How Do I use the pedometer feature on the S Health app on my Samsung Galaxy Alpha?

1. On the Home screen tap Apps.
2. Tap on S Health.
3. Tap on Pedometer.
4. Tap on Start to begin counting your steps as you move.
5. Tap Pause and then tap OK to pause the count.
