Estou gostando da tv. Por ser básica faz um bom trabalho inclusive em upscaling para quase 4k de imagens que são apenas em HD. Dica que eu dou. Não deixe a tv na configuração de imagem de fábrica. Altere nas configurações de imagem manualmente os presets por ex: diminuir o brilho para que o preto fique mais preto e não um acinzentado, fazendo uma boa calibração de imagem deixa a tela da tv muito melhor. Se você não souber mexer pesquise na internet: como calibrar imagem de tv Samsung. Vão ter vários vídeos ensinando. E com base nesses vídeos vocês fazem pequenos ajustes para deixar a imagem mais com seu gosto. Preto mais escuro, imagem de core menos estourada, contraste de branco e preto equilibrados. Tudo isso fica muito melhor com uma boa calibração. Espero que gostem assim como gostei dos ajustes que fiz aqui.

Péssima a qualidade da TV e do Suporte, comprei minha TV de Depois que começamos a utilizar a TV, começamos a perceber que ela tinham manchas brancas e com o tempo foram aparecendo mais, geralmente conseguimos ver melhor quando a tela está toda escura e quando está a noite. Quando percebemos isso, entramos em contato com a autorizada para o técnico verificar o que era, pois essas manchas brancas começaram a incomodar. Eles vieram em nossa casa informaram que esse é um vício na tv e não fizeram nada, eu entrei em contato com a sansung e eles também não fizeram nada, entrei em contato com o reclame aqui é também não fizeram nada. Paguei caro na minha televisão para todos os dias que eu sentar para ver minha Netflix ficar triste pois essas manchas me incomodam.

Tv comprada em 25/11/2023 e no dia 01/11/2025 a tela começou a apresentar descoloração tornando a imagem muito esverdeada, quando fui comprar meu irmão me alertou para não fazer essa escolha pois o produto era descartável e não duraria mais que 2 anos, pelo visto ele tinha razão e eu me arrependo amargamente de não tê-lo escutado. O pior de tudo é que a tv é do meu filho, ele está desolado!

Bem, na verdade tentei cancelar a venda após fazer o pedido, pois li que a versão de 55 "era uma tela VA e fiquei preocupado que me oferecesse uma imagem um tanto desbotada. Minha última TV foi uma Samsung 7100 e adorei. Mesmo assim funciona como no primeiro dia, mas já passou incontáveis ​​horas de uso. Confiável, preciso e prático. Este 55cu7700 está no topo em qualidade de painel e nitidez de imagem - depois de ajustar as configurações - e o som é nítido, alto o suficiente e perfeitamente tendencioso. Este pode ser o segredo mais bem guardado do Brasil, mas você pode obter ips de altíssima qualidade (imo.) do segundo melhor do mundo, onde a Sony sempre foi número 1. Não compre. Em caso de defeito empresa se nega a trocar o produto. Minha TV veio com manchas na moldura e a Samsung se nega a troca o produto, sendo que foi identificado o problema na abertura da caixa, ou seja, no mesmo dia da entrega. A empresa fere o código de defesa do consumidor, se negando a trocar o produto, dizendo que só pode ser feito o cancelamento da compra. Não recomendo.

I bought this TV 1/2024 it was an upgrade from a 32” older model. It’s been a nice addition to my bedroom even though I don’t watch much TV in my room. I happen to move the unit for a repair in my room…I picked it to lay on my bed and a piece of back corner fell on the floor and both TV legs hit the floor. There were pieces of black plastic pieces on my TV stand and floor. Im in shock and it’s past the 1 year warranty 🤷🏽‍♀️ I’ve had many Samsung TV’s that held up well for years so this is shocking and disappointing!

Comprei essa TV no Carreful em São José dos Campos, e observo que a tela tem um brilho muito fraco e mesmo realizando ajustes o mesmo não melhora, e aparenta que o HDR é seletivo para alguns apps, Processador utilizado na televisão é muito lento e aparenta ser subdimensionado para o produto chegando a demorar muito para carregar os apps e o alto falante muito fraco e baixo, sinceramente esperava muito mais pelo produto devido ter outras tvs mais simples da samsung e aparenta entregar mais qualidade, sinceramente muita decepção e acredito não indicar mais e partir para TV da LG nas novas aquisições, me desculpa a sinceridade, porém a decepção foi muito grante.

I bought this 85inch tv on promotion to upgrade from my 65inch Samsung what I bought before 5 years. Very disappointed, there is some white spots if the screen is black, remote control is from cheap components and tv doesn’t have nice finishing like my old tv. Very very disappointed. All my home devices are Samsung but I think they dropped in quality and I need to change the brand with future devices.

