So far so good! I upgraded from the S21+ and so far the battery life is much better, the phone stays cool, the display is better (but the default resolution setting is FHD+, you need to change it to QHD+ in settings). It also feels lighter. It's faster my old phone and I can now leave games open, switch to another app, and switch back to game without the game reloading. I'm glad I waited to upgrade.

Dennoch gibt es Punkte, die mich stören: Zum einen könnte die Akkukapazität für ein Smartphone dieser Klasse spürbar besser sein, und zum anderen bin ich mit dem verbauten Exynos 2600 nicht glücklich, da ich mir den Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 gewünscht hätte. Besonders ärgerlich finde ich dabei, dass ich für die Exynos-Variante den gleichen Preis gezahlt habe wie für das Modell mit Snapdragon-Prozessor; diesen Preis für einen vermeintlich schwächeren Chip zu verlangen, empfinde ich als ungerecht.

I was reluctant as phones don't seem to jump too much between editions these days but I'm very happy I did. This phone has taken the ultra features and fine tuned them down to an awesome experience. The camera doesn't appear much better on paper but in practice it takes some really clean and vibrant images. Videos are sharper and more tone correct. The privacy display is great when used for individual apps and th UI is Samsungs usual smooth experience. Very happy I made the change.

I use Samsung galaxy s26 plus every day for watching movies, work and school. The battery life also supports my daily routine because I can use my phone throughout the day without needing to charge frequently. Overall, the features make it easier to stay productive and entertained in one device.

Wie fast alljährlich, habe ich auch dieses Jahr wieder zum neuen Galaxy gegriffen und mein vorheriges S25+ zum Trade-In gegeben. Ich bestätige viele vorherige Bewertungen, dass die Veränderungen im Gerät fast nur in der Software zu erkennen sind. Die Performance durch einen neuen Prozessor merkt man aber schon sofort beim Öffnen von Apps und im täglichen Gebrach. Leider war ich dieses Jahr sichtlich enttäuscht als es um die Portierung der Altdaten auf das neue S26+ ging. Ich mußte fast jede App im Nachhinein manuell updaten, und mit den individuellen Passcodes erneut einrichten. Das war beim S24 zu S25 besser. Warum auch immer.

I charge my phone mostly at night so that I'm not charging while using it. In this past 2 weeks my phone is not wanting to charge. One cord I've had for almost a year but my 2nd cord is new, I ordered it online. Either cord has to be put into port several tries before it will charge. Is this a me issue a cord issue or a charger port issue. Is this happening to a lot of s25+ phones or do I need new cord. Otherwise this phone is a great choice and the Galaxy AI is great I've used it in messaging with my family.

I know alot of people have mentioned how it isn't much of an upgrade from the s25 but as someone who's upgrading from the Flip 6 (I know, I know but I kind of just wanted better battery and cameras) it is an upgrade. I also love a bunch of Galaxy AI features like the mood tracker, because it's helping me to see how I feel everyday. Since I bought the phone, I create my own stickers (I love capybaras and I created a bunch of capybara stickers doing diferents stuffs). The phone looks stylish and it comes in a range of colours. The storage is 512 gb and it has a Ram of 12gb which is much better. It works quickly and was easy to set up and I could configure my accounts and apps with ease using the Samsung app. It allowed me to transfer the details from my previous phone over WiFi with no errors. Have had this phone for a bit now and still surprised at how well it runs my games and other apps. The battery life could be better but the drain isnt as bad as most other phones I've used. The games I played are amazing visually and the graphics are phenomenal. I dont take a lot of pictures but the ones I have are really good so the camera is great. And as someone who works in a rough trade (construction) and as one who drops his phone a lot...its held up to all bumps and falls so is a very durable and reliable phone. The display screen is so bright and vivid...love it Overall I highly recommend this phone for any use you may think of. I gave a 4 star only because the battery life could be better.

The battery life is excellent, the display looks great, and the phone is powerful. The Galaxy AI features are handy, especially the photo editing tools. Sometimes I miss using my Note's pen (especially for things like taking pictures remotely), but the 26+ has other useful options and features that my Note didn't have, is much faster, and plays well with other devices. It's a worthy successor to my dear old Note, and I look forward to seven years (or more), when I write another new phone review, with fondness for my "old" 26+.

