Det er vores første trådløse støvsuger og vi er meget tilfredse. Virkelig god at holde og styre og som er let at håndtere og vi hurtigt tager frem flere gange om dagen - med en 4 årig der sviner ret meget. Vi har brugt alle de forskellige hoveder til støvsugeren, da vi både har 2 katte, hårde gulve og tæpper i huset. Batteri kapaciteten passer meget fint med at vi kan nå en fuld støvsugning i vores 140 kvm hus. Med katte og børn er det godt med den automatiske tømning af støvsugeren. Selv vores 4 årig kan bruge den og kan selv skifte hoveder, så meget let at bruge. Denne anmeldelse er lavet gennem Smartson og produktet er købt med rabat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used almost daily for the few weeks I’ve owned. Excellent on tile floors and a few runners in 3500 square foot house. Automated dispersal of dirt and pet hair into bag at docking station is great feature, eliminating exposure to dust and dirt. Cleaning is easy. I pretty much do whole house on one battery-24 minutes. Has two batteries. This Samsung product performs better than highly rated Consumer Reports competitor and without needing to empty after each use. Beginner’s written docs are poor and website after registration shows warranty of a few months when warranty is one year. No LED lighting on sweeper to show dirt to be vacuumed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great vacuum for small spaces and quick clean-ups. It's very powerful and I use it on every surface in my home: Carpet, wood, tile, sofa. I have 2 small dogs and the max feature really picks up hair and dust well. I also really like the dirt disposal feature. I have fairly severe dust allergies and it makes emptying the canister a breeze. My only complaint is the runtime. I struggle to thoroughly clean more than one room before the battery is exhausted, but such is the tradeoff for having such a light, convenient, and powertful tool. Overall, I am very satisfied, and it is the best vacuum of its kind that I have personally tried.

this is one of the best performing vacuums i have ever owned. on top of the performance, it is one of the most aesthetically pleasing appliances i have ever see. “it’s made to be seen” in an understatement. the one clean station is one of the best i have seen. the attachments all operate exactly how they should and all secure to the vacuum and accessory cradle by locking in, so nothing slides out. i am a loyal samsung customer with many years and many appliances under my belt and even when something doesn’t operate as it should the company makes it right. i am sure this new jet vacuum will make an awesome addition to my home. thanks samsung!

I received this vacuum cleaner from Samsung for product testing purposes.’ Having never owned a cordless Vacuum I was not expecting this to be anything special, after all it's battery powered so how could it do all the the tasks that a ordinary corded Vacuum could do ? Well I have to say I'm surprised at the actual power and versatility. I mean if you read through all claims from Samsung you would expect a little bias wouldn't you ? Well the claims are true enough . This is so easy to use, the attachment's are so well made and do the job without a problem. Only negative I would say it's the lack of a spare battery .

i just received my vacuum today, looks nice and it is light, i like that since i have a lot of back issues. buuut it didn't come with the mop attachment? i thought, maybe i didn't see it right when i pre-ordered but then i started reading other peoples reviews and they said the same thing so i definitely seen it on there when i pre-ordered. that's upsetting. another thing i noticed is that the dust bags for this model isn't sold on here or anywhere that i have seen. i see them for the cleaning station sold separately but not for the bespoke. i had a lot more to say but samsung limits it so i had to delete a lot of this review. sorry.

Other than that nuisance of a one month delay, I have been incredibly pleased with this vacuum. I have owned the best editions ofthe Dyson cordless models & I have to say that this tops them. The suction is probably about the same but the Battery last much longer and the convenience of a second battery means I can do a lot more. I hated having to empty the dust canister on my other cordless vacuums so this one is amazing! It is so easy to empty and charge simultaneously. And there's no mess! I am very pleased with this product and Highly recommend it.

I received this vacuum cleaner from Samsung for product testing purposes - I thought my carpets were clean, but the 'Jet' power removed deep ingrained dirt with almost no effort. I walked into a room and asked me partner if they had vacuumed – it was that clean! Emptying the dust is a joy with the charging stand and automatic emptying. It is really light - far lighter than my normal stick. The downside is the battery life, even with 2 batteries, especially with the Jet power. Accessories seem to cover everything that is needed and feel more solid than some other makes. Overall this makes vacuuming much less of a chore

J'avais un aspirateur d'une marque concurrente pour sensiblement le même prix . Merci Samsung. Le produit respire la qualité et on sent de suite que l'aspirateur va bien vieillir. L'aspiration est au Top et il n'y y a que très peu besoin de passer sur les puissances d'aspiration supérieures pour bien nettoyer. La station de vidange et de chargement évite tout contact avec la poussière et s'adapte bien à la pièce. Seul point que on pourrait regretter est l'autonomie. Elle suffit largement pour un appartement mais je doute que il y ait suffisamment de batterie pour une maison. Cependant l'aspirateur se recharge rapidement.

Loved the convenience of the dual brush allowing seamless transition between hardwood floors and carpet without stopping to swap out a different brush head. The portable accessory stand and charged battery ensure pit stops, are quick and deliberate allowing me to vacuum my entire apt in record time. My only complaint is where is the Bespoke Jet Wet Spin Brushes. Absent from the package and even the website as a stand-alone accessory for purchase. When preorder videos introduced the Bespoke Jet , one of the features were these wet spin brushes. Kinda annoyed and felt a little baited and switched.

