I purchased this 15 months ago. The brush that came with the machine was a Turbo Action Brush. I have tiles and timber floors with a few rugs. Worked well until about 1 month ago when wheels both broke. Cheap design on an expensive machine. This means I have to spend another $149 for a new brush.
I recommended this product.

I just bought this and it doesn’t work at all on my carpet, it stops and and comes up with a flashing light like it overheats. I just spent $600 on this vacuum cleaner and this attachment is completely useless on carpet. You must have to purchase another attachment so it will work. I wish I had known this before I purchased the product !

Bought the jet 90 pet. Action brush is very noisy/rattly and would stop rolling on carpets (thick or thin). Very disappointed given the price I paid for it. Could have gotten the soft brush head if I spent it on another brand.

Bought the Jet 90 a couple of years ago however have realised it’s not built to last. This head broke off from the wiring when I was vacuuming and knocked a lounge leg. I was not even vacuuming fast! I feel like the head should withstand a lot more pressure/knocks! Now I’m looking into buying a new head but will probably get another brand of vacuum

We bought this Samsung Jet 90 vacuum cleaner in 2022. I mostly use the Turbo Action brush on carpet and hard floors. It works great on both floors. Less noisier than some other vacuum cleaner brands I used before. Time to time remove tangled hair from the brush. We love it.
I recommended this product.

Doesn't work on carpets. Used it for 2 mins on carpets and the head stops spinning and warning light comes on. What a joke....This is going back to the store today waste of time and money.
