I am using samsung for more than 13 years, unfortunatelly, I am frustrated from the FOLD4 , i have chanaged wbattery under warranty and now again the same problem, it doesnt open when folded and you remove the charging wire and when i called call center, they were concerned and happy that warranty has finished! the issue i am talking about quality issues for a phone worth of USD 1900 that gets the same defect within two years! although i like the concept of the phone, but such defects, you will not find in another famous phone company. I was planning to buy the fold 6, now i have to pay to fix the fold 4 and i am really hesitant to consider the fold 6

I'm very disappointed, because 1. the battery is no lasting. I need to full charge 2-3 times a day. I've been used most time only the small screen. I don't understand, It's a new phone !! 2. the big screen's photo and resolution are very bad and quite fragile. I've dreamed a big big screen smartphone. Fold has a big screen but after use 2 days I prefer return to a standard smartphone. 3. When the phone is opened in big screen size, you can't hold it well without touches the screen. When you touched the screen, it's sent a click. Oh !! And when the big screen is opened, I must hold it with 2 hands otherwise it can fall down very easily. Too many hassles...

Multitasking is easy to do thanks to one UI, 4 apps at once would be great but I'm sure that's a very niche case. The crease is pretty much unnoticeable except for when the screen is off or at extreme angles. The not so great: The narrow screen makes it easy for one hand use when closed, but really hard to type on when trying to bust out a quick text response and you don't want to use swipe typing. I wish Samsung had gone with a more traditional phone size when closed, and I think the unfolded size would have been fine. The inner screen is also a bit of a lint magnet.

It does everything that my tablet does and more. I have great pics. I am on a half dozen Social sites with zero difficulties. Waze, Google maps, etc. with this it is so much better and easier, to follow directions. I watch movies and use it for games. The open screen is everything I hoped it would be for gaming. I don't notice the Fold in the middle when it is open, never really did. Had a Samsung Galaxy Z3 Fold for 1-2 yrs. I can't wait to see what Samsung comes up with next.

After reading reviews and receiving an offer I decided to get Galaxy Z Fold 4. I have been using it for almost a month and so far so good. Camera is great. I took several night shoots, they are good. I took a selfie with zero light. I am happy with the result. Another thing is battery life. I am happy with it. Foldable screen is bigger than phone and smaller than tablet, perfect for messaging, video and particularly reading books. Last but not least I was attracted with offers and trade ins. I wouldn't buy it unless attractive offers and competitive prices.

The phone is fablous. I am absolutely in love with ui and ux of this phone. Although the product wasnt delivered at my door step as promised and the customer serive people keep apologising to me while not solving my problem. So i had to go to Courier service office with money to get the phone. Apart from all these trouble, the phone is absolutely charm. I recommend people to buy from this website, because other places might charge you some extra money.

Form factor closed takes getting used to, very cramped and just needs to be a touch wider. No S-pen support on the cover display is a huge miss also. The screen brightness, crispness and responsiveness is top notch. The magic is when the phone is opened up and boy is it amazing. The hidden camera just needs to be gone and be a hole punchout, degrades camera quality to much. The cameras as good as they are should be more in line or better then what is on the main galaxy line, if Xiaomi and Honor (inferior Chinese phones) can put a periscope camera you get the idea.

I don't have the S-pen, I thought I'd need it, but I haven't thought about getting one at all. My fingers work just fine. I love the size of the tablet feature. Typing is so easy! I love watching videos or playing games! I do like when the I'm using it as a phone the width of the phone is perfect and not as wide as the note 20 ultra I had. The thickness doesn't bother me. It fits in my pocket just fine. I thought the crease would be annoying, but I don't even notice it. At all!!! Like right now, as I'm typing, I don't see it. Such a great phone!!