Des nombreuses technologies très utiles ! Le fait que les saletés soient aspirées directement dans le sas, sans ouverture et donc sans projection de mauvaises poussières dans l'air, c'est top. J'apprécie aussi les différentes brosses, pour le carrelage ou l'autre, plus douce, pour prendre soin de mon parquet en bois massif. Et quel silence ! C'est le premier aspirateur que j'ai qui est autant silencieux en marche. Enfin, l'écran au niveau de la poignée est top, il indique le temps restant de la batterie, et indique le pourcentage de chargement, ainsi pas de consommation électrique en trop, je débranche dès qu'il affiche 100%. Je suis vraiment satisfaite de cet aspirateur.

I quickly put this together and started using it. I love that it comes with so many different tools and how easy it is to operate. The color is legitimately one of my favorite parts. It fits my aesthetic so well. Everything in our home is Samsung, so it fits in nicely. The vacuum is durable, light-medium weight.. so easy to carry up and down the stairs, and picks up even the smallest amounts of dirt. The only downside, is not having a laser light on the front, so that dirt and debris are easily visible. But I highly recommend this to any and everyone!

Fun conversation piece and with the modern look it fits well. The power cleans my hardwood along with my area rugs well. The size is shorter than any other I have had but I find it very comfortable to use. It can extend about 6 inches if needed. The battery lasts and have not had to change it anytime while doing my daily cleaning. Love that it recharges when set on the cleaning station and there is a readout so you always know how much charge you have. The attachment holder is a plus, everything is organized. Very pleased with my purchase.

Ik heb deze stofzuiger nu bijna 3 weken in gebruik. Ik ben enorm tevreden met het apparaat. Alle kenmerken die Samsung zelf beschrijft zijn waar. Het clean station is compact zodat je hem makkelijk opbergt. Ook vind ik het heel fijn dat je hem heel makkelijk er snel "even" bij pakt. In het begin was ik vooral benieuwd of de zuigkracht wel voldoende zou zijn. Tot op heden is er niet iets wat hij niet opzuigt. (op een pvc vloer). Ook de batterijduur vind ik voldoende. Zeker met de bijgeleverde tweede accu kan ik makkelijk het hele huis stofzuigen. Kortom: absoluut geen spijt van de aanschaf van dit product.

But having a cordless vacuum that didn't cost a fortune did the trick. With a dog such as mine (great Pyrenees mix) keeping the floors and what little carpet I have left free from fur tumbleweeds has been a chore. Most vacuums are clunky, the cord gets in the way, and they are heavy (try carrying them upstairs...). The Bespoke Jet is lightweight, easy to move around floors to carpet and it can get into smaller spaces than my vacuum. It's also easy to clean and the dark green that I chose fits my decor.

i have loved everything about this vacuum and clean station. the ability to empty the canister without a dust cloud in my home. the way the vacuum comes apart in so many places for cleaning. it was worth the cost until i tried to purchase bags only to find out they are not in stock, there are no places online to buy them, and no places within hundreds of miles of me that carry them. i will state this again, you cannot buy bags for this clean station. so, purchase an overpriced vacuum + clean station if you are happy spending that much for a few months of usage, until you run out of bags that it came with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is so powerful. It’s easy to maneuver, light, and high quality. I really love the green color as well. It was easy to set up and use right away, and we didn’t have any issues. Our home has hardwood and carpet and tile in it, and this vacuum has no issues changing gears when going from different heights. It’s pretty seamless! The charge lasts quite a while, too. I can vacuum my entire 2500 soft home with no issues with the battery. That’s a major win! It’s easy to empty, and you can also get a self emptying attachment for this if you’d like. I think we’ll add it eventually, just for convenience, but totally not necessary. It’s a great vacuum, and I highly recommend it!

I have only the bespoke hover for a few day but already know it great hover the power this has even at min Is very good and they jet power is brill all be it a short time frame, so good in small bursts, the hover it's self is light for doing high to reach places ie tops of bookcases and photos/ pictures on the wall, the pet adapter is good, but wee bit behind with other makers as they have no hair tangle, one.two.done sides, The middle pole could be a wee bit longer if over 6ft will feel your bending alot the hover color would have been nicer if it matched the clean station, and if the bin closed After emptying that would be good but am sure future models with have these details,

‘I received this vacuum cleaner from Samsung for product testing purposes.’ I was pleased with the vacuum itself. It looked good and the power of the vacuum was good. The different attachments worked well. Particularly liked the display telling you how much power you have left. Now the negatives. Why are back to using vacuum bags and particularly bags with significant amounts of plastic. This is not good for the environment in the this day and age. Also the bag was being detected as being full after less than a couple of days use. The bag itself was less than 30% full. Considering looking at reviews you can't get these bags its not very good, and makes the whole base unit pointless.

before i ordered this i inquired about the spinning mop and the agent couldn't give any direction whatsoever. we came wanting all the way in to the promised experience. seeing demos present it everywhere and not having it available just makes me feel like i am not getting the full participation for what i opted in for when i envisioned and financially prioritized it. when you sell an item that promotes a specific overall vision-especially at a premium for design value-you incline an audience that hope to make use of it in a way they were promised when it was promoted. fulfillment could use some introspection. especially since service has been equally unfavorable. such a shame. do better.

