What is the Now+ and why is it not displayed?

Now+ on Samsung TVs is a convenient feature that provides a dashboard of information when the screen is off. Simply say "Hi Bixby" to access weather, SmartThings, music, and the family board. Just set Bixby to "Always" in your settings to use this feature.
What is the Now+?
- When the TV screen is turned off, a dashboard is displayed on the screen through voice recognition. When you say "Hi Bixby" with the TV turned off, it shows Now+ on the screen (weather, SmartThings, music, family board)
- Must be set to＂Always" in Bixby settings.
- If you set it to “When the screen is on", Bixby will not run when the power is off.