I had the chance to play around with one of these the last week and I can honestly say its pretty spectacular. I have no idea how they get glass to fold and make it seamless but they have. In hand it feels comfortable and aluminium casing makes it feel sturdy. When you open it up its basically a mini tablet so viewing anything looks great. One feature that i didn't expect is the multi app functionality so one screen can have either one or two shows running at once (4 total over 2 screens). The ability to fold the phone to a 90 degree angle and use the keyboard like you would on a PC is fantastic. Finally having the whole front of the phone as a screen (when folded up) is a fame changer.

I wanted to love this phone. I purchased it about 4 months ago. I wanted something smaller than my note 10+. I regret the day I traded my note in for this cute little phone. The screen goes black as soon as I open it. Also, the screen freezes, then the screen vibrates. The screen is unresponsive. Won't let me look at anything, nor will it allow me to text. This phone has never been dropped. Then, magically, it will work for a few minutes before doing all of the above. This phone gets smoking hot!!! Like the very 1st Android I had 20 something years ago. Is Samsung regressing?

Still want a pen silo, but a good pen case really helps having a pen accessible for the inner screen. I still wish stylus worked on outer screen too. Overall it really feels exactly like my Fold3 except with a better battery life and a slightly better typing experience which in the end are no small improvements. Still a PD 20W power delivery charger or better will help your day if you use your phone heavily as I do

I switched from Fold 2 after just having my Fold 2 replaced under warranty for a cracked screen a few months previous. I pre-preordered the Fold 4, excited to get the latest and greatest fold device. Overall, the Fold 2 felt more premium with better build quality. I guess they are now getting to the "mass manufacturing" model a bit more. Still can't go back to a non-folding form factor at this size, but now excited to have new players entering this market to push Samsung into polishing this device more than they did with this model. I'm sure that those who have been switching from non-folding devices or who never owned the Fold 2 wouldn't know that the latest versions are downgraded, but that's ok. :-)

It's a good phone. I'm disappointed that the pen only works if the phone is unfolded and open. I rarely open it. I do so to read books or play crosswords. I play a lot of games and play music. The battery goes down quickly. The camera is good. Just not as good as my Note. This really is a good phone. Just not good for me. When the S23 is released, I plan to trade this in and get that. Of everything I've seen, the S series is comparable to the Note. I would recommend this phone to those that have never used the Note or want a tablet that can function as a phone.

This device is definitely something to marvel at with its two super-bright AMOLED displays, the 50 MP main camera sensor, and a surprisingly well-hidden under-display camera (although the quality of it is less than desirable with its 4 MP sensor). The new internal hinge design has also made the folding form factor feel even more smooth when folding and unfolding, and gives me confidence that the Galaxy Z Fold4 will last for a long time.

Product is so much better than fold 3. The better camera and now thinner edges makes the front screen so close to a normal smart phone means the biggest issues with the fold 3 have now been solved. Reliabilty is a bit of an issue though as i owned the fold 3 only to have the screen wear out and so refunded ... which was an absolute nightmare .... that now with my new fold the speakers are majorly faulty but im to scared to get sorted as the pain of dealing with the contracted suport company to Samsung in New Zealand is so bad it simply isnt worth the pain The only problem is the support in my country The new software is much improved also. I dont use a pen much... but would be nice to have a slot

I love using both displays and am amazed at all the multitasking things I can do. I don't see myself going back to a regular phone the Z Fold 4 is virtually ahead of all phones in the market. I was also impressed how the Z Fold 4 speed tests against the iPhone 14 pro max, actually made the iphone look slow in comparison and the iPhone is more of a basic phone that has very few software features. Samsung, please continue innovating, as long as you continue innovating and not become complacent and non-innovative like other competitors. I will be coming back for more.

Given the capabilities of folding it and placing it in my pocket is even better. It doesn't disappoint playing music or videos with its screen size and sound capabilities. Playing games on this small tablet is a great past time when traveling! Beware... people will want to handle it if you have it out!

