Alternatively, if the Galaxy Fitⓔ and the mobile device are connected, launch the Galaxy Wearable app on your mobile device, and tap Home → About band → Restart band to restart it.
If the method above does not solve your problem, perform a factory data reset.
Launch Galaxy Wearable app on the mobile device and tap Home → About band → Reset band. Before performing the factory data reset, remember to make backup copies of all important data stored on the Galaxy Fitⓔ.
Back up data from Galaxy Fitⓔ through the Galaxy Wearable app or Samsung cloud.
