Thank you for this review. I apologize for the performance issues you are experiencing with your button. When devices don't work properly, the first step would be to remove it from the application, reset it, and then re-add the product. There may be battery issues where the contacts may be out of position or not seated properly. Push them in firmly to reestablish the necessary contact. Also make sure the batteries are oriented correctly and are fresh. Lastly, for best results, it is recommended to use the button in the new SmartThings app, not the "classic".
