it works great to be honest I love the sound and I love that the setup with nice and easy with smart things the only thing is sometimes there's a bit of a delay when starting the TV and the sound bar the sound bar sometimes takes a little bit longer to turn on also for the price it was quite expensive but I am impressed

Also, I have been having some severe issues with Two** of my Samsung Soundbars one being the flagship set of 2024 disconnecting randomly during movies....alot.... like we even looked it and others are having the same issues. Are there any fixes in the works???

You may want to initialize your soundbar by pressing the - and + (volume) buttons on the top of the soundbar at the same time for at least 5 seconds. “INIT OK” appears on the display and then the Soundbar is reset. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The setup was very easy, as I used an HDMI with the ARC input. I have used wireless before, and it's also pretty simple as long as you can follow directions and prompts. My sound bar is great except that it cuts out randomly. It's only for a second, but that is VERY annoying during important dialogue or during a loud and explosive scene. I've tried to communicate with Sammy about this and I haven't received helpful assistance. Other sound bars I've had from Samsung also have a great bass response, but don't cut out. It doesn't help with immersing the viewer.

Here are some troubleshooting steps that may help: First, make sure your Soundbar is running the latest firmware. Visit Samsung.com, select Support > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Audio > Home Audio > Soundbars, then locate your Soundbar model and download the newest firmware version. The update can be installed using a USB flash drive, and Samsung provides step-by-step instructions on the support page. You should also verify that your TV has the latest software installed by navigating to Settings > Support > Software Update on your TV. Next, perform a soft reset by unplugging the Soundbar from power for approximately 30 seconds, then plugging it back in and testing it again. If the issue persists, perform a factory reset. With the Soundbar powered on, press and hold the Volume + and Volume - buttons on the Soundbar itself for at least 5 seconds until "INIT OK" or "INIT" appears on the display. You can also reset the Soundbar using the remote: with the Soundbar powered on, press and hold the Sound Control (Gear) button for about 10 seconds. When "150HZ" appears on the display, continue holding the button until "INIT" appears, then release it. If you need more help, Samsung is here for you. The integration with my tv is seamless, but occasionally the sound bar turns off or no sound comes out when I leave my TV on for a few hours for my dogs and nobody is actually using the tv by switching between shows. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having tried several soundboard throughout the years I can say this one is one of the best ones I have had. The audio is clear. No disconnecting like with some of the lesser brands. The performance is much better quality than what you would expect if your expectations are based on the price point. This will not hold up to a full surround sound system but it is great if you do not wish to run wires for rear speakers. The bass is clean with a single sub that is in sync with the rest of the system. Dialog is clear but you will find the same volume leveling problems that have you turning the volume up and down to hear conversations after sound action scenes.

I really love clarity of the dialogue, you can keep it at a low volume and still hear voices perfectly. The problem I have with it is somehow it is incompatible with my Samsung S90D OLED. Everytime I turn on the TV I have to manually reconnect the soundbar for it to work properly. I think it might need an update but it doesn't allow over the air updates you need to somehow load the file onto a USB and need to hit buttons in a specific pattern. Either way amazing soundbar but one huge flaw.

Your feedback is very important to us as we continuously strive for best-in-class product and service. Updating the firmware on your soundbar gives you all the benefits of the latest improvements. When an update is available, you can update the Soundbar by connecting the USB drive that contains the update firmware to the SERVICE port of the Soundbar. 1.Go to the Samsung Electronics website (www.samsung.com) → click on the “Support” option in the upper right corner. 2.Click on “Manuals & Software” from the pop-up list > TVs & Home Theater > Home Theater > Select your model 2. Download the firmware file (USB type). 3. Unzip the file to create a folder with the file name. 4. Store the created folder in a USB and then connect it to the Soundbar. 5. A sequence of “UPDATE” > “BYE” > “ON” will appear on the display 3 times. This will take around 6 minutes. - During update, do not turn it off or remove the USB. - If “UPDATE” does not appear on the display window, remove the power cord from the Soundbar and then reconnect it. - When the latest Version is installed, no update is performed. - Depending on the USB type, update may not be supported. 6. After the 3 cycles are complete, the Soundbar will restart and last source used will appear on the display for about 20 seconds and then it will go off (“UPDATE” > “BYE” > “ON”) 3 times “D.IN” > off If you need more help, Samsung is here for you. I plan to get the rear speaker kit this month to be able to enjoy true surround sound. The dolby atmos feature is subtle yet powerful. I’m a big fan of Samsung products.

The soundbar delivers clear dialogue as well as immense surround sound and with the extra speakers directing sound upward to ceiling becomes all encompassing without the need for additional surround speakers. Clear, digital display gives total control over sound connections, Bluetooth controls and the sound bar and bass deliver outstanding music for the entire patio. You can manually optimize your audio experience by pressing the SOUND MODE button to select the desired pre-equalized sound setting. The choices are SURROUND SOUND – GAME – ADAPTIVE SOUND – DTS VIRTUAL:X – STANDARD. To control the volume of the treble or bass sound, press the TONE CONTROL button and then adjust the volume between -6 to +6 by using the Up/Down buttons. Press and hold the SOUND CONTROL button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons. (Make sure the Sound mode is set to “STANDARD”.) Press the CH LEVEL button so you can adjust the volume of each speaker. CENTER LEVEL or TOP LEVEL can be adjusted using the UP/DOWN buttons from -6 to +6. With the optional SWA-9250S Wireless Rear Speaker Kit connected you can adjust the volume by using the provided Soundbar remote. I bought this sound bar 3 months ago, and I prefer to try products for a bit before giving my opinion. The set up was quite easy, though it took a couple of days of tweaking to find the right settings for the living room. The sound is very immersive especially while watching movies, which is surprising, considering the size of the soundbar and subwoofer. A very minor down is the weight of the soundbar.