It is much lighter than other cordless stick vacuums, especially when using the handheld option, making it pain-free on my wrist and forearm. I have mostly hardwood floors with a few rugs, and some tiled floors, and the vacuum easily cleans the different surfaces. The suction on the clean station is also better than the prior version. I also love the clean, simple design of the vacuum. It looks nice in the room and is so easy to use. It's actually enjoyable to use this vacuum, especially as I have to vacuum almost daily due to my pets. Happy and satisfied with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] while it is quite an impressive beauty, the new samsung bespoke misses the mark on a few points. i have mainly wood floors and the soft brush part of the head is such a thin piece that it has very little impact, therefore i find myself going over and over the same spots to pick up dust and debris. combining the tools renders the one nearly useless. the head itself is also quite narrow, i feel like it is a child's vacuum sometimes. the dust cup is like the size of my coffee cup and with my two longhair cats in the house, i find myself making frequent trips back to the clean station for emptyting.

Bought it in Nov 22. Opened the package here is my review: Pros: - Light weight - Eye catching design - Handy suction and good battery Cons: - Jet Dual Brush NOT suitable for Tiles / Hard floor etc. see my video. It can end up damaging your floor. It has a bad vibration and loud noise from the spinning thingie supposed to vibrate for carpets, catch hair etc. Maybe it works for Carpets not for tiles. It doesnt have the horse hair or any cushion to keep a soft glide on hard floors like other vacuum cleaners. - Samsung does not include in the box Soft Action Brush as advertised in their website and youtube. (Spinning sprayer is mentioned as sold separately, but Slim Action Brush was expected to be in the box as seen in picture of person holding vacuum with soft action brush and ad video) Would appreciate Samsung including slim action brush or exchanging slim action brush instead for ppl with hard wood floor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I pre-ordered this ages ago, we got it to upgrade from the Jet75. I'll tell you what honestly the upgrade was worth it. The stand is super nice and the stand for the extra accessories is a great add. The vacuum it's self runs great and pulls things out of the carpet you wouldn't even know was there. There was also one major improvement on design I noticed, that was the locking mechanism on the canister. It is so much more heavy duty than the Jet 75 which broke and had to be replaced. I am absolutely thrilled to have this vacuum and as of now I do not see any issue or anything I'd like changed.

Really impressed with the bespoke jet 210w package, previous hoover was a dyson v11 which is now out of warranty and losing suction, samsung are currently offering an insane discount with a trade in and 5 years warranty so i couldn't resist. Over all the samsung feels more robust when pushing it around but also lighter and easier to control. Im also impressed with the adjustable height on the hoover and adjustable crevice tool length which are really good bonuses over the dyson equivalent which have restricted its use at times. Im very happy and would advise anyone on the fence to buy it

De zuigkracht is excellent en door de vele hulpstukken zeer praktisch in gebruik. Vooral het Pet-opzetstuk komt goed van pas bij het verwijderen van honden- en kattenhaar op de matten en zetels. Zeer handig is ook dat je hem niet telkens na elke stofzuigbeurt moet leeg maken en reinigen. 1 druk op de knop en het toestel is weer opnieuw gebruiksklaar! Enige minpuntje dat ik kan vinden is dat hij redelijk zwaar in de hand ligt en dat je hem tijdens het gebruik niet even aan de kant kan zetten.

Super krachtige stofzuiger! Ik was vooraf bang dat de batterij te snel leeg zou gaan en de prijs liet mij nog meer twijfelen, maar wat een genot is deze stofzuiger! Hij is enorm krachtig waardoor je veel sneller klaar bent en ook nog minder moeite hoeft te doen voor een schoner resultaat, zelfs in eco of mid stand, en ook voor het verwijderen van kattenharen van meubels. De stofzuiger is makkelijk geïnstalleerd, is super licht van gewicht maar voelt niet aan als speelgoed. Is zeer wendbaar en het wisselen van accessoires zijn super snel en makkelijk verwisselbaar. Kwaliteit is voelt premium en dan ziet hij er ook nog mooi uit. Ik ben nog niet eerder zó enthousiast geweest over een stofzuiger!

De Bespoke Jet Plus Woody Green stofzuiger enkele weken mogen testen. Was positief verrast door zijn geweldige zuigkracht. En met de bijgeleverde accessoires zijn er heel veel mogelijkheden. Door de tijdsaanduiding op de display sta je nooit voor een verrassing dat de accu opeens leeg is. Bovendien is er een extra accu bijgeleverd. Met de plus en min knop kun je gemakkelijk de zuigkracht aanpassen. Eenvoudig in bediening. Een geweldige uitvinding is het reinigingsstation. Geen gedoe meer om zelf de de stofbak leeg te maken. Het design is super modern. Heel goed over nagedacht, heel mooi.

i've been waiting for this vacuum for over a year since it's release at 2021 ces. i was super excited for the vacuum to be released and pre-ordered the vacuum and received it a week and a half ago. features i most looked forward to: self-cleaning charger/stand and wet mop aka spray spinning sweeper. the mop that is shown on samsung's bespoke jet website under the "charging accessory cradle" image and samsung's samsung us youtube channel is not included. self-cleaning feature is great, the vacuum is great, but misleading. the spray spinning sweeper is not even available for purchase.

