If the microwave has power, but will not respond to any commands or only certain buttons work, clean the control panel and try a power cycle. If the panel still doesn't respond, service is required.

An error code on your microwave usually means a technician is going to need to take a look at it. However, it could just be that you need to cycle the power on and off and see if the error returns.
