I bought this vaccum in January 2025. Still works very well, I am disappointed because the price today is less than half of what i paid. Secondly I want to buy extended warranty, but the system is not accepting my serial number. I wish there was a phone number to speak to a real person. No chat please, it gets lost for me. Thanks.

It provides an impressive 45 minutes of runtime on the turbo head at its lowest setting. The minimum suction power is more than sufficient for my hardwood and carpeted floors. Normally, my small dog would bark at the sound of the vacuum, but this one is so quiet that he completely ignores it. On the first run, after I had already vacuumed with another machine, the dustbin was completely filled, demonstrating its exceptional suction capabilities. The reason it did not receive five stars, is because there are some options I wish it came with!

The pet tool is perfect for couch cleaning, it easily sucks up all of the pet hair. I’ll attach a before and after picture of my couch where my cat likes to nap. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats that leave hair behind and this vacuum has made cleaning a lot easier. I have a 5 bedroom home and I do have to mention that the battery does not last long enough if I want to deep clean my entire home with one charge. I still recommend this vacuum because my old vacuum wasn’t as powerful as this one and I would have to go over the same spot several times to pick up all of the pet hair.

I purchased the Samsung Jet 75 (model VS20B75ACR5/EV) in April 2025. It didn’t even make it through the first year of normal use. After about 10 months, it started malfunctioning: every time the vacuum touches the floor, a red indicator light turns on and the motor cuts out for a split second . It has become impossible to clean with it. I have used the vacuum strictly for its intended purpose (standard household cleaning) and followed all maintenance steps. I have always been a fan of Samsung products, but this experience has completely changed my opinion. For a premium brand, the reliability is very poor. It failed even before the warranty expired. I do not recommend this model.

The control buttons are conveniently located for pressing with your thumb, and you don't have to hold the button the entire time you're using it. The vacuum is nice and quiet in operation, which my ears and pets appreciate. It works nicely on hard floors and carpets, and emptying and cleaning the parts is easy. The wall mount is great, though it doesn't have a spot for storing the pet brush. Overall, a great cordless stick vacuum for tidying up the house in a flash!

This Jet75 suction is OK, but nothing to brag about, especially given the short battery life when on MAX. Getting dirt up from under cabinets requires MAX power, so cleaning is limited and would be unusable without a second battery. The worst problem, though, is the byzantine assembly of the container. If you do not meticulously insert it to the handle it will break. This fragile design is utterly unacceptable for a machine at this price point. Unless you plan to scrutinize CLOSELY every move around emptying and cleaning the container - it will break.

I hate the color of this vacuum. I had the all white version before this one and it was so pretty, however the roller on the brush breaks after about a year. I had to buy it every year. Now they don't have the white version and everything is this ugly dark charcoal grey, masculine piece of crap. Women are the majority buyers of vacuums and the ones doing most of the work with it. It would be great to bring back the all white color. It was feminine, bright, happy and made it more enjoyable to use. I don't even want to use this machine it's so drab, lifeless and hideous color. It's also much louder. How about you work on making a quiter machine with a simple, elegant all white design like the previous Jet Stick 70. That's what women really want!

The attachments are all useful in their own way and help tackle specific jobs. With the amount of suction power this samsung vacuum has the battery does not last long on its most powerful setting. The medium and low suction settings are enough for simple and small jobs bit they cannot handle the bigger more difficult jobs. Thankfully it does not take very long to charge and the most powerful suction setting is able to accomplish a lot in a small amount of time. The assembly and clean up of this vacuum is simple and straightforward. All aspects of this vacuum seem well thought out. I look forward to many more hours of cleaning with this machine.

It is crazy how much easier this glides across hard floors and carpets compared to my previous vacuum cleaner. It has amazing suction power and picks up a ton of dust and dirt even after I just vaccumed the day before with my old one. The battery lasts a long time. I have a pretty large house and it doesn't run out before I'm done. My dog is 17 years old and lays in her bed a lot. I used the pet attachment and it worked wonders on her bed to clean the dirt.

There are so many attachments including the small beater tool that is just perfect on my stairs. My Dog doesn’t shed , but I sure do and this makes fast work of sucking it up and it’s not getting stuck in the brush. It’s very lightweight and makes it easy to get the ceilings and hard to reach corners and shades. I’m so excited about this product, I will recommend to clients and purchase for the homes I Equip. I have had the stick brooms in the past and they do not compare. Very sturdy parts there is nothing flimsy about this. The battery pack is lightweight and charges quickly, I have vacuumed a couple times and the battery held up and the battery only seems to last 15 minutes a shot, is that normal .

