I preordered the s26 and i am glad i waited before buying the s25 fe. i never really know we could control and help improve battery life until the s26 tip mentioned about it. there are several ai features that i find interesting but never had the chance to use them myself although i have set it up like call assist or AI answering your calls before you answer them. the camera is an upgrade from an s20 that i use. i love the night shots. if we hve some bit of light a night shot picture is amazing. i also like the eraser functionality, it is pretty clean so far when it comes to erasing things you dont want in an image including sound eraser. The creative studio where you can draw stuff and ai can convert it into an image you want is amazing too. the phone doesnt lag, doesnt get hot atleast for me. Fell once already but its fine so far. The display is pretty good too. doesnt hurt my eyes. Some settings are well hidden i would say and it will take a while to even unravel all of them and remb where they sit ofcz. sadly rcs is stuck at verification for me. live search works nice. i used it in a mall just recently. i got the cobalt shade and its nice.

I recently started using the Samsung S26 and noticed several early-stage software issues that I would like to report for review. This is not a complaint, but rather feedback aimed at improving the user experience, as I believe these problems can be resolved through future updates. 1. Permission request windows In some applications, the system displays old-style Android permission pop-ups (similar to Android 11–12). These pop-ups do not offer the full set of permission options, and in many cases I must go into the system settings and manually grant access to the microphone or other hardware components. 2. Camera performance When using the 12 MP mode in the Camera app, I sometimes experience noticeable lag or stuttering in the live preview. This happens even in normal lighting conditions. Since the device is new and the software is still being polished, I assume these issues can be resolved with upcoming One UI and firmware updates. I just wanted to bring this to your attention so the development team can investigate and optimize these areas. Thank you for your time and for continuously improving the Samsung experience.

Much has changed since the S7 and is very much appreciated. I always liked the size of the device as opposed to other smart phones which are too bulky. It didn't take me long to navigate the new phone which so far I find relatively user friendly. I have always found Samsung products to be durable. For example, I still have a Samsung microwave oven that I purchased in 1995 still operating at optimum levels in 2026. Keep up the good work!

I bought this about 3 weeks ago and I wish I could get a refund. Basic problems on first use, Battery icon is too small and I have to go into settings to actually see it. I have to go through 3 steps just to get into the phone. Tap, slide and pin. Can't find anyway to change this. Time on basic platform, once you get into the phone is as small as battery sign is. When ready to hang up the phone and press the hang up button it often recalls the person I was talking to, whether the call comes in or goes out. Last night I tried desperately to turn the flash light on but no but no matter which way I tried I could not find the icon for it.

I don't like it. Can't find things I used to have. For example, my flashlight is gone and I don't know how to get it back. It was something I used regularly. I will get a text, and it will not alert me. People have told me they sent a text, but they get a message that I was off-line. ??? NEVER used to happen before. Same thing happens when someone calls me. It won't ring then I get alerted that I missed a call! I will get a notification from Samsung at 4:00 in the morning advising of an update or giving my stats for the day. Really? Who wants to get woken uip at 4:00 in the morninbg. Give me back my old phone and I would be satisfied!

I'm fairly happy with my new cell phone. I do wish they won't preload and activate so much "stuff" right out of the box. I suppose this stuff is intended to make my life easier, but I find very annoying and the pop-ups always seem to happen when I'm trying to get stuff done. It took me a couple of days to find how to turn off some Samsung notifications and put apps to sleep so I could have some battery life at the end of the day. I am looking forward to exploring the camera though - quite an upgrade from my S9 with some cool sounding features.

I've had Samsung Galaxy S models, the last 10 years, probably, and I've been very happy with them. The only problem that I have is I also have Samsung Galaxy S tablet and I don't know why Samsung wouldn't have the power button at the top or the bottom of both models.Why is it on the bottom of the phone and on the top of the tablet ? It's kind of confusing because I use the tablet and I use the phone about the same amount. And I always have to kind of consciously remember tablet power is on the top and the phone power at the bottom tab .. Other then that the Samsung Galaxy S26 plus I have now is excellent.Same as the other Galaxy.S models i've had.. 😊👍
Been a couple of weeks. I went from s24fe to the s26. Quadrupled my storage to 512GB, and increased my RAM by 50%. So, for that, I am happy. But, sometimes, especially for numbers it will move one of the numbers from near the beginning, to the end of the sequence. And, when responding to a Facebook video sent to me from Messenger, it is difficult to touch the SEND Otherwise, I am appreciating the ease of holding a slightly smaller device. For example, I am able to do pics with one hand easier; and, when on my belt holster it doesn't dig into my belly side. Being a slightly smaller battery capacity, I am happy it lasts as long as my larger s24fe battery

