I have only used this case for one week, and it already cracked in the exact same area reported by other customers. I contacted customer support, but was told this issue falls under their “wear and tear” policy and is not eligible for compensation. Given that multiple customers are experiencing the same defect, it is concerning that Samsung continues to sell this product at a premium price. This appears to be a manufacturing or design flaw rather than normal wear and tear.

Broken within 1 month in the same spot as all the other reviewers. Never been dropped. Avoid this case, samsung wont refund or send a new one as they claim miss use of case.. somehow putting it in my pocket and tacking it out is miss use of the product.

Case broke near the point where Spen is placed just like what others are reporting. Samsung is selling a phone for over $2k and is deliberately selling crappy cases so we can break the phone and have to buy another one.

I am quite disappointed with this phone case. After only a month and a half of normal use, it has already broken. I expected it to offer better durability for the price. Unfortunately, it hasn't held up as well as I had hoped. I cannot recommend this product based on its premature failure.

No wonder they give it away. The area around the pen already split. I tried contacting Samsung via chat and for ONE HOUR the best they could do was escalate my case, and I still haven't heard back from them. I know it's free with the curent promotion, but it just adds frustration.