Odličan uređaj. Svaka preporuka. Jedino PET tool je dosta manji nego na slikama, njemeu dajem ocjenu 4/5 jer ipak na nekim mestima grebe ipak treba pripaziti na koji materijal se koristi. Usisavač lagan za korisiti, dosta opreme, stalak za punjenje izvrno odrađen, vrećiće malo skuplje ali nisu neopohde za korisiti. Odlično usisava odlično vuče čak i na najslabijoj brzini usisao sam što neki drugi nisu. Dual brush super stvar kupi sve što nađe. Dosta nastavaka i odličan stalak. Bilo bi dobro da se dobije još jedna baterija i kabal za puniti što ide na taj stalak. Sve u svemu preporuke.

I was looking at getting another brand but the design and the fact that I never have to dump out the vacuum when it gets full is great! No dust flying around, it all collects in a bag within the tower with the touch of a button. Also comes with an extra battery and an additional charging station that also holds all the accessories and attachments. So you can run the vacuum for about 30 minutes before changing batteries. It is also easy to handle and easy on the eyes.

Som testpilot hos Smartson har jeg fået lov at købe støvsugeren til nedsat pris. Støvsugeren er yderst moderne har et flot design og der medfølger mange forskellige støvsugerhoveder. Støvsuger særdeles godt i det støvsugeren køres fremad men kan ikke i samme grad støvsuge når den trækkes tilbage. Larmer en del. Holder til 80 kvadratmeter (ikke gulvtæppe) på én opladning. Vejer ikke meget og kan nemt bruges i bil eller andre steder også. Pet tool hovedet er rigtig god mod dyrehår men ikke 100 % som jeg heller ikke havde forventet. Ladestationen er smart men kan melde fejl når den skal suge hvis noget sætter sig fast som nemt kan ske. Men alt i alt en rigtig god ledningsfri støvsuger som jeg er glad for.

we were so excited to get this vacuum. when we saw the video showing off this beautiful vacuum. we pre-ordered this item. very light and very easy to use. but you really need to put the vacuum into max or jet to pick up stuff so it shortens use if the vacuum. plus the dust bin sometimes pops open and bam everything is on the ground. but we’re disappointed that the wet brush wasn’t in the box. the video shows off the wet brush so we expected it to be in the box plus there is space for it in the box. it never gave the option to add so we really expected to be in there and was excited to use it since we have flooring. plus it only came with the one dust bag. we’re still waiting to try to use the wet brush.

i am happy with my purchase aside from the fact that the advertisement suggests that there would be a spray spinning sweeper with the vacuum. the mop function was the main reason i decided to go with this vacuum over another less expensive vacuum so i am extremely disappointed that it did not come with one. i also am not sure where i can find the bags to go with this model. i don’t want to waste money buying other bags and not know if they’re going to fit this model. i would have given this a significantly higher rating if i had received a spray spinning sweeper with my purchase.

Gisteren binnengekomen en wat een prachtig design! Gemakkelijk te installeren en in elkaar te zetten met de handleiding. Er zit ook nog eens een praktische houder bij voor al de overige opzetstukken die je op dat moment niet in gebruik hebt. Ik heb zelf gekozen voor de led borstel te gebruiken op mijn pvc vloer, de borstel beschikt over een led licht waardoor je alle stof en vuiltjes gelijk ziet op de grond. De stofzuiger is naast zijn strakke design en touch scherm makkelijk in gebruik door het lichtgewichte model. Ik ben zeer enthousiast en raad het product een ieder aan!

Zuigkracht is echt top. Op de maximale stand zou de batterij een ietsje langer mogen meegaan. Belangrijk is tevens de zeer degelijke filter die echt een hoop ultrafijn stof weet te capteren. Super praktisch dat je zo'n lompe 'old school' stofzuiger niet meer achter je aan hebt, die dan ook nog eens overal tegenaan botste. Je komt met dit toestel zeer snel & handig overal bij. En de zelfreinigende functie is echt de max. Eén druk op de knop en alle vuil gaat naar de centrale opvangbak. Zeker en vast aan te bevelen, ondanks zijn iets hogere prijs. Meer dan de moeite waard...

I recently purchased the bespoke cordless vacuum. While I think performance has been really good and there's some good features. I can't believe that Samsung left an led light or light bar off the powerbar. There's many vacuums out there at a much lower price point with them. In my opinion, it's a great feature and really highlights dirt in front of the powerbar. A great feature that wouldn't use a lot of battery life. I also feel that the canister is a bit on the small side. The powerbar is a little thick on the side as well hampering edge cleaning. I really thought a company like Samsung wouldn't miss these features. Other than that I'm really liking what the bespoke has to offer. Including its cleaning ability.

i have been waiting for a year for this vacuum to release in the stages after seeing it release in korea and other parts of the world. finally recieved it today after i purchased it when it first released in the states. however, i was the most excited for the mop addition but it was not inside…. i read other reciews below and other people were disappointed as well! this is the biggest feature tbat sets dyson and samsung apart. other than this, im avsolutely satified and glad i purchased this after a few years dyson. this is much much better than dyson! love love it that it sucks all the debris!!! cant wait to use it everyday with happiness! but please please let me know what happened to the compondent of the mop!!!

After just 7 months one of the heads has a problem with the motorised roller, keeps seizing and then freeing, intermittent fault. All we need is a replacement roller, not the whole head, just the roller. Get in touch with Samsung support and, after a week, their approved repair agent gets in touch to arrange collection of the whole system so they can test it all… why, it’s a roller brush in a head that is at issue, this means no vacuum cleaner for a while whilst it’s transported, tested, new parts ordered, fitted, tested again and returned, how long, hmnnn, who knows.