Just a word of caution to people who are keen with the z folder. I got 2 Zfolders in the span of 3 years. The first one started to give issues with the wifi and bluetooth icon and the repair was expensive. As the warranty was over, I have to pay for the repairs. The z folder was given away. Thinking it was that former phone's one time fault, I got another Zfolder in March 2023 and here, in December 2023, the big screen gave way and it was a black out, the wifi icon cannot function and worst of all, the phone cannot read my SIM card. Luckily, only the folded small screen can be read for me to transfer data which is a pain as the wifi icon is out of order. Please think carefully before you purchase the Z folder!

Fold4 vs S22 Ultra Fold main screen smaller, lower res, and lower Pixels per inch. Fold battery smaller yet has to power two screens. Fold pen not integrated. Fold main camera much lower res. Fold front camera much lower res. Fold weighs more. Fold video res half. So you're paying for a gimmick extra display and the most annoying case ever designed. Purchased to be able to run two apps side by side, which it can. So could my existing Note20 Ultra and tablet using the phone's hot spot.

I find ZF4 to be much snappier, faster, overall more responsive than my ZF3 most likely due to the upgraded processor. The battery life is bounds better than the ZF3. I often am on my phone for many hours during the day, muti-tasking between web browsing, watching videos, doing cloud-based work, and I find the ZF4 lasts at least 3 -4 hours longer than ZF3. If you're a poweruser/multitasker and use your phone often, the ZF3 to ZF4 upgrade is well worth it.

Adjusting to having a primary and secondary display isn't too much of a challenge, however I don't use the inside display as much. It's better to think of it as phone mode and tablet mode, since the s-pen only works on the inner display. I hoped they would've made it front screen compatible, but it's not. The display is super sensitive even with the extra sensitivity turned off, with it on its too much. I traded my S9+ in for this phone and needed the sensitivity turned on for winter because of my touch gloves, ended up leaving it on, this doesn't need it. One UI keeps crashing, which is annoying and I hope an update comes to fix it.

What a shame. Upgraded to Andriod 14 and One UI version 6.1 and now the handset is very unstable on WiFI connection and on Bluetooth connection. The handset is constantly scanning for a wifi connection when I have other devices including Samsung devices already connected to it. Now in the car, it can't connect to the Bluetooth connection. I am guessing this is the same issue as WiFi This phone worked perfectly fine until I upgraded the operating system that Samsung pushed to me as the upgrade. I now can't downgrade it either.......... nice job Samsung.

I loved my ultra and the camera but I was very intrigued with the folding phone. Wanting a tablet also I couldn't justify buying a seperate device. This phone satisfies my want for a tablet and does not disappoint when it comes to the camera quality. Even with a less impressive camera it still does everything I would want my phone camera to do. The best part about this phone is how compact it is in my hand when folded, then extremely fun to use when opened fully. The only reason I am not giving it a 5 star is because the battery life is not quite as good as my s21. It lasts the day but I get pretty close to 0% by the time I am ready to charge it.

A completely new experience of how I use my phone, and I recommend it to everyone! The only issue I have is the OS. Some apps work better than others and being on the Pixel phones for the past few years really got me used to doing everything in the Googlesphere. All my passwords and Gboard and are no longer as seamlessly integrated with prefilling and such. It can get a bit annoying to move over once you got comfortable with Pixel usage. But the screen real real estate makes up for it!

I used to have the Note series and was so disappointed when they stop it, that I kept my note 10 plus 5G for an extra year thinking of what to do. Then came the fold, I wasn't interested until it was water proof but then waited again till this fold 4.i love it, it's easy to use, extremely impressive in a crowd, not too heavy and extremely fast with it 120HZ refresh rate. When I got the S pen Pro that made even more of a difference, its almost like have my Note again but just much better. I'm glad I went for this and don't ever think I'll regret it The only downside is if you have small-ish hands, you might struggle a bit But don't let that deter you, JUST GET IT and work things out after

Ordered this on a Saturday Night and it arrived the Monday afternoon after. So amazed that it only took 1 and ½ day to pack and deliver. I love this phone so much. I upgraded from an S21 Ultra to this Galaxy Z Fold 4. The crease is noticeable in most angles, EXCEPT in the normal viewing angle, which is what matters most. It stands on its own perfectly. Speakers are loud. Camera zoom was still better on my S21 Ultra but the quality is pretty much the same. The folding capability is what really trumps my old phone. Performance is way better than my old phone as well. Gaming on this phone is just amazing with its large screen and dual stereo speaker system. Overall, an upgrade from an S Ultra series phone to a Z Fold series phone is very worth it!