I bought this 2 days ago and I am pretty happy with the upgrade I made, the battery last longer, camera is although not noticablu better, display remains clear and great, the new chip really helps this phone out as I can do more and it drains less. My one thing that I don't like is that the phone doesn't seem to be that durable, I dropped my last phone multiple times and screen never cracked or bezel dented, bu this one didid just that fro 1 dropped. Samsung S26 Hello Samsung Support Team, I recently started using the Samsung S26 and noticed several early-stage software issues that I would like to report for review. This is not a complaint, but rather feedback aimed at improving the user experience, as I believe these problems can be resolved through future updates. 1. Permission request windows In some applications, the system displays old-style Android permission pop-ups (similar to Android 11–12). These pop-ups do not offer the full set of permission options, and in many cases I must go into the system settings and manually grant access to the microphone or other hardware components. 2. Camera performance When using the 12 MP mode in the Camera app, I sometimes experience noticeable lag or stuttering in the live preview. This happens even in normal lighting conditions. Since the device is new and the software is still being polished, I assume these issues can be resolved with upcoming One UI and firmware updates. I just wanted to bring this to your attention so the development team can investigate and optimize these areas. Thank you for your time and for continuously improving the Samsung experience. Was having issues with my S20 FE screen so I upgraded to S26 since the pre-order price was good. The camera is very clear, although I haven't had time to take many pictures. Battery performance is muuuch better! My S20 would decrease a percent in a minute or two after browsing, but the S26 only goes down a few percent after a couple hours. I've used it for gaming as well an it doesn't heat up very much after hours of playing. Runs fast too.

I've only had my S26 a couple of weeks but so far I am very happy with it. Battery life is good, pictures are clear and sharp, display is excellent and easy to see especially in sunlight. Performance has been great with quick response time and easy setup. Durability seems good but I added a case for extra protection. I like the size of the S26 ... it's a little smaller then the Plus and the Ultra. I've had a number of Samsung phones and tablets and had great luck with them all except for my Samsung Flip 5 ... the inner screen went in 2 years which was very disappointing. Hope the S26 lasts longer.

Upgrade from S20 to S26. Love the personal touches I can include on the UI/display. Camera is A+, as are the fun things i can do with my photos with included apps. As a neurodivergent human, the updated variety of communication tools, AI and otherwise, are much appreciated. I've bought a case, but this phone feels sturdier. Given the exclusive rose gold colour, I may opt to go caseless! I charge my phone every few days instead of daily.

Look, I’m just a guy who’s been using Galaxies since the S10, and I’ve had the S26 Ultra for about four days now. Here is the unfiltered truth: it’s a great phone, but I’m actually considering returning it. If you have sensitive eyes, stay away or at least go try it in a store first. If you don't care about that and just want a beast of a phone that's actually comfortable to hold, it's a solid 8/10.

Upgraded from my s23+ and I have really enjoyed the phone. It is far more enjoyable experience with a very noticeable speed upgrade. I also enjoy the way this phone looks and feels in the hand. It's much lighter which makes it easier when I put into my waist band for running. Battery life is far improved and can easily last a full day on charge. Camera hasn't lagged so far so I'm excited.

It’s OK. I am having to add my contacts as they didn’t transfer over. However I seem to have a lot of names I don’t know so don’t have to add them. Every time I get or make a call this irritating window pops up with suggestions such as leave a message, can’t talk right now - no idea how to get rid of it permanently. Also these adverts pop up. I hate that and don’t want to see them. The phone kept changing time zones on me - very frustrating when putting in appointments. I think I fixed this but wonder why it decided to do that. My notifications aren’t working like they did on my old phone. I have no idea how to get new notification sounds either. Not very user friendly for seniors!

Love the camera on this phone! I upgraded from the s21 to the s26 and it has been a very pleasant experience. My only gripe so far is the phone does not lay flat due to the camera sticking out so far. This of course is not the camera's fault as it needs to be so for it to do what it does. I think it would be beneficial to even out the back of the phone somehow.

the look and feel just like the S23 but with more features i still am trying to figure out how they work durable all the new features i have to search for and turn them off or risk compromising my security the only way i could even know about these features that are working in the background is from the internet reviews still no dynamic theme at the galaxy theme store a whole lot of sounds and notification sound present in this S26 and id still rather download them from zedge the display is excellent cant tell the difference from the s23 as for the batter you can never have enough power

Purchased this phone on pre-release. First ting I noticed is that the screen was much brighter. It had a fantastic battery that last all day. It had a great feel in the hand due to its metal chasis. The camera bump does come out more and bIt more wobbly on the table. Grest durabilitCamera quality is great. Great performance, everything was very fast.

the battery of this phone is not good , only lost 8 hours per day . even this is a brand new , I truly doubt this phone could have lost it for one year . The design for wireless charging is worst, it make the conflict with the cameras. For the size of this phone, the charging area should lower.

I have been a Samsung user for many years and, after reluctantly upgrading to the new Galaxy S26, really really regret doing so. It is the worst Samsung phone I have ever used. It was easy enough to set up and transfer my old phone's content, but it has been a pain in the backside to use. Almost nothing works. The S22 I previously had just worked - everything just worked. I am having to install, delete and reinstall apps multiple times to try get them to work. I cannot access a bunch of my old content. The Microsoft Authenticator app has been a major one to get working, and I am still battling. Really, I wish I never bought this phone. If my S22's battery lasted longer I would just go back to that one.

I pan this phone since april.I've had nothing but problems with the voice text not saying what I say punctuation is terrible. On it, and every time I go to say a word puts a period in and it's a sentence instead of carrying on, I liked it on my old S9 that I would say period when I was finished. My sentence and it would do a period now. It wants to spell out the word. Also on my Facebook Messenger, it has started. Sending ads when I believe in a message for somebody on chat. It seems to pick up a word in my conversation. And send an ad about it. I can't figure out how to turn that off This phone is very frustrating. It also is very slow. Sometimes in opening up things which I'm really surprised for a new phone