I have tried a number of a different vacuum brands and was reluctant to go with a cordless option again after having a limited charge of only 5-10 minutes. This vacuum has a clean design and is easy to handle. It actually encourages us to do more frequent bursts of vacuuming daily. We have a Dalmatian and a black cat who shed a lot, so it’s incredibly easy and convenient to use.

It picks up pet hair on the first try, without having to go over the same spot multiple times. The pet tool is awesome, i usually have a hard time cleaning cat hair from the couch but this attachment sucks it out effortlessly. We are also going through a house remodel and it’s picking up all of the dust. I also want to mention that the noise level is low compared to my old vacuum.

Now, I'm not one to generally get excited by a vacuum, I was actually blown away by the amount of pet hair it was able to pull out of our rugs, and just pick up on the floors in general. We have had several vacuums through the years, and this one made it seem like there was no point in having the other at all. I picked up more dirt and fur in a 10 ft section that my robot vacuum has picked up in a week, covering the entire house. It was kind of eye opening just how dirty our house really was. Suction power, battery life, and noise level are all far superior to other vacuums I have used. I can't speak for those who don't have pets, but if you do, this might just be a game changer.

It's small and compact and can get in pretty small spaces. It pulled up hairs from a carpet that I had gone over with my bigger corded vacuum only the day before. I used another vacuum then went over that area with my Samsung stick vacuum and there's was dust and dirt in the bin! I was shocked! The handle is ergonomic and user friendly. I like how you don't have to hold a button down to use it. The lcd display is close to use. To attach the attachments it's very easy and they click in efficiently. Easy to take off as well. The lights on the battery charger turn off when it's done charging, I love that. My only slight complaint is the bin emptying. I wish it was different and had a bottom piece that just opens to empty it. It's also not that loud. Picks up the dog hair with ease thanks to the attached tools. Great for getting hair off the couch if u allow pets on there. Overall awesome vacuum! Highly recommend

The battery lasts for about 30 minutes on max continuously. The downside is that it would scratch the wood floors and I could not tell why. I got a replacement and it still did it. It wasn't just when I would turn the vacuum but just vacuuming straight and I could hear a sound like something was caught and scraped the floor.

I also have a main rug in my living room they love to lay and play on. Of course with this many cats, that means a lot of hair. What I love about this vacuum is not only is it lightweight, which means it's easier for me to move around, but also cordless, which keeps me from having to fight my cats from pulling at it thinking it's a toy. It picks up all the hair and other debris from the flooring and rugs and the battery lasts a pretty decent amount of time. It comes with a charging station which is great so it is held in place safely when not in use. The app I don't see myself using it much. It's great for those that want tips and such, but I just want a vacuum that does what I need it to do and so far, I am happy with this one. It's also pretty quiet compared to other vacuums I used so that's a bonus!

My sister bought this a year ago and loves it. I thought I would try it because it was on sale. I had a very, very difficult time looking for the plug in for recharging the battery. It is in a very obscure place. Probably didn't help that I was looking for it at night. That is only beef so far. It is light and gets under the sofas and chairs.

This is the best-engineered cordless vac ever! It replaced a Miele, which I found clunky, hard to use, and lacking in adequate suction. The Samsung is the opposite. It also can be completely disassembled and washed, which probably should be done at least once a year. Try it and you'll be impressed at how much dirt this baby handles.

I purchased this vacuum close to 2 years ago and not only are the batteries horrible but now the Turbo Head broke. I was quoted a replacement part costing almost as much as I paid for the vacuum originally. This is an on going problem with the turbo head. It is ridiculous. I've been using this vacuum for quite a while now. It has been truely a beast. Amazing suction, battery lasts long enough for a entire area to be cleaned. Filter is super easy to clean. I got this during the holiday sales. It seems like a nice vacuum, but the battery life with the standard rotary head only lasts about 5 minutes. This is my first stick vacuum, and maybe that’s standard. However, it seems like a two-battery package would make sense for most users.