I bought Z fold 2 after a while the big screen start to have issues and all the sudden it stopped working. I took it to Samsung service center in mirdif city center and they told me i have to pay for the screen its not covered under warranty! I will never buy foldable phone again

Playing games, reading and general work is a breeze. Speakers are phenomenal and ober all the device is intuative and easy to use. I love the endless customization . Cons: some apps dont fill entire screen and occasionally I have to restart apps on larger screen as the touch screen sometimes doesn't respond. Finding the perfect case as been tough. Would definitely recommend this phone.

I've seen older versions and was disappointed by the obvious fold and division of the screens into two. To my elation, on the Fold4, unfolding the phone is like seeing a magician for the first time. Expanding apps to full screen show no fold or dimness. I love it.

Last Samsung phone I owned was way back in 2007, the Samsung UpStage (just recently threw it out along with the leather battery case not realising how rare the little thing is). Fold 4 has me firmly back with Samsung phones again. Its a beast of a device. Had mines now around 5 months. I love the size of it in the hand whilst folded and it looks amazing without the case but if your like me and keep it in your joggers pocket all day, the rubber case definitely stops it sliding out. Only gripe is that pen cant be used on outer screen. Its just a little qol thats missed. Keep it clean and use it unfolded. Its brilliant. I'm very confident with saying that I will always have a folding phone from now on or until we get all this data in a contact lens. Cheers Samsung.

The fold 4 is beyond an all night horror. I am always tearful whenever I think of it. Right in the middle of the night after charging, it switched itself off. In the morning, I tried to switch on but it didn't. After 24hours, it started overheating. Thinking it would explode. I'm so scared to to even try switching on. It is just lying there, useless after a battery change. I am so distressed and traumatised. It is simply a source of trauma, heartache and an entire waste of money. Pls pls stay away from fold phones.

Large internal display aside, this phone is fantastic. As you would expect for the money a very high spec device that is very fast. Cameras are great. Makes gaming on a phone a practical and a great experience. The software on this makes everything so easy and practical. Now to the display. The outside smaller display looks great. Having the large inner display option is not just a gimmick! It really does create a whole new experience for a phone and is excellent. I am 58 years old and ny eyes are starting to weaken. Having this larger inner display means i can actually read content without having to reach for my glasses. Also watching video content from Youtube Netflix etc. is a great experience. If you are thinking of buying a Fold because it may suit you then trust me, it will.

Got my device for a few days, and it is absolutely a great experience! I haven't been this excited about a phone for a few years, it was getting really boring to always just get a slightly faster, slightly bigger phone with a slightly better camera. The Z fold is something else! Feels like a whole new product category that is here to stay. Performance is amazing with the new processor, photos/videos look great, and battery life has been fine for me - I charge it to 85% (I have the protect battery option on) and I end up with anywhere between 10-35% at the end of a day, depending on the usage, just topping it up in the car during my commute with the wireless charger, with fast charge turned off to protect the battery. Price is definitely high, but for such a futuristic device it makes sense.

I love having a full front screen and then a tablet when I want to draw, watch movies, play games or when getting down to business. I would always see adverts for the fold and have to talk myself out of it in case it wasn't what I thought it would be. All I did was stop myself from having a great phone. I love the versatility of it. Being able to quickly use the front screen to reply to messages and then open up the big screen when I want to browser the internet or in my job look at wiring diagrams. The only thing I fear is the inside screen protector peeling. So far I have a tiny lip at the bottom but it's so minor.

The phone seems to be more responsive then its predecessor (Fold3). I wish it would of come with a spen but luckily the fold edition from the Fold3 works good. The camera is almost as good as the s22 ultra, I also get about 2 days of battery life compared to the fold 3 were I would be lucky to get a full day without charging. I like how sleek the profile is. So many features that I need to experience.