Usually I dread upgrading and all the work it takes, but this time it was quick and everything is fairly easy to figure out. I had my last phone for a years, so obviously the camera is WAY better. I love how my pics are just as colorful as in real life. I don't have time to learn manual adjustments, so it's awesome to get high quality pictures as I document my kid growing up. I don't mind being in pics more often either, with the Galaxy AI editing features I can remove blemishes or background objects easily. Sound editing worked great to diminish a nearby generator, after a few times that loud noise was gone. Wonderful!!

However, the longer you use it the better it is. From feeling slightly lighter to hold, to having an amazing new feature of the privacy screen on apps of your choice. With life on constant move I find it very useful especially when I need to do some banking on the train. The mobile seems faster and screen looks graphically better than it's precedes or. I really like the Ai features as well especially being able to highlight and select and ask anything about images or texts at any time.

I purchased mobile but realised order was wrong. Chat support missed a step. What a nightmare to fix. Samsung have lied and refused to fix or refund order. Website is clear about cancelling but they do not follow what is posted they make there own process. This process is about delaying refund as long as possible, refusing to provide customer support, refusing to investigate complaints seriously. Even emailing CEO same response. Told while in shipping my responsibility and depending on condition on return they can deny refund. This is for an online store pick up. Their courier I never even get to see the mobile.

Some apps that I use for travel, would not update because of the age of the phone. I hate changing phones. But, Samsung made it so easy. I had some minor bumps, but what task doesn't. The only complaint I have, is that I didn't realize I would lose the use of my SD card. I would've of upgraded my storage size. I am WOW'D by the AI photo help. I can't wait to use it Out WEST.

It's snappy, with no signs of lag no matter what I throw at it. The design is solid, elegant and quality built. The only feature I find unnecessary is built in Ai. Don't get me wrong, it's useful, but tbh the Ai image editor and other Ai facets aren't perfected yet. They seldom do exactly as you ask, they produce results which can have you re-doing an image multiple times or asking Ai voice assistant to stop so you can re-phrase the question to get your desired result. Useful features, built in.. At this level? Unnecessary!

Solidly built. Seems to be responsive but overall no real difference from the 24+ worth the upgrade if you actually need a quality phone but nothing to jump for in this model. Very easy set up and transfer it was exceptionally well done. The battery life seems inconsistent right now waiting for the battery optimization ai to take over after it's initial learning phase. Camera I have yet to see a difference from the s24. Display oddly is set to standard mode. They have an option to increase the resolution off by default but based on battery so far I wonder if this model was ever intended to use that option

The phone looks stylish and it comes in a range of colours. The storage is 512 gb and it has a Ram of 12gb which is much better. It works quickly and was easy to set up and I could configure my accounts and apps with ease using the Samsung app. It allowed me to transfer the details from my previous phone over WiFi with no errors. I tested it with intense 12 hour marathon in streaming movies in background while playing resource intensive online games, and asking Ai inquiries, without lag, only after 12 hours, did I require a battery charge- which only needed 30 mins from 0-100%. I couldn't make my mind about colour, was going to choose pink gold but at the end I choose white and is so beautiful, looks classy, back is not shine is more matt which I prefer. My use phone is every day use chucking to hand bag, holding by 5year old, hanging in car and was a bit worry about not having protection especially for lens but they still scrach free !

As much as I loved my old phone it was a large phone and I deliberately chose the S26 because of its smaller size. It fits so much better in my shirt pocket and is much lighter and is a refreshing change. I am also impressed with the AI features and the really good pictures from its camera as well as it's great bright display. Being smaller, but not too small feels just right in my hand and it was a great choice. I far prefer it to the larger sizes still offered and its just perfect.

It was getting very slow and not holding its charge. I loved my S21. Upgrading to the S26+ was an easy decision for me. It's not much bigger in dimensions to the S21, so that's a plus for me. The camera is just flippin awesome. I took some great shots at the zoo of the butterflies, and the quality, clarity of the close ups, is definitely 10 steps up from the S21. I'm still working my way around all the new features, but this phone is super fast. And setting it up with Smart Switch kept everything how I had it set-up on the S21. I hope I get 5 to 6 years out of the S26+

I don't notice any speed increases or much difference at all. I've used Samsung for over 10 years and always buy my phones outright. I feel like nothing much has changed for many, many years. I really wish they'd done the charging magnets on the back. A big let down that wasn't included. The AI stuff is ho-hum too. On the up side, it's a solid phone and works as expected. I feel like all the fanfair was towards the Ultra phone. Some of us want smaller phones (not that this is much smaller) with the same features like the privacy screen.