Comprei esta TV em abril de 2024 e, após pouco mais de 2 anos de uso normal, surgiu uma linha horizontal permanente na tela. O autoteste de imagem da própria Samsung identificou falha no display, confirmando que existe um problema de hardware no aparelho. Procurei o suporte da Samsung em busca de uma solução, porém meu pedido de atendimento domiciliar foi cancelado e fui orientado a levar a TV até uma assistência autorizada, além de arcar com custos para diagnóstico, mesmo se tratando de um defeito que considero incompatível com a vida útil esperada de uma TV dessa categoria. A qualidade de imagem foi satisfatória durante o período em que funcionou corretamente, mas fiquei decepcionado com a durabilidade do produto e com a experiência de suporte recebida até o momento.

Estou gostando muito da TV, tem uma boa qualidade de imagem, o som após ajuste melhorou parecia muito baixo, o tamanho de 50 ficou show na parede, a entrega foi rápida antes da data de previsão que deram, só estou um pouco decepcionado por não conseguir fazer a garantia estendida, ao ligar me informaram que garantia estendida somente por compra na loja física, achei ridículo isso mas vou tentar achar algum lugar que faça a garantia, por isso não dei 5 estrelas

Se apenas aparecer manchas brancas em imagens escuras é uma característica do vazamento de backlight que é a forma de iluminação do painel, em ambientes escuros pode apresentar um pouco o vazamento de luz, mas é uma característica, não influência na utilização e não vai aumentar com o tempo. Quality is pretty good but there’s not really an “ambient mode”. The Home Screen is just a bunch of options for stuff to watch that’ll automatically play if you leave the cursor on it, and sometimes it just starts playing out of nowhere, like if you try to look at the settings. I was really excited for this TV and I still am. Again the quality is great, but it’s not really easy to use in my opinion (very minimal buttons on remote), and I would’ve really liked an ambient screensaver to be able to switch to. I tried searching it up how I can upload pics but I was unable to, for some reason the Google play app isn’t available on it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My thoughts on this TV is the picture quality is fantastic, The Audio on the TV is solid. Only problems I got sometimes is that the Smart Hub (home) takes a while to load up and move around the settings/apps. There are times where it also takes awhile for the WiFi to connect to the TV (but that could just be a personal issue). For gaming I'd say it gets the job done, and this TV also has a game mode for whatever console you connect it to. For my first Samsung TV I'd say it's a good product only minor things that could need some change/improvements but overall ill rate this product a 4.3/5. Haven't experienced any Major issues

I bought this almost a month ago. The “voice guidance” is inconsistent and it drives me NUTS! Upon startup, the artificial intelligence voice will loudly blurt out something like “HTMI ONE”. Who cares! ? Sometimes it does, other times it doesn’t. It doesn’t matter what the TV volume is set at. Sometimes when I adjust the TV volume, the volume will show up on the screen, other times it won’t. It doesn’t matter either way, but it should be consistent. A Samsung “typer” explained how to get rid of the bulk of the “verbal IA garbage” but not completely. I’m considering trading it for another unit. Otherwise I enjoy the TV and have a number of Samsung products.

NÃO COMPREM!!!!! Comprei essa TV no inicio de Maio/23, mas só agora em OUT/23 descobri que o software da TV tem um bug que do nada ela fica com um chuvisco na tela. Liguei na assistencia, vieram 3 vezes aqui em casa, mas como o defeito é intermitente, nao fazem nada. Na Central, disseram que isso é um erro do software sá mapeado mas sem data de solução. OU seja, vendem um produto com um defeito oculto já conhecido. 2) Agora em Nov/23 a TV simplesmente nao liga. Alias, ela liga mas nao aparece imagem nenhuma,só o som. Ja agendamos com assistencia tecnica duas vezes mas eles nao apareceram. 3) Em terceiro lugar , o tal de game Gub é uma farsa. Ele tem um problema que so dá para jogar com um controle. Vc ate consegue parear dois, mas o software da TV nao suporta ambos. Em todos os blogs da internet da pra ver que a Samsung sabe desse defeito mas nao corrige. Ou seja, nao vale a pena! Uma verdadeira decepção

What's even more awesome is I can easily connect my Samsung Galaxy S10+ and share straight to my TV! I'm telling you I love this TV, I love it so much I bought a Galaxy shortly after buying this TV. I'm big on movies so I love it. The smart hub on the home screen is easy to use and you can download your favorite streaming apps and apply them to the quick find bar at the bottom of the screen. They also have their very own FREE streaming service (Samsung TV). Definitely recommend, and pretty soon I'm going to upgrade to a bigger screen. Thanks.