This phone has all of the features of any impressive new phone, and more. It opens wide, very wide. Sure, I had my concerns before purchasing. I mistakenly thought it would feel flimsy. The feel of this phone is incredibly solid. It only moves the way it was engineered to. I was also suspect of the screen not appearing flat after being folded. Insanely impressive screen. Applications seem to automatically know that they have more breathing room. Many apps provide greater information along side of the standard apps. The experience is truly not able to be expressed in words. Get one in your hands and you will no longer be satisfied with another, period.

Z food 3 was OK now I have z fold 4 some things are better but not size smaller than fold 3 so not impressed with that it's fatter when open so not a good fit in hand prefer my fold 3 as for everything else so far f 3 and f 4 neck and neck f 3 better for holding battery wise not much difference and really not noticing any better front or back camera so I'll give it few more weeks if I've not seen any substantial improvements my daughter will get fold 4 for school illkeep my f 3

I am not sure what magic Samsung is doing in South Korea, but I work in a dusty harsh environment (which is why I have insursnce) and this device is exceeding all of my expectations. I feel like I can absolutely say for the first time in a long time about a phone, that is : "I want for nothing". Its hard to articulate how useful this device has been the past few weeks Ive had it, and I look forward to the next 2 years of ownership. I dont expect this phone to be perfect when it comes time to replace, my s20 ultra was far from it, but I truly believe based on what Ive seen so far; that this device will age gracefully all things considered. Don't buy a fold or flip phone read the problems that a lot of people have had with samsung not taking responsibility for the fold and flip phones developing a falt of the screen lifting and a black line appearing in the fold , im seeking legal advice now as samusung are a disgrace, please read in the samsung community what a lot of people are saying about the fold and flip phones and samsung backing out of their responsibility to the customer that pay thousands for there tech.

Almost perfect. I've only had the phone for a couple days now and am in love with it (mostly) and will probably love it more when I build more muscles to hold it up while using it in bed ;). Samsung if you are reading this, do something with the volume buttons in version 5. I'm sure there is some reason you had to put them on the right side of the phone, but every case with a stand requires the volume buttons to be against whatever surface it's on. You can't just hit it to adjust, you have to physically pick it up. Maybe minor to some, but it's something that should have been looked at more. I've been impressed with the hinge, it has enough resistance to keep it closed, but not too much to be difficult to work. Overall a great phone that I'm really looking forward to using, but not quite 5 stars.

Had this for about 3 weeks, and I'm more impressed on what it's able and highly surprised, crease is a thing but barely noticed, especially if u have it open ever so often to give it some breathing room, but especially love playing any game with this. Makes people drop jaws, as few have ever see them. Truly unique experience and possibly has much more potential that the may have struck gold on! But definitely worth much money, as long as it's futures are things u do day to day.

Samsung was offering one of their great trade in offers and I was unsure between the Fold 4 and the 22 Ultra. I ultimitely decided on the Fold 4 and do not regret it one bit. It's a great evolution from Samsungs traditional phones. Pros: Excellent Performance Excellent screen quality and size Support for S Pen Great features( front screen great for one handed mode, open for tablet like content) Great cameras Great software: the tweaks to Android and the Oneui interface really make this phone feel good. Cons: A bit buggy: I've had a restart and a few apps bug out - however the app issue is more than likely the apps issue for not fully supporting the device. Overall with my first month I'm happy. I'm hoping the design stands the test of time.

Well it took me a week to decide to go for the fold but I'm so happy that I did. Its hard to see what the phone is like in shops as its fixed in one position so you can't get a feel for the phone and I've always been a Note fan but I'll never go back to a normal boring phone again the folding phone is the future. It's so much fun and when people see you open it up the are just gobsmacked. I absolutely love this device. Just got to wait for Samsung to make a 50mm size watch.

