Just got this product, I already have a Type C cable from my previous Samsung A50, but it is not compatiable, just keeps flashing orange, as per the user manual: "The wireless charger is not compatible with chargers that do not support AFC (Adaptive Fast Charging) and SFC (Super Fast Charging). To use the 15W fast wireless charging 2.0 feature, use the charger (9.0V/2.77A) supplied with the device, an SFC charger, or a PD (Power Delivery) charger (25W and higher). If a PD charger (less than 25W) or an AFC charger is used, the 7.5W fast wireless charging 1.0 feature may work." and it DOESN"T come with the correct cable. I never expect this with Samsung, thoroughly disappointed.

Was disappointed when purchased as wouldn't work. Tried countless cables and chargers. Nothing. Went back and found a old review, saying he eventually found out it had to have USB-C to USB-C cable and power point charger of minimum 25w. Finally it worked. Have to say it now works very well. The instructions state to use cable included, there isn't one in box. Would be nice of a company like Samsung, whose products I love, could supply all the info to get to work, especially as it was bought from Samsung store at shopping centre
I recommended this product.

Absolutely false advertising. They have clearly shown that this charging pad comes with wall charger and cable. It's even written in the user manual pdf attached to this page. What I received is just a pad without cable and wall charger and it does not work with any of my wall chargers. I suppose it needs a Samsung one. Called customer service and it has now a month and they still haven't given me any proper response. Samsung customer service is absolutely appalling.

Straight out of the box it does nothing but flash an orange light. No fan noise. Just an inert piece of plastic. Tried different cables, adapters(including Samsung "fast charging" and normal), without a power board etc. Won't connect with the phone in or out of the case, nor the ear buds. You name it I tried it! I also have a Trio charger which actually works with both. Only shop in Melbourne is an hour away. This review won't let me submit without a minimum 1 star on all parameters, I would choose zero.

Absolute rubbish, in fact samsung assistance to rectify issue has been the same standard. Offered as suggested buy with S24, item does not work with S24 or any other item in the house that required wireless charging, this includes complant product. Just flashes orange light. Ive been on calls to Samsung tech support for over 3hrs and almost as long on chat trouble shooting. I just keep getting getting asked to jump anothrr hoop. Ive been a samsung user since the S3, but you've lost me. Worst customer service i have ever experiened. Ombudsman next action

Such a useless product, not sure who designed it and why Samsung is selling it. The product doesn't come with a cable or a power adapter, why should I purchase this half product? Why is the power adapter and cable missing in this product? By itself this charger is useless. It doesn't change the phone if it has a cover, charging is very slow compared to cable charging. Doesn't charge the watch. I would probably put the cable into the phone than this useless wireless charger and make life so much easier.

Bought this from Samsung directly as an add-on during my S24 order and it's completely useless as it didn't come with a power adapter. The manual said I should have received an adapter AND a cable. I didn't receive either and none of our existing adapters work. I'm not forking out another $39 plus postage to get one from Samsung. I'll throw it in the drawer for now and see what the future brings.

Recently purchased the Super Fast Wireless Charger. Cost $59.00. Like other reviews disappointed with this Samsung product. Opened the box and inside is supposedly 1 super fast wireless charger. The device is somewhat a plastic tragic looking. Not what I was expecting. Cable not included. Would have been great to be told I need to use or purchase the necessary cable. Connected charger with new cable. The device took some time to turn work. Placed my Samsung S22+ on the charger. The charger took 10 minutes to charge 2%. The amount of time to charge my S22 mobile on the Samsung wireless charger displayed on my mobile screen showed 1h 25mins. crazy time frame for another 40%. Disconnected the cable from the Samsung wireless charger and connected the same power cable direct to my mobile phone and the charging time for an extra 40% charge was 25 minutes. A saving of 1 hour using the Samsung wireless charger. Was expecting a better product from Samsung. Next time will certainly be looking for reviews for any further Samsung products. Have taken the product back to the Samsung outlet and they can keep for a donation.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Bought this online with a brand new phone and it doesn't work it's completely faulty. I called Samsung and the smug support worker suggested no refund was available as the charger was out of the box, and that my only option was to go to a Samsung Experience Store. If the product is faulty, it's faulty! Do not recommend this product, nor buying anything from Samsung. Have taken this issue to Fair Trading.

In the website pictures shows the adapter and cable, and there is no clearly mentioned whether cable and adapter is included in the package. It turns out nothing is included, only the charging pad costs $60, even more expensive than the IPhone wireless charger which at least including the cable.

Charges my phone (S25 Ultra) quickly and without warming the phone too much. The fan is a little bit loud and has a noticeable pitch, but when fast charging is disabled in software at night, it's still fast enough to charge overnight. Expensive at full price, but that's to be expected. Important tip: This does not come with a wall plug or cable. I used my official Samsung 45W (SFC 2.0) brick and it works great. If you don't use a high-speed adapter, it won't fast charge.
I recommended this product.

Product does not Super charge as per cable charging however actually charges faster than other wireless fast chargers (I've compared the charge full estimated time on screen to verify this). This charger charges approximately 30% faster than my other 15w wireless fast chargers I own. Just because "Super Fast charging" doesn't appear this does not mean this is the same as normal fast charger. Super fast cable (e.g. 45/65w) charge is actually approx 22% faster than this charger so not the same.
I recommended this product.

As like many others very disappointed. After checking it, would have thought the guy at Harvey Norman would have said to get leads and plug, seeing we brought four....worst product ever. Does not come with any leads and instructions so small you need glasses. Eventually after much time wasted discovered you need a minimum of 25W charger plug and the lead has to be a USB c to USB C.

S22 and Gallaxy Buds2 Pro won't charge on this piece of plastic. I feel lucky I had a credit to use and only wasted $15 on this. Charger does not use other cables as described by many below. I purchased the correct AC wall plug and all it does is flash green when item placed in it but no charging after that. Really unexpect that Samsung would offer this junk product. Don't waste your money, total dud product. Get it together Samsung, its not cool to sell something that isn't plug in ready and doesn't work.

Poor quality. Feels cheaply made. This was in the recommendations when I was preordering the Z fold4 only to find It's not even compatible with. I was going to purchase the wireless car charger as well but but after reading the reviews decided not to. I bought a cygnet one from a department store which is really good quality for the price.

Well who would have thought it. Not me. Website states comes with wall charger and cable but no it doesn't. Tried to get some clarification from online support. None forthcoming. The "expert" asked what attachments. Obviously not familiar with samsungs website. Not sure what I will do with the charger. To buy or not to buy Samsung cable wall charger. What a dilemma.

Too slow to charge to full, sometimes stops charging when not full. Very disappointed in Samsung. I have always bought Samsung for years. I think it is time to change brands.

Beware the Samsung's false advertising with their Superfast wireless charger. It does not come with power adapter and cable as shown in one of the pictures for this product and despite the site stating: "*Recommend using in-box charging cable and/or travel adapter..."

Works and fits perfectly with the Z Flip 4. Fast charging, has a small fan but super quite you can have it next to your bed and night and it does not bother you

Great little charger and works perfectly. I think a non slip surface would be better as my phone can get knocked off easliy.

It's really good quality, fast charge from a semi flat phone about 20% takes only around 40 mins and can be at 90% battery