It is lightweight and powerful and definitely rivals my other pet cordless vacuum. I was able to test it out immediately because the battery had a little charge in it and it tested well on my shag area rug. Shag rugs can be tough if the suction is too strong and of course vacuuming feels pointless if it is too strong. I found the medium setting to be a perfect balance and I was pleased with the amount of extraction accomplished in such a short timeframe. I like how lightweight it is and it is very easy to use, the con I have with most cordless vacuums is the waste bin size (it needs to be emptied frequently) and the battery life is short if you use it on full power. I would recommend to someone that is in the market for a cordless vacuum. I think this is a solid contender and comparable to other high quality cordless vacuums in terms of power, suction, weight (it's actually lighter) and I believe this is at a better/more reasonable price point.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really liking the new Samsung Jet 75 Pet Lightweight Cordless Stick Vacuum. This model VS20B75AGR5/AA is perfect for animal lovers especially with those that shed. The vacuum is lightweight and has some great attachments that come with. I like to vacuum over my pups mattress to keep if fresh and cozy and the smaller attachment allows me to do that. The crevice tool allows me to get under things without always having to move things which is great for quick run through with the vacuum if a guest is coming over. The slimness of the vacuum allows you to get low with the handle and you can get pretty far under things that have enough clearance. The different speeds are super. I prefer the higher suction over carpeting although all selections have been working well for me. The battery lasts longer than a previous stick vac I owned. This one can be charged without the vacuum which is nice. Unfortunately the base to hang it from is the same as the one to charge it so if you don’t want your vacuum leaning against something when not in use, it will probably be on the unit as a whole anyway. A small clip that clips the tube part of the vacuum would be an improvement for me so I could keep it in another area where I don’t have an outlet yet it would stay secure when not in use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had 5 other cordless stick vacuums in the past, and this is my favorite so far. It feels well-made, and is a pleasure to use. Pros: * It is very sleek and attractive. * It is very lightweight and easy to maneuver, with a very smooth operation on most surfaces. * It is very quiet at all speeds. The speed increases automatically when you attach the brush roll. * The battery lasts a long time before needing to be charged. There are three lights on each side of the battery that show the remaining charge. * I like that the wall mount has the charger built-in. Some other vacuums I've had in the past require plugging in a cord when you want to charge, and others required removing the battery and putting that in a separate charger. * The parts are easy to clean. I like to clean my vacuums, including filters, often to keep them smelling fresh. * Accessories are very easy to attach and remove. Cons: * Wall mount installation instructions could be more thorough. They are only images. It would have been nice if there were some written instructions, including the drill bit size for the wall anchors (1/8"). Note: the wall mount is installed lower than you'd think so the bottom of the vacuum can rest on the floor, presumably to take some of the pressure off the wall mount. * The wall mount doesn't have a spot for the pet brush, so that has to be stored separately. * The charger cord could be longer. Without an extension cord, it may limit mounting options for some depending on where the outlet is located. * The dust bin has to be removed to empty. Some other stick vacuums I've used in the past just empty from the bottom of the bin with a release button or handle. It's not difficult, just something to get used to. * Even on the lowest speed it tries to suck up my washable runners. A couple of my other stick vacuums were better for washable rugs.

This vacuum has soo many amazing features. * Firstly I started with its most important feature is its removable battery this Samsung jet 75 has longer battery life which makes it more special though . * Secondly it’s power button feature is soo great we can see easily the power display and easily managed the suction level according to the cleaning system . That feature really amazed me I am kind of loved with this porduct for sure . * Then off course it’s multi functional tools that’s come with this specially it’s pet brush which easily removes all hair from the couch and all around the house with no stress and no mess . [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE that it is cordless, which means it is my main vacuum. I've got carpet, rugs, tile, and wood flooring in my home. I HATE hauling heavy corded vacuums up and down stairs, lugging from room to room. With this Samsung Jet, I can clean up kitchen crumbs, cat litter, outdoor debris, pet hair, human hair, lint, etc., all the while moving from room to room with ease. I love not tripping over cords! Whenever I've got a small mess, I can easily clean it up without having to haul out our large corded vacuum. At last vacuum, I was able to clean the formal dining room, kitchen, small dining room, hallway, living room, spare bathroom, the stairs, the hallway, and the master bath before the battery died (roughly around one hour of use). The suction is pretty good, even at the Mid range. You can adjust higher or lower, but I definitely put in a bit of effort using Mid, so I know it's got some suction going on. It seems to put in more effort getting out the hair and debris than my earlier model did. I feel like I've had a workout once I'm done. My main issue with the suction is that it doesn't do well sucking things out of corners or at the edges, and doesn't like sucking up random shapes or weights. Vacuuming up the kitty litter the kittens have flung around their room like confetti becomes a task when the litter is against the wall or in a corner. I have to either use the extension crevice tool (which extends A LOT) or flick the litter out to an area of the room where the vacuum is more willing to grab it. It also does not like sucking up items like cardboard pieces the kitties have chewed off a scratcher. I have to pick up basically all the random cardboard chunks by hand. It's not a deal breaker but it is annoying. Beyond the extension crevice tool, the Samsung Jet has other useful attachments. I use the soft action brush to vacuum the stairs, get behind my bed, between the washer and dryer, and to clean up the litter in the spare bathroom/kitty room. It's a great tool to get in between, behind and around objects. One odd thing I have noticed is that the three blue charging lights don't all light up when it's fully charged. The vacuum has blue lights to show how much battery is left (one, two or three bars worth) while vacuuming, or how much battery you've got while charging. It should show three full blue bars once it's fully charged on the charger, but it shows nothing, as if the battery is dead.