I love the big screen it is easy to read. I love the ability to co duct some of my work business on this phone. But you would think when you pay 1800 for a phone you would 1. Get a longer warranty from manufacturer an 2. Get a product that lasts as long as it takes to pay it off. I bought this phone Dec 2022 and the inside screen is cracked at the fold and now I can't use the I side screen because when I open it instead of staying on it shuts itself off and I can't use it

zfold 4 less than 1 yr old but have to replace the lcd since screen is not working when fully opened. no available loan unit so i have to purchase a spare phone. was advised that it will take a week or more. 2 other customers also have the same unit being repaired though different problem. other one is there's no.sound when fully opened. the other one shuts down by itself. seems that samsung needs to improve fold units. talk about the long queue on their service center

Git the phone for 2 weeks. From ios to android after 15 years... to me is a bit step. But didn't really regret about it. First most the sleek design I suppose is almost everyone tempt to it. Other then the folding line... and the front panel for typing messages need to get used to it cause the screen and keypad is smaller so for guys will be a bit tricky if you have manly fingers. Other then that I think this phone I still love it... mainly still the design hahha

I love this phone. I had the Z fold 2. Now I've upgraded to the Zfold 4 and I love how clean the phone looks. However. It seems like once a day at minimum it freezes up to where I can't even power it down. It takes it about 3 minutes before it restarts on it's own. I've have factory reset it and nothing seems to fix this issue. Hoping samsung releases an update soon. If not I'm going to have to get it replaced, which sucks since I've only had it for a month...

I wanted to be sure I could still have a S-Pen, have a large screen and the functionality that I am used to. I have to confess it has the screen size and space that exceeded my expectations. At first it seems like a bunch of hype but once you learn how to use Multi Screen in a efficient manner it becomes a excellent device. In my line of work I find myself utilizing multiple screens and getting work done faster. Yes I do love the attention factor when I'm on dual screen and others see it, they always ask what is that! It actually is lighter than my old phone. The thickness when folded does not bother me at all. I think if you're going to like this phone once you use it and learn it's capabilities.

I absolutely LOVE this phone. It allowed me to do work on spreadsheets etc. that I had never been able to do before. I WISH there was a warning that if the screen protector started to bubble, you should get it replaced IMMEDIATELY, otherwise the actual screen breaks for no reason (under normal use). I convinced SO MANY people to buy this phone, because I loved it that much. Now I'm stuck with an 18 month old phone with one "smaller than average" screen :(

Overall I'm very impressed with the galaxy z fold 4, I just think the battery is not as good as my previous galaxy s21 plus, also I don't like that the always on display clock dimness can no longer be adjusted. Previously you could tap the clock while on locked screen and it would give you the option of setting the brightness of the clock. Now at night time when I watch movies with the lights dimmed, I can't see what time is displayed, it's far too dim

Bought CatTongue Grips, put a small bit on side to grip and now perfect. Samsung really should have engineered something on the side that you can easily grab. If you were an older person with arthritis you would hate this phone. BTW, I do use a portfolio case, and this makes opening the phone only a little bit easier.

An amazing phone I moved to a flip version rather than a fold and I missed the extra real estate I also missed the extra battery life. I have to say moving from the Z fold 3 to the Z fold 4 is a massive improvement weight-wise and also with the real estate because it is thinner lighter and has less bezels. I regretted moving to the flip from the fold 3 due to the battery size and battery longevity very glad to be back in the fold family.

I was really looking into this phone to try something different but who knew that "different" was what I needed. Only downside is the camera maybe and I say maybe because of the improved isp on the newer processor this phone generally produces better point and shoot default photos that seem to be better than the s22 ultra even with the inferior camera setup it's only when you get into the extra features it falls kinda short but it puts up a fight, but the phone can be expensive 8f you don't have a trade in I only got it because note 20 wasn't functional anymore it turned on but the Sim tray was damaged from a drop.

I got this about I would say 7 months ago I loved the things but about 4 months in it black screened me and I figured it was a one time thing but it did it again yesterday and that’s just something I’m not gonna send back to have returned. it’s no longer a reliable daily driver and I loved it when it worked it just needs to be worked out software wise great hardware good cameras, but it messed up the basics and ran before it could walk.

