the 60-day period from when your device arrived.

Can I combine other promotions with a 60-day, risk-free trial?

Yes – you can select other promotions in addition to a 60-day, risk-free trial.

Can I try multiple devices for 60 days, risk-free?

Yes, you can try different models for 60 days, risk-free within the promotional period.

How do I return my device at the end of the trial?

Return your device as you normally would. Simply go to My Orders and click the RETURN button next to your device. 60-day risk-free trial does not apply for orders picked up at Best Buy.

What condition does my device need to be in to return?

Your device must be returned in its original condition and packaging, along with any parts or accessories that came with it, i.e., remote control, wires, etc.

How will I receive my refund if I return my device within 60 days?

You will receive your refund to your original payment method.
