the screen cracks easily, the phone case peels for no reason but worst of all, the aftersales service is crappy! i purchased samsung care +, paid few hundreds more as i was promised a free replacement, but later was informed that i needed to pay for the replacement. how is that free? does it sound like a SCAM?

Working well for me. Love the ring, wouldn't be without one now. Not sure why I'm seeing so many reviews of the ring falling off. It has clips to the inside of the case, these can come off when the case is off the phone but it's simple to clip them back on, I've found it very sturdy and I'm not very careful with my phone's!

Started using this in March 2022, at first I thought I would hate the ring.. how wrong I was!! The phone is almost always attached to me, as I prefer to carry than place in a pocket. Makes the phone look good, protects it sufficiently from the odd knock, and the non-slip finish is great for wireless charging (the phone "walks" without it)... Only design flaw is that occasionally the case pops up/out when flipping the phone open, in turn that can activate the volume keys. And I wouldn't trust the case to protect the phone from heavy falls onto hard surfaces. Unfortunately, the silicon near the ring on the camera side has already split and pulls back by nearly 1 cm - so in less than a year it's falling apart with some and I expect won't last much longer. I believe this is a result of being put into/pulled out of pockets; again, something I don't do too much. Worse yet - it looks like this is already discontinued! Extremely disappointed as I would have liked to buy a couple more the the few more years I expect the device to last.
I recommended this product.

As title says, protects the phone pretty well but the grippy nature of the material means I drop it more often than not upon taking out of my pocket. Also picks up a lot of debris for the same reason.
