Rated 2 out of 5 by from Dishes not always clean We have bought this three years ago and it sometimes get the dishes clean. Other times it doesn't clean dishes in the middle rack towards the back. The one thing I do like about it is that it's very quiet when operating.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointing Samsung Product This is our second Waterfall Dishwasher. Only for warranty by the skin of our teeth did we get a replacement. Only to have the waterfall unit fail mechanically and electronically. When the service people say things like, "Samsung is having problems",it makes me shake in my boots. The dishwasher is beautiful but it isn't beauty that appealing to us, when it does fail. I am happy with the quietness. My wife loves doing dishes in the sink now in the pandemic. The dishwasher has not been used since we had it repaired. The technician told us that the replacement parts were broken directly from Samsung. That pretty well sums things up. Samsung should be listening to the blogs and opinion and replace all of this model to quell the complaints on this site and elsewhere. From Peterborough

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never Samsung Products again I bought this dishwasher along with dual Chef Collection oven and their top of the line Frig with the screen on one side of the door back in 10/20/2018 from NFM. I've had problems after problems with both the dishwasher and the frig. For start, I have gotten error code LC for the dishwasher many times, and finally got the technician to come out and said I need to replace the control board. Hello, this is brand new appliance. Samsung obviously is aware of the issue, even the technician told me that. I spend over 1K for the dishwasher, and it is BS to have to call service on it. I personally will never buy any appliances from Samsung again. And BTW, their top of the line frig sucks too. I had to call twice about the ice maker freeze up... on and on, DO NOT BUY Samsung !!!!!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not draining I bought this dishwasher ( a long with a fridge and stove) at the end of 2018. Not long after we installed it after couple of months or so, it did not go through the cycle completely and did not drain completely. It was under warranty so they sent a technician not sure what he did. But it was working ok until recently when the same problem appeared again. Now it is not under warranty, however this obviously a manufacturing problem and is due to either mechanical or electronic design problem and my guess is that Samsung should have known about it and should fix it without charge. So I will wait and see how they respond to this before I decide about Samsung product quality and service and whether I recommend their product.

We havent replaced almost every control panel, it wouldnt stop pouring water in, that was fixed, and now it leaks. We bought the extended warranty through best buy and cant seem to get a replacement. This unit is terrible. I purchase almost exclusively samsung electronics but i may not moving forward if i cant get some help on resolving my issues.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible piece of (quiet) junk I bought this piece 4 months ago and it is my second call to the service desk! LC error codes, the machine won't stop blinking and pumping out. Even when I stop the breaker and start again, it won't stop blinking and pumping. There is no way to stop it unless you shut down the breaker. In the very few days it has worked it was a quiet charm.. Of course it is very quiet: It is shut down!! The sensors are waaay too sensitive which makes it shut down for any small sense of condensation. Horrible. Horrible. Stay away.
