To turn off your A17, simply press and hold the Side key and the Volume Down key at the same time for two to three seconds. Release the buttons when the power menu appears on the screen, and tap Power off, then tap Power off again to confirm. Alternatively, you can swipe down from the top of the screen twice to open the Quick Settings panel. Tap the Power icon near the top right of the screen (next to the settings gear icon), and tap Power off, then tap Power off a second time to shut down. Heb je al eens geprobeerd om jouw toestel in de Veilige modus op te starten? Zo niet, dan raden wij je aan om dat te doen en het een dagje aan te kijken of jouw smartphone nog steeds vastloopt. Als dit niet meer het geval is in de Veilige modus, dan wordt dit waarschijnlijk veroorzaakt door een app van een andere ontwikkelaar en kan je het beste eventjes met een fijne kam door jouw lijst met geïnstalleerde apps gaan. Ensure the Mute icon on your active call screen has not been accidentally highlighted, and that your case or cover isn't covering the microphone hole. Gently clean the microphone hole of dust and debris using a soft brush. You can clear the cache of your Phone app, which will clear any temporary bugs. To do this, go to Settings > Apps > Phone > Storage > Clear cache > Restart your phone.