We use them mainly for watching local television programs. streaming movies and Zoom calls. Our vewing experience has been extremely wonderful. The crisp colors and user friendly remotes, makes the use of our TV 's better than any other brand we've had before. These TV's are compatible with our sound bar systems and there was no problem connecting to our local cable and internet provider. Hands down Samsung is now and will be our Television entertainment of choice, their brand is of the highest quality and dependability. Mostly I use it for viewing streaming movies, but it excels for the Blu-Ray and DVD disc titles I buy. As often or more, I use it as a display device for my 27" iMac, and for casting from iMac and my iPad to this 55" screen. I am very active with home/family/friends graphics-based projects on my Apple devices, and this set's 55" screen is --for me-- perfection for color matching and minute color/shape/shadow shade and tone nitpicking --like when designing my fauxe stained glass panels. I love this set, my 3rd Samsung experience!

Estou usando a pouco mais de 15 dias e até agora só elogios na qualidade da imagem e na disponibilidade dos canais da TV Samsung Plus. O ponto negativo fica por conta do controle remoto que não é adequado para uma pessoa idosa como minha mãe. A tv foi comprada para ela e por ser um controle pequeno, de botões sem identificação e complicados, fica difícil o seu uso principalmente na função tv aberta que é o que interessa para ela. Poderia ser mais descomplicado e de fácil identificação. Infelizmente não fazem equipamentos pensando nas pessoas idosas, apenas nos jovens. Poderiam disponibilizar um controle especial para idosos. Fica a dica, afinal, o mundo está envelhecendo.

I reached out to Best Buy after receiving my TV and have not gotten a response !!!.. The delivery was fine , the only issue is I realized later the package had a different name and address , making me question the product even though it was the same as my order. This is a good TV with most features , clear and pristine picture. Only issue is the sound ; my living room is not that big and yet the volume at 100 is not that great . An accompanying sound bar maybe helpful !.

Comprei a UN70CU7700GXZD uma TV de 70 polegadas no dia 10/06/2023 e 1 mês após o término da garantia que foi no dia 19/07/2024 a TV simplesmente apagou e não deu mais imagem. Mesmo a garantia sendo apenas de um ano é inadmissível um produto desse valor durar 13 meses sendo que a vida útil do produto é de 7 anos que seriam 84 meses. E segundo ao (artigo 26, 1 do CDC); em caso de vício oculto, defeito de fabricação perceptível apenas com o uso torna-se irrelevante o término do prazo de garantia de fábrica, devendo ser considerado o critério de vida útil do produto.

Samsung is great right out of the box with a solid home page to pop right into whatever apps i need. Picture and sound is great. Big issue, where is the picture in picture, my uncle had a tv 25 yrs ago that had a pip button, why is this gone? Id love to have a preview of another channel in a smaller box and the ability to switch back and forth!?! Why eliminate that? Also roku remote has more buttons, samsung has color circles for quick access but no clear way to set them for any particiular app or task. Sad.

There is a wide selection of apps and the Samsung Plus internet channels offer a great variety of free channels from which to pick. I would prefer a remote control that has the channel numbers, especially now that so many people view their local channels via antenna. The only other think I would like is for the volume to be the same on antenna channels and apps. I have to adjust the volume every time I switch between my locals and apps. My local channels’ volume is much higher than those on the apps. Other than that, I am very happy with this television and would highly recommend it.

Não vale a pena, com 3 meses de uso a tela apagou (queimou) levei para a assistência e recebi a notícia que a Samsung não tem a peça da minha TV e então eles vão me enviar a CU8000 que tem o mesmo problema com a tela, então eu não recomendo a compra desse aparelho, pois ele não tem uma vida útil longeva, a Samsung já foi boa em questão de televisão eu tenho outra 2 aqui em casa uma de 2011 que está perfeita e outra de 2015 que também está funcionando, deveria ter mantido elas ao invés de querer um produto mais moderno! Em relação a assistência não tive dor de cabeça, até pq tenho outras 2 tvs para substituir, porém quem não tiver vai ficar no mínimo uns 25 dias sem tv, até o contato da samsung oferecendo a troca do produto!

The beautiful display provides the best resolution for our family movie night and with the 55 inch display, the screen is big enough to give us a home theater experience. The kids love it because they can use the apps to go on Netflix and Disney+ for their favorite shows and YouTube for endless entertainment. My favorite feature though is the seamless connection it has with my other Samsung devices. Using my phone and tablet I can control the TV without using the remote. This is so helpful because that darn remote is always missing!