Overall, the performance is great! It is very convenient to remove the dust in the dust bin using the clean station. Also, the motor is very powerful so I am very satisfied with the cleaned floor after using the vacuum. However, I am wondering if I can purchase the dust bag separately since the vacuum only comes with 2 extra bags. Nakon otvaranja uredaja, bili smo odusevljeni!! Puno nastavaka, odlicna usisna snaga, ma sve savrseno. Naravno, odmah sam prije pokretanja uredaja procitala detaljno vazne napomene prije upotrebe. Nakon dva dana, na nasoj bateriji koja je na 100%, pise da imam 24min za usisavanje, a jedna od znacajki ovog uredaja jest da baterija traje do sat vremena. S oobzirom da je usisavac kod nas dva tjedna jos razmisljam da li da idem reklamirat bateriju ili ce se nesto samo promijeniti. Da napomenem prije prvog punjenja, jasno je na bateriji pisalo da se moze usisavat sat vremena i tako je i bilo. Na kraju bih rekla jako smo zadovoljni sa usisavacem i njegovim znacajkama, samo neznamo sta se tocno desava sa tom baterijom.

Ik heb dit product enkele weken mogen testen. Bij het openen van de doos werd ik verrast door de schoonheid van dit product. Daarnaast is het aantal accessoires overweldigend. De stofzuiger wordt geleverd met een handige accessoirestandaard, waardoor je altijd alle opzetstukken bij de hand hebt. Het product had enige tijd nodig om op te laden. Eenmaal opgeladen ben ik direct aan de slag gegaan. De stofzuiger is niet zwaar, maar voelt tegelijkertijd stevig aan. Via het handige digitale display heb ik meteen de krachtigste stand uitgeprobeerd op het tapijt, en het resultaat was direct zichtbaar. Een minpunt was dat in deze stand de accu vrij snel leeg was. Al met al is het een prachtige stofzuiger met krachtige prestaties.

Après une prise en main un peu compliquée pour cause d'une notice pas très claire, je peux dire que cet aspirateur répond complètement à mes attentes. Il est peu bruyant, léger et ses têtes rotatives permettent un nettoyage complet et facile. Le bac à poussière est vraiment un plus, il suffit de reposer l'aspirateur sur son socle et d'enclencher le bouton vider, une aspiration permet de vider le bac sans en recevoir partout! un vrai plus pour les personnes allergiques à la poussière. Son écran permet de savoir si le bac est plein et doit être vidé et il affiche également le temps d'autonomie restant. Comptez en moyenne 30 minutes d'autonomie en mode d'aspiration moyen. En tout 3 modes possibles: faible, moyen et fort

This is a great vacuum cleaner for hard flooring or short pile rugs etc .. the option to switch the suction power during use is useful when going from hard floors to thicker rugs or to turn down for thin door mats do they don't get stuck in the attachment. The vacuum is light and manuverable around furniture. The time display for the battery time let's you know you won't run out halfway through a room. It picks up dog hair and other debris with ease from hard floors and short pile rug. The self emptying feature is a time saver and takes the messiness out of tiding up. Only downside I have found so far is you have to remember to push the bottom of the waste tank back up when lifting off the stand to use after auto emptying.

After having the vacuum for about a month we are very happy with our purchase, we've been looking for a "stick vacuum" for quite awhile and because of the expense we looked around. Our house is all hardwood, we have 4 kids and two dogs which means there is always a mess to vacuum up. So far we have only had to use the 2nd battery once, we often vacuum in the mid mode since that is all that has been needed, we use high and jet on our couch or around the base boards if needed. The attachments that come with the vacuum are very useful and easy to use. If you are on the fence don't hesitate, it's been a wonderful vacuum with no issues for our family.

The Samsung Bespoke Jet is one of the most powerful vacuum cleaners, easily coping with all types of floor surface. I love the battery display on the back of the unit, which gives a live countdown of battery life. With plenty of power on Mid mode, the Bespoke Jet made short work of all dust, with excellent edge performance. Cleaning is so good that the 24-minute battery life is plenty of time to tackle most homes. Tout est intuitif, le temps restant s’affiche lors de l’utilisation. L’aspirateur est puissant et très efficace, le vidage sur son socle (dans un sac) permet de bien garder chaque grain de poussière aspiré. Un support a également été conçu pour les accessoires. Petit bémol : le prix, vraiment un investissement pour un aspirateur et le retour des sacs, j’espère qu’il sera facile de trouver ce modèle dans le temps. La maniabilité n’est également pas prévue pour des gros doigts (mon artisan l’a testé et ses doigts ne passaient pas pour appuyer sur la gâchette!).

