Check the lower inside of each bud, between the two shiny dots (charging contacts), to find "L" for Left or "R" for Right. 2. Insert the R bud into your right ear, with the "R" facing you. 3. Insert the L bud into your left ear, with the "L" facing you. 4. Tilt the buds so the mic points toward your mouth, not toward your shoes. 5. Twist the buds for a snug fit.