My boyfriend was apprehensive about this TV as it "only had a 60 refresh rate", but I told him since it has been a few years maybe the newer TV will be better for his gaming experience. He wasn't disappointed, and the picture looks so clear that sometime it looks like you're looking at the image in person. The only gripe we had at the beginning was how the remote control would turn on the TV and the gaming system at the same time, but we were able to fix that issue. I bought this 75" TV yesterday to replace my 50" that I bought 3 years ago. My 50" suffered the "black screen of death". I was excited to get the TV home and setup. It took about an hour to setup and reposition my wall mount. After getting some help to pick up the TV and put into place we tried to turn it on but did not have any luck. We replaced the batteries but did not have any luck. I tried to find the button to power on the TV but it was not there. The whole remote sensor located on the bottom middle of the TV was missing. We looked to make sure it was not sitting in the box but it was not. The Box was in perfect condition and even still had the three plastic banding straps just like the other TV's. Now I have to re-box this TV and travel to another location to get one because the store I purchased from last night does not have any more in stock of that size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had it since summer 2023 and to this day I’m still amazed by the amount of details when I’m playing my games (mostly use it for that). I give a solid 5/5 for hardware Software, it’s 4/5 because the minimum delay for the auto turn off timer is 4 hours (I’d like a custom option or at least 1 hour and if there’s a device connected, like my gaming console, it should stay on as long as the console is on, when I put the console to sleep mode or turn it off, the tv should take 10 minutes to turn off automatically. Apart from that, everything is fine. I didn’t expected less with Samsung anyway !

A TV é excelente! Seu desempenho é maravilhoso e o design é muito bonito. Tive alguns problemas com o comando de voz, pois não estava funcionando. Depois de um tempo descobri que, para essa função funcionar, era preciso conectar o controle à TV pressionando duas teclas ao tempo em direção a TV. O único problema é que os recursos de Streaming (Spotify, Deezer, entre outros) não abrem e nem funcionam. Diz que o tal recurso está sendo atualizado, e não funciona de jeito nenhum. Fora isso a TV é ótima.

Simply, whenever I'm watching Netflix on my TV I tend to get bored or find it difficult to find something interesting to watch, so then I use my phone-remote to immediately hop onto Disney plus on my Samsung TV. Rather than searching through the many apps. At times the remote may be displaced too or lost. Which in that case, I can go on my phone-remote and immediately access any entertainment apps or Live TV.

Since I purchased my Samsung UHD I am a different person. rather not watch other tv's and I am not sorry. the quality of the graphics while gaming, the picture is a perfect view from any angle (even with the sun shining on it), its wonderful. the sound ....OMG... I jam out!!!!! Greatest invest meant ever. Oh yeah not to mention with the Samsung TV & Samsung Galaxy device I downloaded the Free app and can enjoy my shows on tv while i'm on the go...

The picture quality is excellent and compared to my two year old Vizio television you can notice the quality of the picture. The remote control is very easy to use and I like the fact that one I turn the television on it comes on right away instead of having to wait for it to show a picture or information. the color contrast on it is excellent and the clarity when I’m watching sports is crystal clear. I’ve recommended this television to both of my sons and I also bought a 50 inch Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung makes the best TVs out there, especially at the price point for this particular model. Obviously, the picture is fantastic, but what REALLY makes these TVs stand out from their direct competition (LG/Vizio/ETC...) is the connection the smart tv makes to wireless, and how well it sustains that connection. I previously have a comparable Vizio model and we had to get rid of it because the wifi connection was so unstable, and the time it took to buffer on the main screen and the apps was abysmal. That issue is non-existent with Samsung TVs. Really glad we made the switch.

They really are enjoying this TV as they dont need to go to the theater since this TV makes them feel like they have their own home theater. My parents are movie lovers so they watch a lot of movies. I use it to apply nature sceneries to make it look nice and discover many interesting places around the world. I love the feature that im able to connect my Samsung S23 Ultra to the Samsung TV which is convenient and pretty cool. Samsung will always be my choice for TVs because of its high component quality and durability.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Samsung Smart TV! It has all the capabilities I could ask for and has settings in the remote so I can easily find my streaming apps. I also love the color definition and different options to change display settings for when I’m watching a movie or a colorful show. I love everything about it and it’s cool to have a few built in live channels to browse. The Crystal UHD 65 inch was the best purchase I could have made for a new TV. I have another smaller 35 in Samsung and it compliments the other so well. Samsung has the best resolution and the best color for a TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I purchased our tv about 3 months ago now and I can say 100% highly recomend it to everyone! The samsung tv comes with so many free tv channels that we never have an issue finding something to watch, between our 2 young children, my husband and I we always find something for someone in our household to watch. The tv picture is flawless, the sound quality is very nice, most of the time we only have our tv volume set to 10-15 and that still seems a little loud. Most tv's I have had in the past have to be put to 30 before we can hear them. I absolutely love this tv and will be upgrading all of the tv's in our house to this brand!