It’s all I could dream of. Think about Monica in the show friends and how she keeps things clean and always wanted a vacuum for her vacuum, well this is it! Something I dread most after vacuuming is emptying the canister. With the Bespoke jet vacuum all I have to do is set it on the dock and the dirt is sucked out of the vacuum in seconds. Aspirateur qui a une bonne puissance d'aspiration, ne fait pas trop de bruit même à pleine puissance (comparé à mon Dy.... v10), j'adore le système pour vider le réservoir (même si du coup il faut acheter des petits sacs, ça fait 15 jours que je l'ai, je le passe tous les jours et il n'est pas encore plein), les brosses s'ouvrent très facilement pour les nettoyer, le socle pour y mettre les brosses et la 2ieme batterie est très bien pensé. Le point négatif est qu'il ne tient pas la position debout seul quand je suis en train de le passer. Très bon produit

Il a une super qualité d’aspiration, il y a 4 mode d’aspiration le petit, moyen, grand et jet. Vous avez la station pour vider votre réservoir à poussière sans être en contact avec celui ci ce que je trouve ultra pratique avec l’asthme de ma fille. Les enfants le passe sans soucis dans leur chambre tant il est maniable et facile à utiliser. Vous avez également une station pour ranger tous les accessoires.

i have had this for about 10 days now and love it. it is in my living room so i have easy access to it. i did notice it doesn't seem to move over my carpet smoothly, but it does the job. my floors feel and look clean. the clean station is the best! i just set the vacuum on it, turn it on and it does a great job. it is shorter than i expected but i am liking it that way. i can extend it a few inched which i do when i have a lot of vacuuming, i have to lower it to put it back in the cleaning station. not a problem very easy to adjust. i am dissapointed the mop attachment did not come with it. that is what sparked my interest in the first place. i dropped a star on the value because it didn't come with the mop attachment.

Within the first use and deep clean it filled up the clean station fast, but due to the power and amount of dust and hair, this pulled out of every part of the house. It's great for shedding and picking up everything possible as well as the spray mop attachment is perfect to keep paw prints in check. I highly recommend this to anyone if it fits their needs.

Upon first use, we were immediately impressed with both the build quality and how efficient the vacuum is. Our carpets look brand new after a single pass and there's no pet hair in sight. Il est ultra complet avec plein d'accessoires, un portique pour charger la deuxième batterie et pour mettre les accessoires. La base de l'aspirateur est sublime et cache sous son capot, une poubelle avec compresseur... Ainsi quand vous rangez votre aspirateur vous le mettez sur sa base et il se charge, se vide et se nettoie d'un simple geste. Il est vraiment très peu bruyant. Il a deux batteries de 60min d'autonomie et 3 vitesses d'aspiration. Bref on a craqué et malgré son coût, on ne regrette vraiment pas l'investissement

i love the design of this product. i can leave it in my family room on display. the transition from my hard floors to the area rugs is good. i did not give five stars for the following reasons: 1. to really pick up some items, the vacuum has to be on max suction. 2. the lid to the dirt bin seems to open periodically during use, so i am constantly checking to make sure it is closed and stays close. perhaps on the next version, don't allow the vacuum to turn on when this is open or not secured properly. 3. a light would be great. i have darker floors, and unless i am vacuuming during the day with the natural light coming in or with interior lights on, it's easy to miss the dog hair /dust bunnies hiding in corners and close to the baseboards.

When I saw this line it was a no brainer. We have birds so I vacuum seeds probably 4 times a day and this picks up everything perfectly instead of flickering it around, comes with plenty attachments, the carrying base is pretty cool actually but to me nothing beats the looks and the fact that it has a freaking clean station. Ik gebruik de De Samsung Bespoke Jet oplaadbare steelstofzuiger nu een week en ben er erg tevreden mee. Hij is door de verschillende standen, erg krachtige en veelzijdig. De Hij zuigt erg goed op harde en zachte vloeren, zeker omdat er meerdere stofzuigmonden bijzitten. Hij is licht van gewicht en daardoor zeer handzaam, wat het schoonmaken van kleinere plekjes zoals meubels en traptreden ook erg makelijk maakt. En natuurlijk fijn dat hij heel snel aan is te passen door alle verschillende hulpstukken, dus ook als kruimeldief te gebruiken.

Der Sauger ist echt klasse. Super Handling und die Saugleistung ist richtig gut. Sowohl auf Fliesen, Parkett als auch auf dem Teppich. Lediglich im stärksten Modus „jet“ hält der Akku nur wenige Minuten. Die slim action brush ist leider immer noch zu hoch, um unter der Couch zu saugen. Aber damit kann man leben! Der Sauger macht optisch richtig was her und vor allem das Entleeren klappt wunderbar. Endlich kein herumfliegender Staub mehr, nachdem man den Sauger entleert hat. Bisher alles super, mal schauen, wie es auf lange Sicht aussieht.

I recieved this vacuum cleaner for testing,and i found it perfect with ability to clean everything from the lightest settings to clean curtains,to the max for the carpets and dig beds. It was also the my daughter who walks with a stick was able to use it as it was so light ,which also helped her with her mental health as she was able to help more. The accessories stand was another brilliant idea as it was easy to take around the house with me and out to do my car,with the extra battery i was able to clean from top to bottom of the house in one go changing the adapters from hard stone slabs,lino,curtains,wood,carpets ect.it didnt let me down. Also both me and my daughter have longish hair and it hasn't been a problem. I will definitely be getting one.

i bought this vacuum for my hard floors, i was so disappointed recieving this item without the soray spinning sweeper. in addition, you cannot even buy it separately because no one from samsung representatives nows this item exist. i could not even find the spray spinning sweeper on the samsung website. so disappointed . i also need a wider brush. where could i buy the spray spinning sweeper and the slim brush for samsung bespoke vacuum? on a positive note the bespoke vacuum is gorgeous , i like the self cleaning feature.