The dialogue clarity is especially crisp and easily decipherable even for those of us with bad hearing. The soundbar was easily setup and compatible with my Samsung smart TV. However, the soundbar and bluetooth headphones cannot be used simultaneously on my Samsung TV, so if I'm donning my headphones when watching TV other folks listening in the room have to rely on the TV speakers for sound. This is not ideal by any stretch as the TV speakers provide tinny sound at best with far less quality bass and treble than the soundbar.

The overall sound quality in respect to the surround is excellent. The only reason I did not rate 5 stars is the subwoofer not performing as well as I expected. I had to turn down the other channels individually in the settings to be able to hear and feel the bass at the volume necessary to have that experience without the other speakers being too loud.

It has wonderful sound, with quality dialogue; voices are clear and crisp. The bass is controllable, but has a very very good sound when watching action movies or listening to music. We utilize this for our 75" TV and we really really enjoy it. The sound feels immersing, dimensional, and overall the quality is amazing. The only setback we have found is that the ARC connection sometimes lags with conversation on the TV. Unsure if this is a TV issue or a sound bar issue nonetheless it has exceeded our expectations! Will be a loyal customer again in the future!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I added the Samsung Q Series 3.1.2 ch Soundbar and Subwoofer, model HW-Q600F/ZA, to my home setup expecting a noticeable upgrade in audio quality. The soundbar does what the most basic speaker is supposed to do, which is make the sound louder and fill the room with more presence than the built in television speakers can offer on their own. On that level, it serves its purpose. Beyond the added volume, however, I did not notice a particular difference that would justify thinking of this as a premium audio experience. The advanced features that Samsung highlights for this model, including the Dolby Atmos support, the 3.1.2 channel configuration, and the dedicated subwoofer, did not produce the kind of immersive, layered sound I was expecting. Music, dialogue, and movie soundtracks all played clearly, but they did not feel meaningfully richer, more spatial, or more cinematic than what a good standard speaker would deliver. The subwoofer adds some low end presence, yet it does not create the depth or the enveloping atmosphere that marketing around this product suggests. In practical use, the soundbar functions as a reliable volume booster for the television rather than as a transformative audio companion. It is easy to live with, it pairs without issue, and it does not introduce any noticeable problems. At the same time, it does not elevate the viewing experience in the way a buyer at this price point would reasonably expect. My overall impression is that the HW-Q600F/ZA is a competent soundbar that performs like a louder speaker rather than a true home theater audio system. If the goal is simply to add more volume and a cleaner sound than the television offers on its own, it will do the job. If the goal is to experience the spatial audio, the three dimensional immersion, and the premium feel implied by the Q Series branding, the result may feel underwhelming, as it did for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sound quality it's just amazing, and Q-symphony it's also a great feature of the soundbar for the price range. It also has the option to change sound mode if you want to hear more clearly the mids and lows. It fits perfect on a wall that I have my TV mounted and the soundbar is mounted below the TV and just looks amazing. The bass is strong and it also works for when you have a party you can listen to music and it will be a great sound quality.

The bar provides clear sound and voice and it's versatility to sit on the entertainment center or hang under the 75" Qled either on a wall or from the TV. Combined with the Bluetooth subwoofer, that never disconnects, and always projects the perfect 👌 bass in conversation and action scenes. I have still not been able to find anything wrong with this model. I love it.

We hooked up the soundbar and the clarity makes you feel like you are immersed in the action. You can also really feel the bass. The quality of dialogues are excellent. Hello Arjay, Thank you for taking a few moments to review the Samsung HW-Q600F Soundbar. Updating the firmware on your soundbar gives you all the benefits of the latest improvements. When an update is available, you can update the Soundbar by connecting the USB drive that contains the update firmware to the SERVICE port of the Soundbar. 1.Go to the Samsung Electronics website (www.samsung.com) → click on the “Support” option in the upper right corner. 2.Click on “Manuals & Software” from the pop-up list > TVs & Home Theater > Home Theater > Select your model 2. Download the firmware file (USB type). 3. Unzip the file to create a folder with the file name. 4. Store the created folder in a USB and then connect it to the Soundbar. 5. A sequence of “UPDATE” > “BYE” > “ON” will appear on the display 3 times. This will take around 6 minutes. - During update, do not turn it off or remove the USB. - If “UPDATE” does not appear on the display window, remove the power cord from the Soundbar and then reconnect it. - When the latest Version is installed, no update is performed. - Depending on the USB type, update may not be supported. 6. After the 3 cycles are complete, the Soundbar will restart and last source used will appear on the display for about 20 seconds and then it will go off (“UPDATE” > “BYE” > “ON”) 3 times “D.IN” > off If you need more help, Samsung is here for you.