Comprei a minha cristal tv 70" em 2020 e em 2022, dois anos após, a tela simplesmente apagou. Tudo funciona, só não aparece a imagem. A tv, no meio de um filme que estávamos assistindo, escureceu a tela. Tenho muita vontade de comprar outra, mas com esse episódio, confesso que fiquei com medo.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great super flat almost borderless TV screen, the images is really clear and besides the short distance I have it placed to the couch it doesn't hurt my eyes. Its menu features are great, sound quality is really defined for tv speakers. The only things I do not like, All SAMSUNG TVs have the same issue with accessing the sleep timer, please add a shortcut for that feature. Compatibility issues with some streaming devices such as firestick. The source selection...is not as simple as before. Besides all that, it is an amazing screen for your Livingroom.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great for watching movies! It feels like having a theater in your living room, almost too large for a regular bedroo., it almost takes up the wall. The UI is great, the features are quick and almost no lag. The detail of the shows/movies is amazing. Much better than my last TV, (which was also samsung) I love the upgraded features and the great view. It even comes with ambient modes where it just displays a peaceful landscape. Great for relaxation. The video games are crisp and detail rich. You'll notice things that you couldn't with older tv's. All in all you will not be disappointed. I know I'm not. I'll always stick with samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV had everything I was looking for for a not so pricey TV for use with my ps5! It has an awesome low latency mode and the way it fits in with the rest of my Samsung ecosystem is awesome, from my smartphone to my soundboard they all work seamless together and all have features to be loved between one another. The ui is snappy and responsive and has all the apps you'd expect in today's time from Netflix to spotify and etc. Also to have my Samsung gallery on not only my phone but my TV as well to use as a giant picture frame when family is over is just what I needed for my front room. Awesome TV for the money would highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great replacement for my twelve year old TV. Great value, great picture. Installation was easy and the remote is not clunky and intuitive. Sports show up great with no distortions on action shots. I mounted the TV on a swivel which is useful for an open floor plan. It is connected to a tuner which allows this Samsung to show DVR, OTA, Blue Ray, and streaming device feeds while delivering sound to ceiling speakers. Of course you can just use the TV speakers which sound great too. I do enjoy the Samsung TV channels as well, great music there too! Overall I am very impressed! A perfect fit for my family's television experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this model for its size and high definition / high clarity picture. I bought the set, got it home and assembled it, and proceeded to program the settings. After spending hours going around and around in circles trying to get the settings right, and the picture to fill the full screen, I got a Samsung service technician by phone. After running a series of diagnostics and system settings, he concluded that the set was irreparably defective and recommended that I return it to the retailer for a refund. I exchanged it for a new set of the exact same model, got it home, set up and configured with no problems. It has worked problem-free ever since.

A tv e top demais. Qualidade de som e imagem que só a Samsung tem. Pra quem joga igual eu o Xbox cloud e um grande diferencial e com console nem se fala imagem top demais. Tv e bem fluida no sistema operacional não trava a Alexa responde super bem. A tv e tudo de bom.

O prazo entre o lançamento e a disponibilização de um aplicativo pode variar. A utilização de alguns aplicativos pode estar sujeita a acordos de fornecedores de serviços terceiros. As funcionalidades do aplicativo SmartThings podem variar de acordo com o sistema operacional do seu smartphone. Para acessar o aplicativo SmartThings é necessário baixá-lo e instalá-lo. O reconhecimento automático entre o smartphone e a TV pode variar dependendo do smartphone. Para dispositivos móveis que não suportam reconhecimento automático, é necessário abrir o aplicativo SmartThings no smartphone para começar a configuração. É necessário ter uma conta no Samsung Account para configuração rápida assim como a TV ser conectada na internet. Digital Butler: necessário que o equipamento do terceiro tenha um controle remoto sem fio que funcione por infravermelho. 

7) Compatível com smartphones Samsung Galaxy sistema operacional Android 8.1 e superior. Os modelos compatíveis estão sujeitos a alterações sem aviso prévio.