I absolutely love this vacuum cleaner, it is powerful and practical, it has three suction settings, Jet being the highest of them all. It works well on carpet, rugs, wood and vinyl flooring. Having a dog I found it collected the fur well and did not wrap around the brush. To empty the cylinder you place it onto the stand where with one push of a button it completely cleans it out, almost like a hoover for a hoover, pretty genius! It comes with an attachment stand which i like alot because I love to have a place for everything, this gives you that option and really helps with space saving. I have managed to hoover a reasonable sized four bed house without the need to recharge during use. Dust bags are included and easy to install. Highly recommended

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We typically love Samsung products and this new vacuum is no exception! Our previous vacuums could not handle the amount of pet fur and hay (from rabbit and dog) but this Bespoke has no problem! The display with battery life is super helpful, the various tools are great, it is light weight with adjustable settings (height and suction power are particularly nice) and you can't beat the overall design. IF YOU HAVE PETS, strongly consider getting this vacuum. The varying suction power is great for when you have multiple types of things to pick up (we have hay, dirt, fur, grass, rabbit bedding, etc.). The construct of the straight pipe to the canister is a highlight. Most other vacuums have some sort of winding tube that is prone to clogging and then you have to deconstruct the device to free the lodged items before going back to vacuuming. With the straight pipe, everything goes up and is captured in the canister. We have a couch cover for the dog and the pet tool is phenomenal. We used to have a handheld vacuum to do the furniture or smaller tasks (i.e. cars). Now we have replaced that vac as well due to our new ability to be able to pop the long shaft off and put the pet tool right on the lightweight vacuum. We basically eliminated two vacuums with this one Bespoke. The vacuum itself is noticeably quieter than a traditional vacuum, which is nice for the household. Our favorite feature is the clean station! It can be on the loud side, but we have no issue with it as the cleaning cycle is short. We have a lot of particles of various sorts in our house between the people and our animals. We can really appreciate not having to release a bunch of what we just vacuumed up back into the air by using the clean station now instead of having to knock out the canister in the trash. The fact that we can quite simply break down the vacuum, filters, and multiple heads into smaller pieces is great. This allows us to keep it clean and well maintained with ease. If you need versatile tool to fit into your everyday life, this could be a great option. I think the main head could be a little bigger, but overall it is hard to find something to complain about after a few weeks of use. Samsung makes a wide profile of reliable and well thought out products. This vacuum is no different.

Best vacuum I’ve owned! Spectacular design, lightweight, powerful, transitions floor styles with ease and smoothly maneuvers hard to reach and low radius’ due to great angle head design. Cleaning station has powerful suction that removes dirt from the collection container instantly. Accessory caddy keeps attachment’s organized and has a charging station for the second battery. Battery life dependent on min, mid or max power, cleaned my first floor (1150 sq ft) and still had plenty of battery life for further cleaning. Min range is perfect for laminate floors (removed dust and debris!) and mid range took care of business on my thick carpet. So many positives about this item but trying to avoid writing a novel!! Samsung stole the show on this cordless vacuum!!!

I received this vacuum cleaner from Samsung for product testing purposes. The freestanding stand takes up a lot of space,put makes up with it for the fact it empties the vacuum for you. It could be improved by not requiring bags for this. I like the fact once it's on its on there is no button to hold down and it gives you how much longer it will run on the screen. The telescopic pipe is a nice feature as well as the narrow head to get in small spaces. I used it on rugs and hard floors and it picked up great on both.

Ik heb de samsung bespoke jet cadeau gekregen en ben er echt heel tevreden mee. Ik wilde altijd eerst de dyson stofzuiger maar na veel reviews gekeken te hebben heb ik toch besloten om te gaan voor de samsung. Ik vond het eerlijk gezegd een beetje onzin dat de stofzuiger een eigen stofzuiger nodig heeft, maar het is een luxe die ik niet wist dat ik nodig had! hij zuigt heel goed en alle opzetstukken maken het helemaal compleet. Ik geef wel maar 4 sterren omdat ik wel een lampje mis, wat de andere samsung modellen wel hebben.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am still getting used to this vacuum, but right off the bat I have to say I am disappointed like others it did not include the wet-mop attachment. Even the box had a space for it, it was almost like they decided to take it out in the US production model. Another issue I am facing is the clean station base is quite wobbly. I have tried moving it to different rooms and floor types, but notice the vacuum and base are not level no matter where its located :( huge issue and risk with tip-over. As far as the device itself, the vacuum tools are quite heavy duty and feel studier than competitors like dyson. I will update this review once I have used the vacuum more. Really hope they improve the base, I am on the fence about keeping it due to the wobbling. More to come.

‘I received this vacuum cleaner from Samsung for product testing purposes.’ So we have a mixture of floors, laminate, tiled,carpeted and thick rugs. So the first thing i noticed was the smell, like a burning smell, was not overheating and the smell does eventually go, but returns when you initially use it again the following day! Suction is brill, but the battery does not last long on the high and jet settings. Pros - Good suction, lightweight to use and does pick up alot, plenty of attachments. Cons - Low battery life, does not stay propped up, very noisy, and not practical to store, especially if you have a small space. The docking station is very heavy and not easy to move, you need 2 sockets, one for battery other for docking station, not worth the value.

