My last Samsung fridge needed to be replaced so I decided to gift myself for my birthday with this new one that had french doors, a flex drawer and freezer with two kinds of ice. I never knew I would enjoy the Family Hub as much as I do. Listening to music or watching TV while preparing meals is a game changer. The added beverage center is amazing! The self filling pitcher is so convenient. I love being able to look in my fridge from the grocery store if I forget something on my list. I am reminded when I need a new filter and can even order it from the Family Hub. Thanks for making my life easier.

Due to the proximity to the wall, we purchased this fridge with no exterior handles. The fridge had a great layout. The neat appearance with the switchable panels will match up our seasons colors. We already took advantage of the extra set of promotional panels. The fridge is very quiet. Overall we love the flex middle drawer. This is a good choice and we have bought many fridges over the years.

I love my four-door French door bespoke refrigerator with the family hub. I do not like how delicate the glass panels are. I ordered several colors and of course all of the colors I like most were shattered and broke and discontinued so I am left with a few panels that are OK overall I do love my Refrigerator. It is a very sophisticated look in my kitchen.

We bought our kitchen appliances in August 2024, they finally delivered in November (long delay) but all we could get were the white panels for the 4 panel french door bespoke fridge. We did get a 'panel offer' certificate so we could get the yellow panels (we ordered and wanted) at a later date, but we never get a response on when they will be available. I have called a few times each month since but just get the same response "keep watch of our site and once they are available, they will show". This fridge works great and the glass paneled fridge (range & wall oven) was a fantastic idea, and we love them all but when are the colored panels coming back in stock? We see a lot of folks are wanting these great colors (yellow, orange, green, pink, etc.) to come back in stock, but all Samsung has is black, gray, white & that dusty blue. Come on Samsung what is the issue? If we wanted any of these blah colors, we could buy any fridge out on the market.

Love the fridge but we can't get the extra color panels we wanted with the rebate. The whole purpose of us buying this fridge was for that reason. Looks like from reading reviews the panels have been in short supply for almost a year. If I would have known that I wouldn't have bought the fridge in the first place.

The original variety of colors and the prospect of changing the exterior by stocking a variety of panels to swap in/out originally provide a differentiating ability to evolve the appliance's design appeal over time. The facade isn't functional, but it did a lot to make the lackluster feature set easier to shrug your shoulders and not pay much attention to. Without making the functionality any better, Samsung discontinued almost the entire palette of visual appeal. But my "Morning Update" consists of a weather report, an inaccurate refrigerator contents report, and the same 30 second commercial for a news channel whose content is actually not part of the report. The "Morning Report" functional faceplant is just one story, but its theme seems to prevail frequently in the application features I'm leaving unmentioned as well. Software updates seem to be more about revoking the existence of apps that are no longer functional, reducing value, not expanding it (not always, but often enough...)
