I just got this with my new phone today and the hole for the charging port is not big enough to plug the supplied charger or any other charger into for that matter! I have to take the case off to charge every time. Otherwise send like a good case. Not super protective of drops but fairly sturdy.

Case is not as great as I thought it would be. It protects your phone decently enough. But for me, the sides are a bit too slippery and prone to sliding right out of my hand if I grip it too lightly. I have to grip the phone rather tightly to prevent that from happening. I got this case free on preorder of my Samsung Galaxy S24+, so I'd have a case to put on it right off the bat, but ultimately I ended up spending money on a different and more grippable case. I feel as though Samsung could've done better with the sides of this case to make it less slippery in the hand.

I was so excited about this collaboration as I love this artist. At first I was really happy with this case as it was a beautiful design and the colours really popped whilst protecting my phone, however, im really sad to learn despite being an official Samsung case it was so poorly made as the design scrubbed off with time (I did not try and clean it) and then it completely broke apart (see pictures) in about a year. Im very careful with my phone so this is poor workmanship and a shame as the artist is amazing.

This case does not feel like an actual Samsung Case. There is no branding, no logos, all it says is "made in china", on the inside. The case exposes a lot of your aluminum frame, and has cheap hard plastic buttons. I don't mind this being a fake leather, but the feeling of the case is not premium at all.

This is after 15 months of daily moderate use and maybe 2 falls on soft floor. My phone doesn't have any scratches so it does its job, just looks really beat up and is breaking apart.
