Bonjour Qyoon, Nous notons vos remarques sur les fonctionnalités de notre produit. Nous regrettons que le produit ne vous ait pas apporté satisfaction. Découvrez comment mettre à jour le logiciel de votre écran Samsung. Vous devez au préalable télécharger le fichier de mise à jour sur un périphérique USB. Allez sur la page assistance de Samsung puis dans la section Support produits. Saisissez le numéro de modèle de votre moniteur ou allez dans Informatique > Moniteurs et cliquez sur le modèle que vous possédez. Sélectionnez Manuels et téléchargements. Sélectionnez la carte avec l’intitulé de mise à jour logicielle (Firmware File, etc.) puis cliquez sur Téléchargement. Sauvegardez le fichier de mise à jour à la racine du répertoire du périphérique USB. Éjectez le périphérique de votre ordinateur et connectez-le à votre moniteur. Appuyez sur le bouton JOG puis sélectionnez l’icône Menu. Allez dans Assistance > Mise à jour du logiciel > Mettre à jour maintenant. Patientez lors de l’installation de la mise à jour. N’éteignez pas le moniteur tant que la mise à jour n’est pas terminée. Une fois la mise à jour installée, le moniteur s’éteint et se rallume.