I got this on preorder and I love it. The screen did take a bit to get used to but now I feel strange when I use my s22 ultra. I did encounter a fault - camera stuck in selfie mode but wouldn't turn on and the main screen wasn't responding. This is the first out of nine Samsung phones I owned to have an issue but you've gotta give Samsung kudos, I handed it in for repair and it was back in my hands 26 hours later. Now that's service.

Swapped from a Samsung s20 to the fold 4 and I'm blown away, both screen quality is amazing, the camera set up has allowed me to capture some amazing images, the power and processor to multi task is seemless and the phone does not lack under any high performance apps and also does not get hot I dont think I'll be stepping away from the fold world anytime soon, definitely best of both world of having a phone and a tablet built in one!

I brought this 6 months ago and suddenly the internal screen is not working and blacked off. Screen back light is on and visible till the opening angle is 20 degree. that clearly shows bad quality of the product. I strongly feel the Flexible LED connector or connection to main board is loose. After 11 years of Continuous Samsung phone usage this is the first time i felt so disappointed. Even during Note 7 fall i never felt so down.

The Samsung z fold 4 is a great phone but I'm on my 3rd. OK I had the z fold 2 the main screen stopped working. I was due a upgrade so I got the z fold 4. After around 6 months or so the main screen cracked on the seem. Got a replacement. Everything seems to be OK at the moment. When the phone to picked up I tend to touch the phone on the Wake up sensor. It sends the phone into a mini melt down. Other than that it's a great phone

The convenience of the small front screen for using your phone for normal stuff, and then the big screen when you open it up for videos and games is awesome. The downside is this phone has no volume. You basically have to use Bluetooth headphones to hear music videos anything like that. Speakerphone also is not loud. My note 20 had better sound. But other than the sound it is a great phone.

The screen size is useful when opened but quite thin and difficult to use when closed. The design of the internal screen protector is extremely poor. I had mine replaced after 10 months and the shop told me they get people in daily to have them replaced. Poor design work to have it fatigue fail 10 months in use. The phone is very thick when closed and is quite difficult to remove from pockets if you've got the Samsung case on.

I have had the Z Fold 4 for about a month now and I absolutely love it. It's big and beautiful. Yes, it's definitely expensive but when I got it, I also made the decision to give my iPad Air to my daughter. The Fold is now my phone/tablet/laptop. Now obviously there are still times when you will need a full size laptop to do the heavy lifting but on a day to day basis, my Fold does the trick. I do NOT find it delicate or fragile. It is well made but I do take good care of it. Yes, you can feel the crease but it never bothers me and I barely notice it unless I think of it. But seriously, it's a folding phone. How picky are you? P.S. PLEASE do not tell people not to buy something based on your experience. I really get offended by that. Tell people your experience and let them decide for themselves. You may very well be in the minority with your opnion.

I purchased the Galaxy Fold 4, nearly 3 weeks ago now. I am disabled and I have had a tough time using a standard sized phone because my hands don't work as well as they used too. Arthritis makes it difficult, but I really love this phone. I now can play games that I couldn't before because of the huge screen, not to mention the Hugh screen has watching YouTube videos, which I do a ton of sitting around the house all day.

I had read a bunch of horror stories about other generations, but I decided to jump in. Definitely glad I did, as it's been a great experience. I primarily use the cover screen during normal days, and use the main screen for media consumption. Multitasking has been a wonderful experience as well.

My phone has been repaired multiple times and is quite temperamental. The apps frequently malfunction, and over time, the crease in the middle of the screen worsens until the display eventually blacks out, requiring another repair. There has been no physical damage to the phone, as I keep it in a very protective case and have always used screen protectors. Despite these ongoing issues, the large screen is fantastic.