And i glad i did. The +plus size is a tiny bit noticeable in my hands, but the bigger screen area is awesome. I still have to figure out pictures, as my old phone had them all organised a certain way, but the new is different. Only thing i probably wish hadn't changed, but I'll figure that out. I don't own a Galaxy S26, but my friend bought one and I used it for a few days. The phone feels very premium and smooth. I will say after seeing another family members ultra do I wish I splurged on that vs the extra space on the + as the size difference didn't seem all great between the + and the ultra which was one of already know what you wanted to buy thoughts I had in my head when initially upgrading my device. Eventually, I do wish to upgrade my buds pro 3 to the pro 4s when they have a trade in special going and then I can really utilize the galaxy AI so between my new phone and buds. I cant wait to try all ai features available!

The pictures are super clear and definitely made the upgrade worthwhile. The phone itself doesn't look much different than the 24 or the 25, One thing I did not like was that it forces you to use Google messages and I had to youtube a way to install samsung messages because even the Galaxy apps would block it, it said it was incompatible, but I definitely hate Google messaging and glad I found a way around it. Meta AI is very prominent in this phone as well, I'm just not super good using it.

I use them quite often in my everyday life. I am a senior citizen and I find it easy to navigate the phone the customizations are the best! I find myself depending more on my phone that my desktop computer because of its capabilities. The ease of communicating between my computer and my phone are next level. I use a video call service app to chat with deaf friends who rely on sign language to communicate. The video is very clear! I also play games on it. I use a ride-sharing app and bus transit app on the phone because I do not have a car. I use the camera to take photos and videos of many things, such as local waterfall fountains, etc. It responds quickly as it should. I love the NFC part of it. I have so many apps on it that I am surprised it does not slow down. This is the first phone I ever had with wireless charging! The only disappointment is that It does not accept external memory card. Over all, I love the phone!

Somewhat better functionality, currently searching for how to disable the side bars and wallet swipe features, handy if they're things you would use frequently but that aspect is not something that appeals to me personally. Faster load times for some apps, I've had a few connectivity issues with third party devices needing to be resynced to handset with every use, such as Logitech headphones. It could be a me problem, I'm not always savvy enough troubleshooting those types of problems and sometimes I just cannot be a*sed. Does what I need it to other than that. Good 9/10.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I updated from a Samsung S23 to the S26 a couple of weeks ago and I am very happy with the purchase. Moving from a S23 to a S26, the phone and its layout, apps and settings were really familiar so the changeover was not a issue. The phone itself has a slightly larger screen but is slimmer and doesn't feel bulky or large in the hand. It is quick, has a crisp clear display and to me, it is easy to use. The Galaxy AI is a help and isn't overly intrusive. This is my 4th Samsung phone, so they must be doing something right. I think the Samsung S26 is a great phone and a nice improvement over my S23.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always had Samsung Galaxy S series phones, & I've had problems with the last 2 that I've pre-ordered (the S21 Ultra & the S23+). Thank God, this one (the S26+) seems pretty good so far. (Except for the upgrade every couple of weeks or so, which I really can't stand.) I'm also unhappy that I ca no longer download the Samsung Messages app. (I've always had it & I'm not too fond of the Google Messages app that I now have to use.) My roommate has the S24+, which he really likes, my parents have the S25+, while my sister & brother-in-law have the S25 Ultras, which they all seem to enjoy, too. I really love the Samsung Android phones & I hope that I never have to get another brand!!!

It has been very user friendly in how to access things that I need in a very timely manner. I just set up a new Canon printer in less than 5 minutes. My phone plans helps my family too by including my parents and my dad just graduated to his first smart phone, a S26+ just like me. Grateful that I can help explain certain features to make it easier for him. The learning curve is real whether you are in your 80's or 60's. I am not a fan of AI yet tolerate that it is used for initial google searches.

I have got the s25 ultra, its absolutely amazing, honestly I was considering the 17pro max, pixel 10 pro xl, and the s25 ultra for over 3 months, and did lots of comparisons, all were good products, but by far the s25 ultra blows everything out of the water, its the king of all phones.
