What will happen at the end of my plan?
Towards the end of your plan, you will receive an email prompting you to choose one of the following three options:
UPGRADE – Return the Galaxy Device within 90 days. The residual balance on the Deferred Plan is cleared; you are given a choice to buy a new device outright or sign up for another phone through the Annual Upgrade Program.
RETURN - Return the Galaxy Device within 90 days. Once confirmed, residual balance on the Deferred Plan is cleared.
KEEP - You pay the residual balance on the Deferred Plan of the Galaxy Device within 90 days*.
*If you keep your Galaxy Device and do not pay the residual balance on the Deferred Plan within 90 days then interest will begin to accrue. See terms and conditions for full details.

Can I add a trade-in device and enroll in the Annual Upgrade Program?No, you cannot trade-in a pre-existing device if you wish to participate in the Annual Upgrade Program.

Do I need to purchase Samsung Care+ when I enroll in the Upgrade Program?
We offer you a bonus 12-month Samsung Care+ Standard Plan only with the 12-Month Plan upgrade agreement. For an Annual Upgrade Program of 24 months, Samsung Care+ is sold separately. Samsung Care+ Terms and Conditions can be found here

What is considered an eligible Samsung Galaxy Device?Samsung Products eligible for the Program Galaxy Z Series (Galaxy Z Flip7 and Fold7) (“Galaxy Device”). Eligible Samsung Galaxy Devices are subject to change or exclusion, as determined by Samsung in its sole discretion from time to time.

Would I have to apply for a loan?Yes, participation in the Annual Upgrade Program is subject to successfully applying for a new Credit Agreement with our chosen credit provider, Flexiti Financial.
Understanding Your Payment

How do you calculate the cost break down on the loan?The 12-Month and 24-Month Plans let you save 50% and 35% of the cost of your Galaxy Device respectively. As an example, with a 12-Month Plan, the first 50% of the loan would be due over the 12 months, which is referred to as your Equal Monthly Payment Plan (“EMP”). The other 50% of the loan is the residual value of the Galaxy Device that is deferred until the end of the plan (“Deferred Plan”).

How do you calculate the Equal Monthly Payment (EMP) Plan?The Equal Monthly Payment (EMP) Plan is based on (i) purchase amount of the eligible Galaxy Device, plus applicable taxes, less Device Return Value and (ii) promotional plan term length of 12-Month Plan or 24-Month Plan, as selected.

Will I need to make payments towards my Deferred Plan throughout the duration of the program?For Quebec customers only, there is a mandatory requirement to make a 5% minimum monthly payment towards the residual value on the Deferred Plan. All payments made by customers towards your Galaxy Device’s Deferred Plan will be returned via Electronic Fund Transfer (“EFT”) or credit on your Flexiti account in the event your Galaxy device is returned within the 90-day window. Alternatively, payments made towards your Galaxy Device’s Deferred Plan can count toward the purchase price if you wish to keep your Galaxy Device at the end of your term. For all other provinces, this is not required.

Can I apply the residual value on my Deferred Plan as credit towards my next order?No, residual value on the Deferred Plan has no cash value, is single use only, cannot be applied to any future transactions, and is non-refundable.

How can I make my payments to Flexiti Financial?
You have two options:
Option One: Online Banking: Add "Flexiti" as payee; use Flexiti Virtual Credit Card as the account number.
Option Two: At the Bank: Visit branch to pay "Flexiti" using Flexiti Virtual Credit Card number.
*Note: “Flexiti” credit card is required. Payments on the Flexiti portal are NOT supported.

Annual Upgrade Program Final Steps

How do I know when I am eligible to return my existing Galaxy Device?Once eligible, you will be able to download a prepaid shipping label and instructions for shipping your Existing Galaxy Device back during the Upgrade Period. The Existing Galaxy Device must be shipped using the prepaid shipping label no later than the end date of the Upgrade Period.

Can I return my device after the upgrade period has ended?No, the Existing Galaxy Device must be returned during the ninety day (90) Upgrade Period in your 12- Month Plan or 24- Month Plan. You will receive an email notification before your ninety day (90) Upgrade Period begins.

Is there anything I need to do before returning my Galaxy Device?Yes, before returning your Existing Galaxy Device to Assurant or to a Samsung Experience Store, please ensure that you back up any photos, files and other data stored in the Existing Galaxy Device; remove the SIM card and any memory card; erase all personal data; remove any software locks that you have installed, and perform a factory reset. All accounts must be removed or turned off. This includes, but is not limited to, Find My Mobile and Reactivation Lock for Samsung Galaxy devices, Samsung Account, and Google Account.

I opted to return my device and noticed a delay in shipping, will I be charged interest for the delay?If a return is delayed in shipping and interest is charged, Flexiti automatically reverses that interest once finalized. Please contact Flexiti Financial at 1-877-259-3745.