To start with the phone was brilliant but with time it has become terrible. The battery only lasts half a day and the phone now doesn't even get a signal and its not a network issue as other phones on the same network get signal. We had the screen protector changed at Samsung and now it doesn't unfold properly. The idea is good but overall not a great phone and we are looking forward to changing it in 5 months time.

Really enjoy this phone. I was worried about it going from a note 10 plus, but not being water resistant - it's great! My biggest concern was the aspect ration, watching allot of youtube still give bars but it still works out a bigger screen than the note 10 plus. Multi tasking is so easy! I also use the front screen quite often for most of my daily tasks. It is heavier and thicker, you get used to it all in about a day. Battery life is impressive it adjust around after a week. You do need to watch crumbs / dust in your pocket, either use a different pocket or make sure that pocket is clean. I am using the samsung cover with kick stand, it wireless charges as well (without the pen in, i don't use the pen much at all anyways but at least have it). Highly recommend, despite the high cost. Hopefully will get 3-4 years out of it like i did with the note 10 plus. We will see!

I bought this when it came out, and love it. I've used it for work (s-pen and underscreen webcam were invaluable and multi-tasking), on a scuba boat trip (waterproofness and solidity critical) and e-book reading and Garmin Pilot flight bag (tablet screen size critical). Only thing I wish was the s-pen being integrated like the Note or S23 Ultra series and the buttons on the left side not the right.

Also the last firmware update has made the phone a little glitch maybe the next firmware will fix it. Also I wish the outside screen was bigger. It also be nice to have pen support on the outside screen

Hi, I bought this phone 6 months ago and still facing same issues , No stability , Automatically restarting, Hanging while i am call. Couple of time submitted to Support but No solution except they just re-install OS and stilll suffering. Hardware design is good but it has hardware level fluctuation with Applications which is causing to trigger to reboot. very annoying very bad experience.

This is the first foldable I've purchased. Straight from the jump. I found the zFold 4 to be the best phone I have ever purchased. While some complain the front screen is too narrow, I find it to be the perfect size for one hand use, it fits in your hand like a glove and extremely comfortable/easy to use. In fact I find this size to be so convenient, that I rarely use the larger unfolded tablet! When using in tablet version, I prefer FLEX mode as it feels like I'm using a mini laptop, and is truly a game changer for phones. If I had to find a negative, I wish they would find a way to incorporate the s Pen into the hinge and make it compatible for the front screen. However, in saying this-- I will never own another phone that is NOT a fold! GREAT WORK SAMSUNG!

I bought this phone for a month now and I can say this is a great phone if what you are looking in a phone is (flexibility, experience, display size and storage) then do not hesitate go for it. However, if you take battery life seriously then I recommend passing on this phone. I think it's a great phone overall and no extra care required while dealing with it, just typical phone care.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung has made minor tweaks as the years have progressed to make this phone into a more viable daily driver rather than futuristic prototype. The z fold 4 is a very solid device that you can feel that it won't just snap in your hand after a quick use. Though the phone is only one generation newer than my previous z fold 3 it cranks out what feels like twice the performance in not only speed but battery life also. Not only has the phone been more optimized for more screen usage, but the camera has had an overhaul which had made this phone great even if you're in the nose bleed seats at concerts with its amazing crisp zoom. Samsung had really made this phone spectacular and has made me confident enough to keep my Sim card in this phone without feeling as if I'm needing to swap out due to it being uncomfortable. Truly a marvel of a handheld device that I look forward to see improve as time progresses.

The outer screen can be utilized as one would with any regular smartphone, open the device for a full tablet experience, complete with S-Pen functionality, desktop mode web browsing, etc... from Google Sheets to social media this device truly gives the best of both worlds - mobile and desktop - in one seamless experience. The cameras produce amazing photos and videos with impressive clarity, one handed mode is great for quickly and easily swipe typing short messages or for reaching the top of the screen for apps that don't have the sense that samsung One UI does. Beyond any of that the device is simply beautiful, feels premium - even the slightly softer inner screen, and responds faster than I can think. There's no waiting for the device to do what you're expecting it to do, it already did it by the time your thoughts caught up to it.