Een combo die dus niet echt matcht, althans dat dacht ik toch.. met de Samsung Bespoke Jet stofzuig ik mijn woning zonder veel moeite, het gaat snel en gemakkelijk. Bovendien zorg het automatische clean station dat het stof bij het ledigen van de container niet meer in het rond vliegt. Een voordeel dus voor mijn stofallergie. Het is zeker een grote investering, die zichzelf er snel zal uithalen! ik ben absoluut een grote fan!

It's so lightweight and easy to use. It makes it easy to stay on top of the dog hair from my active dog from both the floor and furniture. Cleaning up after grandkids is a breeze. The attachments make it easy to clean up any surface and love that I can easily use it to clean my car as well. This is definitely worth every dime. I'd recommend to anyone and give it 10 stars if I could.

I love the clean station because it makes it so much easier to empty without all the dust flying everywhere. I like the smart functions because it takes the guessing out of what is wrong when something happens, like if it's clogged or something. It looks sleek so I don't feel like I have to hide it away. Only after many uses did we realize it has a super high setting which works even better than we already thought! It even picks up dust on the floor which most vacuums don't really touch. I enjoy that the filter is washable because then I can use it over and over - I like when brands do what they can to be sustainable. The attachments are really useful and easy to switch out.

i received my vacuum and loved it from first sight. it is well made and sturdy and looks great . love the on off feature which i don't get with dyson, it also has bit better suction than my previous vacuum. the clean station is great as you don't have to go outside to empty after each use. my only complaint is after you use clean station you have to remember to make sure vacuum is closed before you use as it will function when not completely closed but i don't feel this takes away from the quality of the product.

Qua uiterlijk is de stofzuiger echt een blikvanger. De stofzak in de houder is groot en gaat lange tijd mee. Dierenharen is voor de stofzuiger geen probleem en je kun de standen makkelijk aanpassen naar de ondergrond en hoeveelheid vuil. Ik was sneller door mijn huis heen dan voorheen. De accesoires zijn echt echt een toevoeging en maken het mogelijk om zonder moeite bij "hoekjes" te komen. De dweilfunctie vind ik het enige minpunt, ik had niet het gevoel dat het minder tijd koste of sneller ging dan gewoon dweilen.

When comparing the two, the Bespoke is a much higher quality and solid feeling machine. The Bespoke offers suction options that the Dyson just can't compete with. Another bonus of the Bespoke is the ability to disassemble and clean all parts of the vacuum. I love that I can easily go from my hardwoods to my thin rugs without having to stop to adjust anything. The charging unit with clean station is solid and is simple to operate. The vacuum itself is quiet with a swivel head that can maneuver quickly around and under furniture. The attachments and customizable length of the vacuum make for quick work of any job! I'm really happy with my Bespoke!

I have just read a review where the user gave the vacuum 1 star. I must live in another dimension as I have found my Samsung Bespoke Jet™ Pro to be amazing. It is really powerful, picks every thing up, deep cleans my carpets. The cleaning pads are great, I use it with a cleaning fluid for hard floors and it does a great job. The vacuum stand is brilliant. It takes months to fill a bag. having two batteries means I never run out of power. The cleaning tools are great. By far the best cordless vacuum I have owned.

owned in woody green for about two weeks now. pros: elegant storage solution easy cleaning of vacuum two batteries means lots of power comfortable to use with weight and adjustments cleans well con: spinner brush was missing. followed the release since ces and spinner brush was a highlighted feature which we were led to believe was included. it was a major selling point for us. it was missing. ironically, there appears to be a space in the box where it should be. i would like the spinner brush please.

Die Saugleistung ist regulierbar und in den meisten Fällen ist die mittlere Standardeinstellung vollkommen ausreichend. Die Parkettdüse und die Textildüse erzielen gute Ergebnisse. Die Bodendüse ist leider nicht beleuchtet, aber verfügt über eine rotierende Rolle. Das Absaugen in der Station funktioniert enwandfrei. Die Verarbeitung wirkt hochwertig und die Optik ist wirklich angenehm und unauffällig. Endlich mal ein Staubsauger den man nicht im Schrank verstecken muss.

L’aspirateur est performant et a un beau design. L’autonomie est bonne et on peut l’utiliser avec plusieurs fonctions et plusieurs brosses. Il ne met pas trop de temps à charger mais l’autonomie varie en fonction de la puissance que l’on a choisi si c’est médium ou fort par exemple. Sur ce point, je suis un peu déçue car quand on l’utilise en puissance maximum, l’autonomie passe à 10 min maximum. Il aspire bien sur les tapis et sur le sol en carrelage. Le porte accessoire est un plus que j’apprécie dans cette aspirateur. La station clean est vraiment, pour moi, le point positif dans cet appareil car il permet de vider l’aspirateur sans avoir à y toucher, simplement en appuyant sur un bouton. Et cet aspect le différencie vraiment des autres appareils des marques concurrentes.

the color midnigt blue is more grey than blue, not all that attractive. when vacuuming, the head does not glide easily across carpets like my dyson products. i went above the low fill line with cat hair and the base couldn't empty the vac. i helped bit it dropped dust everywhere. there was a also clog in the uptube that caused lots of dust to be dropped on the floor. finally the bottom of the vac opened when turning it off dropping more stuff. overall it does suck (stuff up) but its not a great upgrade for what i already have. i had thought about buying the spinner attachment last night, but after using it this morning, i'm not sure it's staying. if the clean station can't empty the vac without help with cat hair (causes dropping dust) then its just a waste buying bags.
